    @Airtel_Presence As we are having the new airtel ftth connection on the same room. why u can't upgrade the other existing copper connection. Again if we are applying the new connection U R giving FTTH. The worst service for existing customers.. better to shift to @reliancejio @hemanthdev_

    @JioCare @reliancejio I've been facing catastrophic network issues in my current loctn, call aren't connecting, internet seems like it was never invented. While the @airtelindia is supporting 4G network and HD voice services in the same location. This need to considered seriously

    @JioCare Network is too poor at my office near Biodiversity park, Gachibowli Hyderabad. We are not able to talk also since last 2 weeks. Huge amounts of signal drop. Please look into it ASAP.

    @JioCare Hello, I have a jio gigafiber at home. I am facing frequent disconnect issue. The connect keeps disconnecting and connecting again within seconds. I called the customer care they say the backend team is working on it, but there has been no progress.

    @JioCare i'm fed up of your service i'm continuously complaining about calling problem but no resolution from your side. Say it clearly are you going to solve it or not. Atleast provide better calling to your customers when u'r claiming that u'r 4g service provider

    @JioCare @JioCare hi i will say this one last time, are you going to cancel my connection or not? do not force me to file a case against the company for wrongful billing. I had paid on Oct 1 for 3 month then how customer care has audacity to say have used 1 month extra so can't cancel it?
