    Going to port my Vodafone number to jio I was a loyal customer of vodafone but u people have the worst service ever otps and sms's are not coming timely facing so much issues even could hear properly while calling someone @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Time to move to @JioCare

And more irritating is the response of your executives who are just pasting standard replies and asking me to have patience. I have paid for this service, if I would pay a week late would you allow me free service for a week?

    @JioCare @reliancejio it has been more than 5-6 months i am waiting for jio fiber in my locality while near jio fiber office not taking any action for that I always request them to install jio ft box in our locality & make it popular please help me @JioCare

    @reliancejio Bad experience with jio, everytime giving 1 day less in recharge. Why? I called on customer care, she is saying he can only guide, put my call on hold more then 15 minutes and no reply. Where is jio customer service. Froud karke rich hue ho kya. My phone no 7291882989 explain me.

    @JioCare Getting worst service from jio customer sevice. Email phone calll nothing is resolving the issue. Not sure what else is required for the resolution

    @reliancejio I have tried multiple routes but to no avail. This trivial task has been made herculean by the automation systems that don't work. Please provide resolution at the earliest for my relocation request Your app isn't working, and the customer care isn't able to help.
