    @reliancejio Extremely disappointed by the poor installation of Jio Fiber last week. Have called sale person who executed order but he is making me fool since last 3 days and not sending anyone to fix installation. Please get it properly installed on an urgent basis.

    I got a call from Jio SM team. While they acknowledge such reminders are sent, they stated they will keep sending messages until I recharge. I will recharge when I need to. He added that it is system generated & cannot be stopped. Please help to STOP these messages. @reliancejio

    @shivamsgravity @reliancejio Today is second day but still Jio suspended my network it’s completely worst. It’s pathetic company In this pandemic they making customer bag it. Even not allowing me to port out. Until service will active.

    @JioCare It's 9 days less than a month after my complaint and Jio being such a big company couldn't bring it's fiber connection in my area!. Nothing more to say @reliancejio. Shame!!

    @JioCare called engineer for new fiber connection on 28 june. Paid subscription amount but no connection till date. Only answer we get is there is some issue!!! If you can not provide connection then refund amount. We can get @Airtel_Presence connection.

    @JioCare Pathetic service by jio and team. Because of this service india will take another more 50 years to change. Really bad. Shame on Jio. There is not value of customer for Jio. If it’s work like this I pray to god one day jio should completely shut.

    @JioCare Stupid service. I had to wait 27 days for Jio Fiber relocation. I was able to use only 3 days after I recharged. Idiots, the problem was from your side and now you are not giving refund or Extending the dates. Jio has the worst customer support. Stupid Idiots
