    @JioCare @reliancejio inside my room the signal strength Is very is very low some time nik due to this issue the voice of caller is not audible. it has loss of information please resolve this issue ASAP otherwise I will go for @airtelindia

    @JioCare very slow network in my area. This is a consistent problem. Request you to take it on priority to resolve this. Location: Vinayak City, Near new government hospital, Badod road, Agar Malwa, MP

    @JioCare Nelson, forwarding my concern is 3 months old story, so is your team working on the same. Isn't it funny & fooling statement of the keep saying earliest after 3 months which hasn't come yet probably never. Either u guys transfer refund or tell #jionorefund it's shame.

    Made the biggest mistake porting to @JioCare And there should be an option to cancel and get a refund cuz the connection quality sucks. I so wanna go back to Airtel. I paid ₹3600 for an entire year and with this pathetic connection I cannot do anything. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi, I do not know the name. But I have the phone number - 9231051390. He told my father that if he get some additional amount, he will install the device otherwise he will cancel the request citing feasibility issues. There is a vendor and a technician. both are involved.

    @JioCare Please refund my money back. I already ordered new broadband connection from Airtel. Which is far better than jio. I don't need any further assistance from you. Non of your service partner pickup my calls, not replying my messages . What is this type of company.

    @JioCare And the issue is not something like for ever for 1 day it provides the network smoothly and the rest other days you the telcom providers slow it down even 4g doesn't work shows offline. Fix it up unless u want to loose your customers.

    @reliancejio ₹1,200 refund pending for 9+ months! Paid for JioFiber relocation on 2 Nov 2025. Service unavailable, so I cancelled and returned the device. Jio confirmed on Dec 13 that the refund was initiated and promised within 7 days. Still nothing @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare If I am using any vpn or private dns this issue doesn't persist. It's means physical wire connection is completely alright problem is with your DNS Resolver server. Kindly look into the matter which dns resolver restrict to access me this website and app.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber I got my connection relocated in January 2026 and my relocation vouchers worth INR 10,500 HAVE STILL NOT BEEN ISSUED TILL DATE! Customer service calls are cut WITHOUT the option to talk to a representative! THIS IS OUTRIGHT ROBBERY! 😡😡
