  @JioCare Order ID NO0001D3FEEQ. Installation still pending at Madhepura. Your staff behaved very rudely and said “jo karna hai kijiye, hum aaj install nahi karenge.Also unable to connect with customer care. Extremely poor service. Either install immediately or process FULL REFUND

  @JioCare Today after complaining about the service the jio customer support assured that between 6pm to 7pm my issue will be solved but after the deadline passed they are again doing the rescheduled drama it is now going above the head and this was not expected from jio now will switch

  @JioCare @JioCare my request is already raised. Are you guys blindly checking the tweets???? I already got a call from the engineer he says similar issues have been reported by other users near my locality and there is no solution yet. He said the issue is from back-end.

  @JioCare @JioCare I am using Jio Fiber WiFi, but it is currently not working. After registering a complaint, I received a message saying that the technician will visit after 3 PM on 30th April. Today is 28th April, so the WiFi will remain unavailable for two days.

  @JioCare we are facing a wifi issue in my area and it's been three hours and the issue is not resolved yet. The wifi is connected but the internet is not there. Is there any outage going currently.

  Multiple complaints raised through all channels: offline, customer care, email, & social media, yet no permanent resolution. Only delays so far. This is not level of service expected @JioCare If I wasn’t locked into a yearly plan, I’d have already switched to another provider.

  Many faced this issue in my locality and the service has restored for them but only for me this issue is still there. Kindly do the needful as it is very difficult for me to pass without internet for almost 3 days @reliancejio @JiivaOfficial
