    @JioCare @reliancejio inside my room the signal strength Is very is very low some time nik due to this issue the voice of caller is not audible. it has loss of information please resolve this issue ASAP otherwise I will go for @airtelindia

    @JioCare @reliancejio It clearly shows how little you value your customers. Frankly, this is a pathetic and completely unprofessional service. I'm extremely disappointed and expect this issue to be resolved immediately. It is better to disconnect internet connection.

    Dear @JioCare, My #JioFiber (05223552593) remained completely down from 05 Jul 2026 (10:00 AM) to 10 Jul 2026 (02:36 PM)—almost 5 days. Complaint IDs: SR00003AHG41 & SR00003AO5NV. When a customer delays recharge, service is stopped immediately.

    The service is absolutely terrible. I booked a @JioCare Airfiber connection & the agent promised it would be installed within 24 hours specifically by the afternoon of the next day. However, I haven't received a single call regarding the installation since booking it @reliancejio

    @reliancejio cc told that I should wait for bill cycle than redeem it,need to review it Also mobile plan like 1GB not coming Now a days experiencing ver slow internet with increased in plan value,removal of economical plan, please review as per customer pov on all parameters

    Worst service from Jio, 400 open cases in New Panvel, is what we got to know after following up on our complaint for a week, engineer was being rescheduled every day, the case was being closed everytime we raised an issue. No response from team for engineer visit. @JioCare
