    @amdsoni130 @JioCare @reliancejio The Jio Fiber technician came, charged 100 rupees, and then fixed the issue after 5 day, before leaving. Between Jio Fiber's terrible service and shoddy engineering maintenance, this is the last month I'm using Jio; I'm switching to Airtel Fiber next.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @consumerforum_ not provide any specific resolution date, technical corrective action, or timeline for restoration of reliable network/data service. Merely stating that coverage may improve in the future is not an adequate resolution to a problem that has already continued for approximately not

    @JioCare Hello Pravin, Getting same reply repeatedly. Please confirm my connection is close forever ? Further please note customer has requested based on advice by your engineers as they are unable to fix the issues. Request to check with concern team then make a proper reply.

    Extremely frustrated with the @reliancejio network in Hebbal Bengaluru (560032). Jio 5G hasn't worked for the last 15 days, and the 4G fall-back is so weak it's barely usable. Paying for high-speed data but struggling with basic connectivity. Fix this immediately, @JioCare

    @JioCare I recved a msg that an Engineer is supposed to visit by 7 pm. Then changed to 8 PM. But nobody called nor they came.nor a contact is shared.Ur tracking link dosn't work either. what kind of a joke is this?what kind of service are you providing? This is ridiculous. #Jio #jiofiber

    Extremely disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare. Faced endless delays with #JioFiber installation and was forced to cancel, yet there is still no sign of my refund. Poor customer support and zero accountability. Process my refund immediately! #JioFiberRefund #BadService
