@reliancejio why do you throttle speed post daily speed limit consumed of 1.5 GB I have recharged work from home package and speed limit is reduced to . 26 mbps which is too slow

Can anyone would suggest me PORT process from Jio to VI. My plans are inactive, and as per Jio policy without any plan you even can't reach to their Customer Service ( Worst Service till date by any telecommunications). Help !! @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

@JioCare I did that already but still no response. If I request for a new connection within 10 min someone will call up but for complain am trying to do it for last two days yet no response. Disgusting service
