@_MukeshAmbani @JioCare I am a post paid customer of jio and have been facing issues with one of my child accounts post recent upgrade. Unable to make calls for more than a week and very poor response on all channels. Taking this route as a final option for quick resolution.

@JioCare even after multiple requests, there is no resolution atleast a mail or call from the team, and if you have analysis kindly check how many people are relocating to other portal in our area, and i have texted multiple times already kindly dont ask for details again

@JioCare what if your customer is stuck in other state where your prepaid sim doesnt work and the cuatomer need postpaid delivered 21century jio suggesting customer: you must travel right back to where you sim is from (state of origin) and then come back where u were struck
