@JioCare @reliancejio I have made a complaint in Dec 2020 to the appellate team still no one visited my location and check for the problem people who were using jio are porting the sim card Is there any kind of responsibility you guys take or not

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio I did two recharge of 597 and 999 on my jio number, would you please cancel or postpone my 999 recharge as with 597 recharge, 999 recharge become useless. My jio number :- 9140762140
