@JioCare Your service request number is SR0000199A69. You will receive an update by 12/03/2022 18:10. Kindly resolve it by tonight as this is the 2nd complaint in 2 days. Today morning only technician came and solved but again by 5pm lost net connection.

@_MukeshAmbani @JioCare I am a post paid customer of jio and have been facing issues with one of my child accounts post recent upgrade. Unable to make calls for more than a week and very poor response on all channels. Taking this route as a final option for quick resolution.

Worst @JioCare @reliancejio @Akashtv1Soni please discontinue my account and refund my amount I will setup some other broadband who can resolve our queries/issues quickly, who won't trouble users for their mistakes. No matter how fast is ur internet if u r too slow to solve issues

@JioCare Someone called for a Jio fiber connection. The connection was awful, lot of noise from his side, he wasn't even interested in the call I kept telling him lot of noise is there, he didn't even know which area he was asking connection for. He cut the call at the end.

@JioCare Hello Anuj, the weather here is awesome for the past 2 weeks. It's still bright and sunny in Srinagar right now. It only rained once in the night. So, such excuses clearly indicate how poorly the service is managed based on lies from your ground team.
