  My Jio Set-Top Box has not been working properly for weeks. Despite multiple complaints and following all instructions, the issue is still unresolved. Today, Mr. Vikas from Customer Care refused to arrange an engineer and was also disrespectful. @Jiocare Please resolve this.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Repeated excuses around “audit” and “unavailability” have caused severe frustration and mental distress. I no longer require the service and request a full refund to the original UPI immediately, along with the refund tracking/reference details. 2/x

  @JioCare The details were already shared in chat and some generic troubleshooting document is being forwarded. Whereas the issue is related to recent change of STB and a service ticket has to be opened.
