  Hi @JioCare, my JioAirFiber (ID: 3473315840) still shows my old mobile number on the set-top box profile even after updating it in the MyJio app. OTPs are also being sent to the old number. Please sync the updated number and fix this issue.

  @JioCare there is no way to reach the jio customer care to talk live, my fiber connection is off since 4 days now, a person comes repairs little and then he postpones for next day ,like this I keep waiting ,it's a disgrace and I filing a consumer court complaint

  @reliancejio @JioCare Pls do not buy Jio internet Service is pathetic. No one comes to resolve the issue & no proper answer given on phone also. Made to hold the calls for 30 mins & finally they disconnect the line! We have to waste entire day following up with them! Horrible

  @JioCare The hacker actually bypassed your own internal systems to appropriate my Jio airfiber number to his own account. How is @reliancejio @reliancegroup not lodging a huge offensive cybercrime investigation into this? If they do this with me, they can hack into any network.
