@JioCare why don't you have any option for talking to a customer care person regarding ebills? The only way to reach out to a person is to report an issue with network.Even then the cust care person will not forward to accounts/billing team? Only way is to drop a mail to care@jio

But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

Cheating with faithful customers. I suggest all customers don't trust on them jio fiber ..please don't go with jio fibre .. After 999 plan you will not get all subscriptions.. customer care team told me you gave us customer it's your fault..@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice
