    @JioCare Jio is very prompt is reminding customers to renew. They start reminding weeks in advance but can't redress customer grievances even after 2 months. When will you solve my complaint? @reliancejio @jiocare Don't give standard copy and paste response

    @JioCare @reliancejio too bad network always provide the worst data speed , last 2 days my work rate is zero because of there worst speed of data i have recharged all there data packs but coincidentally once you recharge they don't care about data speed and just give 2g speed

    @JioCare @DoT_India also wanted to know if the validity be extended by that much time when there was no service, u can get the timing from backend,since the time when OLT,ONT was down, etc etc, it is still down, the local BBNL gives better service than Jio
