    Worse service by @JioCare @reliancejio jio fiber . The jio fiber has keep the full payment on the sudah but still today no installation has done . Only they are saying it will now they stop receiving call. What a poor service by @JioMart_Support

    @JioCare Two recharges have been done in one day tomorrow. 149 rupees has been recharged. But 199 taka was not recharged but the money was deducted from my bank account.This whole thing has happened in a jio number. If you solve the problem

    @JioCare We have chosen #JioFiber because it will install with in a day but it's seem to be looking like its going to take a week long time. We appreciate your effort but still it's quit disappointing. We had issue with local net provide that's why we decided to shift ,but it's seem same.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your service technicians arvind nishad and ashish installed a router as there was no full coverage of your main unit. They charged me a total of Rs.2,550.00 including installation. Now for the past 5 days router is down & they r not answering my calls.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Recently i got a new Jio connection installed at my home. Despite of paying for 150 M/s b/w, not getting more than 142 M/s D/L & 60-120 M/s U/L. Repeated complaints are not being addressed. Annoyed! Will get the conn. deactivated soon. Pathetic service.

    @reliancejio , @JioCare, @TheMukeshAmbani Sorry to say that Jio and its customer care service is very bad. I did not expect this from Jio. There Jio fiber installation engineers are not well equipped with devices and did not know how to install jio fiber and basic installation.

    One of the worst customer service for a Fiber connection in Chennai is from @reliancejio Fiber. Had to relocate my existing connection to another place within 500m radius where the apartment has the terminal box for the connection to be made. Raised a relocation request... (1/5)
