@JioCare why can’t you install a pole in front of my apartment.. it’s always speed and disconnection issue from neighbors house. Now we pay for 150mbps but receives only 10-20 mbps.. Solve or face disconnection.

@reliancejio My intent was to recharge for 699 plan for 3 months. But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

@JioCare why don't you have any option for talking to a customer care person regarding ebills? The only way to reach out to a person is to report an issue with network.Even then the cust care person will not forward to accounts/billing team? Only way is to drop a mail to care@jio

@reliancejio Do not opt for Jio fiber. One of the worst service. Raised SR00001ECVO3 at 6.22 pm yesterday due to outage. There is no resolution. My office work is completely hampered. If you're doing work from home do not go for Jio.
