Appalling service @reliancejio . My mother lost her phone and I have been trying to block the SIM since a long time. None of the customer care numbers work, and there is no reply on the mail too.

@JioCare what the hell you guyz doing in whole North Kolkata region. I didn't saw stable network any time. Fully fluctuate network every time. I complained about these previously. But you guyz didn't took any step. Me and my friends decide to change our network to @VodafoneIN

If your phone is stolen or your JIO Sim is lost It is very difficult to block the JIO Number I have faced this exactly same Issue 2 years back. Someone was using it for 15 days illegally. I had lodged a GD about this.

@kumarrahul10000 @JioCare Wrost speed ever i had by any company I have 3 sim card But all are performing like 2g when I complain about it then they reply your area has I pressure we are solving the problem as fast but nothing done by Jio I have complain 2 many times But the speed was like 2g

@JioCare Why it's so difficult to convert my physical sim to esim? I followed all the steps, and stuck at the last one. I suppose to be sending 1 to 183. But looks like 183 is not valid for sms!! Is 183 still in use? And why your customer care have no clue??
