But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

Multiple engineers were scheduled for home visit and none of them came so far. This is impacting my office work from home badly. One of the worst service provider.
