    @JioCare Till now no resolution has been provided. Today is 25th feb i have used total 7.15 GB IN THIS MONTH my daily limit is 2.5 GB,i have recharged for 1 year.I don't want your service.If you don't want to service customers,please stop your services here asap.

    @ACTFibernet not even a week goes by without me having to raise a ticket for internet problem , this is the utmost pathetic service I have ever seen, planning to switch my connection to a different service provider @reliancejio @airtel please help.

    @JioCare why can’t you install a pole in front of my apartment.. it’s always speed and disconnection issue from neighbors house. Now we pay for 150mbps but receives only 10-20 mbps.. Solve or face disconnection.

    @JioCare @chandrsekharsha My intent was to recharge for 699 plan for 3 months. But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

    @Flipkart is making fun for the refurbished product sell - got sms - You've paid Rs.890 to Flipkart via PhonePe from your IDBI Bank account - but product is still in cart. Fix the bug @Flipkart - that's why @amazonIN is superior and @reliancejio is in the way

    @JioCare It's been 3 months since I have raised a complaint against network issues but There is no resolution.people are laughing at your service.every time I contact your people but taking me as a joke.this is not a proper response. be shame at your service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare as per the discussion from march1st your team informed the network & speed will increase in our location and I dont see any change even after 2 months. Just 1 or 2 points of signal. Planning to stop using Jio. My location 502032

    @reliancejio Hello there! we are facing a huge network failure here. We chosen jio because its network quality was much better than others but it's worst now. This is the 3rd time we are raising the issue in last 6 months. but the issue is not resolved.

    @JioCare ,@reliancejio I am getting an internet Speed of <10 Mbps on a 100 Mbps plan. Using troubleshooting on myjio app results in a chat window where I am redirected to call customer care number which never gets connected nor there's callback. Pathetic service. Please refund

    @JioCare it's been 2 days JioFiber is not working no engineer visited yet very poor and pathetic service from jio . Useless and support from jio . Call service is also not responding properly.

    @JioCare It's been more than one month since i have raise disconnection request for my jio air fiber because no proper service in my area. there is only mails are going back and forth . why it is so difficult to get rid of your service ?

    @JioCare My wifi a6 is down said by engineer and the backend team giving zero shi about my wifi and engineer said it will again take 24hour like are u kidding me
