But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

The faulty sim got dead due to fault at your end and i ended up paying for it... It's so #disappointing and #frustrating
