    @JioCare @reliancejio my mobile connection is as good as having no connection at all. i’m not being able to make phone calls or receive any. my mobile internet’s not working as well. contacted customer care where i was told i’d be contacted in 48 hours to no avail. PLS HELP!!

    @JioCare Jio Fiber No. 0291-3551731 not working from Saturday. No response till now. Engineers not picking calls as trying them from last 2 days but either call is cut or only ringing. Customer service of Reliance group is getting worsened.

    @reliancejio it is very sad to know that since last 15 days I am unable to connect my jio internet all though I lodge complaint but still no proper response from company hand companies charging monthly rental if they are unable to provide services then it should be carry forward

    @ViCustomerCare have just switched to Voda from @JioCare .. pathetic network quality you have Vodafone Idea , m a postpaid user..even if have taken a high plan of urs..sheer waste..now tell me how can I port back ..

    @reliancejio I recently recieved a call on my Jio no...They said your number will get shut down after 3 month... If no recharge why the thi g's happen to forcing recharging and all and how How could it be possible give me brief detail... How ever there is no rule to suspend

    @JioCare The appointment time is 11am, do you expect the customer to be available at home for entire day waiting for your engineer. This is ridiculous, the instalment should be done on the decided time and not entire day which is 24 hour window. @reliancejio
