    @JioCare @reliancejio inside my room the signal strength Is very is very low some time nik due to this issue the voice of caller is not audible. it has loss of information please resolve this issue ASAP otherwise I will go for @airtelindia

    @JioCare very slow network in my area. This is a consistent problem. Request you to take it on priority to resolve this. Location: Vinayak City, Near new government hospital, Badod road, Agar Malwa, MP

    @JioCare I had very b@d experience with #Jiofiber. Once you get some Service interruption you'll be bhagwan bharose for many days. Feel lucky if you get it rectified in 3-4 days. Nobody listens at @JioCare from top to bottom. This is in Delhi where every service is delivered in 5 min.

    @JioCare number retention charge of Rs.20 was incorrectly deducted from my account even though i am connected to the network, receive sms regularly and 90 days since last recharge have not passed. please refund this amount immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Service Request SR0000352NP3 dated 4/5/2026 is still pending for over a week. Jio Fiber wiring is broken & I have no internet. Unable to get any support. Please send technician immediately for quick resolution. Urgent

    @JioCare I would suggest no one to take jioFiber because of their worst customer support experience, the agent are just wanting to take money and not give any connection.

    @Airtel_Presence pathetic service, booked for new Wi-Fi connection, it's been 4 days since on one arrived for installation.. no response from airtel.. made a mistake choosing @airtelindia instead of @JioCare , I'll not recommend airtel to anyone hereafter.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, I want to report harassment by one of your representatives. I received a call where the person was extremely rude and threatened to de activate my SIM card just because I haven't recharged yet. This is unacceptable behavior. I have the call recording
