Hello @JioCare please suggest me any #2G plan because in J&K #4G service is ban from 5th of August 2019. I have to recharge my number, why should I pay for #4Gservice. Hope @reliancejio will reply.

Specifically @reliancejio @JioCare since everyone is pushing work from home solution but our only sin is that we'r using @reliancejio network instead of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the nearby Jio cell cite mostly 4 days a week remains almost down 4 whatever reason & we suffer

At least #jiofibre is the first thing outside South Korea where we can at least get 800Mbps down speed on premium pack less than promised 1Gbps but still faster than 5G. But I'm sure this guy is on base plan🤣🤣 So I am all in with #jiofibre

@JioCare your broadband services suck. It hasn't even been 1 week since I installed #jiofiber and it has stopped working. After having complaints multiple times, nobody has come to get it checked. Your engineers say that they will come and never come then. Very poor service!

I ordered for the SIM, and guy took 72 hours to reach to me. And then says - 100 rupay extra lagge *** for sim. 121 wale support - SIM wala janne. Kya ye Free home sim ek mazak hai? Never expected this. @JioCare do you too charge extra for sim delivery?

@JioCare Your information is pretty wrong. 5G is working in my location but Signal is weak and poor. When indoors it is LTE but when I outdoors 5G is visible but speed is only 40mbos-200mbps fluctuation not 1 gbps as claimed by you. Your tower is on my pincode 110024 walking distance
