  I escalated the matter to Jio’s Appellate Team. Their reply referred to one closed service request and asked me to restart the router and share the LED status. They ignored the mis-selling, repeated outages, staff conduct, refund and cancellation request.@reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare very 3rd Internet and mobile network in Vapi Gujarat - 396195 from 23rd July to till, your customer care employees either they are useless or incapable, they only say we are working on this issue and nothing is being done. If you have any shame then appolize to Vapi.

  @JioCare @JioCare I am unable to raise a complaint through the MyJio app because the call came from a landline number (+91 80-40272297), and the app accepts only mobile numbers for spam reporting. Kindly register this complaint from your end and investigate.
