@JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000017NF3A for your JioFiber connection your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 25-11-2021 : 15:15:00. Today I raised the issue you are taking more than 24 hrs to just send Engineer. Pathetic.

@reliancejio Pls fix the fibre issue before rolling out #5G. For last 2 days , #delhi and #NCR is facing issue. Your customer care has also no clue about the restoration of the service.
