During Installation, there was no network detected, hence I was asked to go for another package Rs 2221.46 per quarter.

Not a single employee of JIO customer service is bothered about customer’s pain or about JIO’s Reputation.

Om Cat Sat (@omcatsat) reported@JioCare Jio can't schedule an engineer to fix my internet cable. The automated service says they can't schedule visit for technical reasons. Will Jio automatically schedule an appointment when one become technically available or do I need to call ad infinitum? Thanks in advance.
