    Specifically @reliancejio @JioCare since everyone is pushing work from home solution but our only sin is that we'r using @reliancejio network instead of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the nearby Jio cell cite mostly 4 days a week remains almost down 4 whatever reason & we suffer

    @JioCare : My Jio Number was autopay. Since August 2019 mobile services were down in July& K, but you continued to charge me @300/month.Sad to say, when I contacted ur customer care, they showed cold shoulder. Clear loot.

    @reliancejio SIR I HAVE RECHARGED ON 01 APRIL 2020 ON MY JIO NO. 6005406766 AMOUNT RS 153 AND SAME AMOUNT RS 153 ANOTHER NO.6290170600. PLANS ARE NOT ACTIVATED TILL TIME.I HAVE CONTACTED TO CUSTOMER CARE AGENT MR .GURULAL TOLD PLANS ARE NOT APPLICABLE.AMOUNT WILL GO WASTAGE.

    @JioCare here after a long time from kashmir finally internet services restored on 28feb but my jio fiber is not working not able 2 surf internet hell with your service till now even aftr 10time i called nothing happnd. i think we have almost 100 cnctns. in our area half works

    @khaleelrashadi They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    Jio Fiber service has been pathetic in Greater Noida. Airtel has already entered in the market and grabbing the opportunity. My #jiofiber is not working since last 3 days and their engineers are only rescheduling the call w/o any info. #jiofiber #jiofailed @airtelindia @JioCare

    @JioCare i got a Jio fiber connection during 2nd wave of corona. The local Jiofibervendor said that I will have to pay extra for wire as nearest box is 200m away. I paid rs2k for extra wire. Now the wire is broken and they are refusing to repair it. Please help.
