@itsvichitra @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCare doesn’t even care about their customers. I have been facing network issues for almost a year long and they will just ask you to wait for 90 days and they’ll fix the issue. But that 90 days will never come.

@JioCare one of the worst service provider in my area already complaint about the issue in public grievance and my docket number is DOTEL/E/2019/19129 if my network coverage issue still not solved I'll legally fight for the cause... Pathetic service ...

@JioCare i have MNP to Jio and using Apple watch 3 (gps+celluler) and i am not able to connect with apple watch mobile date . Your Support customer care team doesn’t have any information about how to connect and near by at your Jio store also dont have such information . Plz help

Hi @reliancejio My DND complaint SR00000XN8QQ, received response "concerned operator informed that defaulter has been issued a notice and action has been initiated as per TCCCP. Still defaulter phone 8582841127 is working. @TRAI @rsprasad @DoT_India to check what it is.

@reliancejio if am not able to use the data connection then what am I paying for!! I mean the network speed is really really horrible!!! I can't even use browser or fb lite like watching movie is like dream !! Max speed 20kb/s (really this is what am paying for) !! Unbelievable
