@JioCare Patience to wait without any resolution is something saint-like. There's no point in having that "expected resolution time" there in the SR if all you can profess to customers is to exercise patience.

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I have been using jii fiber since last 25 days and I am getting the worst service from Jio. Even if the speed test websites shows 30mbps of speed, I can’t even send the WhatsApp msgs in less than 4-5 secs.
