    @reliancejio @JioCare It was a major fault frequently happens! Jio balance checking number i.e 1299 while i calling it was not connected to jio!! And i didn't get any sms from jio. so kindly response to our calls from customers! fix it!!!

    @JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

    @JioCare Ek baar b kisi ka reply nahi aya koi follow up hi nahi tum logon ka. For wt purpose u r hired. For wt u r getting payed. R u hired to make customers fool or to solve their issues. I hv doubt on your capabilities that u dont deserve the post of jiocare if u can't resolve issues.

    @JioCare actually fibre service is not available it's 5 km away from our home village .........i have requested the near authorities many times to extend the connection they are just avoiding . Actually in our locality 50 villages are there just adjacent to each other.

    @Dr_Spaghetti_Jr @RaoSumukh @reliancejio Yeah, this happened to me as well. Someone gave my number as alternate. The customer care is clueless about the implications. A jio store guy told me the main issue is that jio might annoy me with calls if the connection is postpaid and the guy doesn't pay his bills.

    @reliancejio Your are unable to provide calling I'm not talking about internet speed thats also not working. You are not going to refound for these laps. You turned off customer care support for all the area so no one can complain. And you will provide 5G in India. Hahaha
