@JioCare Dear sir/madam , no internet mobile data available on my phone ,prepaid not expired yet , still no interon my phone , no complaint no. on myjio , this is since few hours and happens often are you not able to handle overload customers , service deteriorating , alert .

@JioCare It's really worst service we have ever witnessed. Despite of continuous calling to customer care, tweeting, mailing and messaging for more than a month, there is no change in status. @JioCare executive has yet to visitt to collect the old device is pending.
