    @reliancejio Have been complaining multiple times to the service center to change router of jio wifi. Everytime the personnel comes and just restarts router and leaves with no solution to the real problem of intermittent disconnection. Kindly help.

    @JioCare Thanks! No response from your engineer and one thing i observed is your team mems are changing and updating the tweet but not a single person has contacted or visited for my home to resolve my issue and its been 30 hrs. What a pathetic service

    @jagograhakjago #consumerhelp @JioCare is cheating. They charge JioSTB subscription charges on top of internet charges. They claim various channels for free but those channels display ads.. 20 ads in 30 mins. No way to raise complaint. Support disconnects calls
