    Worst experience from reliance digital even after multiple follow up no response from store and twitter helpline now I have thrown AC at the store didn't want these type of services. @RelianceDigital @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio My intent was to recharge for 699 plan for 3 months. But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

    @JioCare It's been 3 months since I have raised a complaint against network issues but There is no resolution.people are laughing at your service.every time I contact your people but taking me as a joke.this is not a proper response. be shame at your service.

    @JioCare ,@reliancejio I am getting an internet Speed of <10 Mbps on a 100 Mbps plan. Using troubleshooting on myjio app results in a chat window where I am redirected to call customer care number which never gets connected nor there's callback. Pathetic service. Please refund

    @_MukeshAmbani please help us, i am loyal customer for jio from the launch, but from last 6months we are unable to get network in our area. @JioCare is not even registering a complaint.

    @JioCare Till now no resolution has been provided. Today is 25th feb i have used total 7.15 GB IN THIS MONTH my daily limit is 2.5 GB,i have recharged for 1 year.I don't want your service.If you don't want to service customers,please stop your services here asap.

    @JioCare why don't you have any option for talking to a customer care person regarding ebills? The only way to reach out to a person is to report an issue with network.Even then the cust care person will not forward to accounts/billing team? Only way is to drop a mail to care@jio

    @reliancejio I have registered my complaint twice or thrice but my network issue hasn't been resolved. Signal goes abruptly at anytime in a day and comes back after many hours. I have 3 different handsets, same issue with all of them. Worse, it's happening in big city like Delhi.

    @JioCare I just got a call from mobile no : 9832655403 . Was saying that I am calling with Jio Customer Care. We need your laptop or mobile remote anydesk to install jio server. Was this a fake call, do your engineers ask for our laptop or Mobile on the remote?
