    @JioCare I don't require your service anymore . Refund my amount with penal interest. You don't have an instrument/ODU for jio Air fiber and selling plans to fool customers. Is tarike se kitne customers ka paisa hold karke business chaloge jio.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, thanks for the response. However, my issue is NOT fully resolved yet. I’m still facing the same problem. Please check my service request (SR000033VRAH) again and provide a proper solution ASAP. I will share more details via DM. Kindly look into this urgently.

    My Jio fibre is down again. This is now a regular feature of @JioCare . Once every month service is down and it takes several days and after followups and escalations to fix. Let's see how many days now. Poor service. @reliancejio Poor response.

    @JioCare The provided link is currently inaccessible. This reflects the service quality extended to your customers. My JioFiber ID 2642352787 and registered under mobile no 8980799343, is not delivering the expected performance. The internet speed has been consistently problematic.

    @JioCare Facing constant network issues and very slow internet speed in my area. Calls drop, data barely works. This is affecting daily work. @airtelindia please send your team here. If service is better, we are ready to port from Jio to Airtel. Need urgent action.

    @JioCare Unable to send private messages . Now I want to cancel my order & want a refund. I switch in another network. When I send request for relocate you charge me 1200 and I paid that amount from myjio app. But now I have no option to close that in your app. Also I can't connect with

    @jio_fiber 8-10 days out of our paid 30 days jio fibre doesn't work and there's no extra days provided there's no extra service no compensation zero customer service, pathetic, Not even once a technician visits if requested for @JioCare hope sumthing is donewhichisdoubtful
