    Internet speed of @reliancejio in my town from last 2 months is very low and in last 15 days it is 100 kbps and problems which one JIO user faces while calling a person through JIO are big, both person can’t listen voice of each other @JioCare ,wasted my money by subs 1 year plan

    @Luvrboy91Sharma @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

    @JioCare its almost one and half month completed and till now i don't get my jio fiber+ stb security amount refund. So many time i call to jio customer care but nothing happen every time they say its in process and within 24 hrs its credit in your A/C but till now it not done
