    @JioCare @reliancejio inside my room the signal strength Is very is very low some time nik due to this issue the voice of caller is not audible. it has loss of information please resolve this issue ASAP otherwise I will go for @airtelindia

    @JioCare hopeless service since last 3 days extremely poor network, have to put phone on airplane mode to get proper network. Raised a complaint on the app but still no response!!! Are you sooo hungry and busy robbing our money with your thirdclass level of service???

    @JioCare Ordered a new physical SIM on 2/7. After 7 days & multiple follow-ups, no SIM, no resolution. Money is debited instantly (UPI), but there’s no cancel/refund option; you must wait 30 days. Why the forced interest-free use of customers’ money? @DoT_India @jaagograhakjago

    @JioCare For the last 4 days, my JioFiber internet has been completely down. Every time I complain, I receive the same automated message: "Your request is in process and will be resolved soon."

    @JioCare Nobody really cares. I get automated messages. Nobody wants to make things right. Your technicians are surely not working on the issue. It does not take 3 days to restore internet connect in 1 particular area.

    @JioCare We aren't jobless to keep waiting around while you cant keep up commitment on scheduled slots! Been over 24hrs and no resolution - you don't give a second extra on internet bill and you've taken over 24 hours from the time - which I actually pay for, including for incompetence
