    Dear @Airtel_Presence Every month my bill is a different amount, and it just keeps increasing without any clear explanation. I’ve been facing network issues for a long time, yet no one has been able to resolve them despite multiple complaints. I’ll be porting to Jio @reliancejio

    @JioCare @EpicCmntsTelugu Why DM? this is not a user specific issue it is a general query applicable for all subscribers and should be answered on the open forum rather than privately on DM. Don't just have bots auto reply to all queries have humans respond on a case to case basis.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely frustrated with how a simple connection name change request in being handled. Despite multiple attempts, frivolous bot level responses are being given. Pls help me with disconnecting Jio network.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago Dear Sudhanshu , aren't you tired of sending same tempelate again and again from 13th July since a posted .Now even my JIO Acc is expired,what should i do now, Renew or and again waste money when JIO FIBER is not working for days .My Above service req still open

    @JioCare Your repeated promises have completely lost credibility. Payment was taken immediately, but the service never arrived. A missed installation appointment, no engineer, no communication, and the same template replies for days. This level of customer service is unacceptable

    Hey @JioCare, I recharged with a plan that includes a @JioHotstar subscription, but I still can't access JioHotstar. It keeps asking me to upgrade my plan instead of activating the included subscription. Please resolve this issue. #Jio #JioHotstar

    @JioCare I request to you please stop giving bot reply. You are giving copy paste reply from last 30 days. Please refund my money instantly. Now I don't want to go with jio air fibre. I'm facing worst experience with jio. It's nightmare for me.
