@JioCare When I raised the request regarding my internet issue, the so called engineer visited and closed the request. He literally blocked my number. Feel so ridiculed and disappointed. I wasnt sure JIO used to handle their customers in such manner.

@JioCare What resolution will @JioCare give when you are saying that the recharge is queued and it will get activated once the present plan is expired?? Do keep in mind that you showed me transaction failed and hence I had to attempt the payment again. I will never trust @reliancejio
