    @JioCare Mohit.... Last 4 month I am facing complete outage for 30_40 min in every 6 hrs.... Its not temp but permanent since 4 month.... Help me now... I am not able to do WORK FROM HOME

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am trying to book JioFiber, but I am not getting any kind of response from your side. This shows that you are not interested in doing your business and forcefully I am being diverted to choose another internet service provider for WiFi connection.

    Have caught up with JioCare on DM in Oct, Nov and now Dec answer is many users, using internet and phone services now so bear with it. Is this a CX experience for DIGITAL first company @reliancejio..fellow netizens pls add on if u r facing similar problems #netizensvoice
