    @JioCare it's been 2 days since I lost fiber net connection. SR00001372V8 also created yesterday afternoon without any resolution or even call from your support team. This is not the experience I expected from jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio recharged mobile with IR pack but it was not connected to JIO network, will the IR pack be activated later or amount will be refunded.. pls help There is no much help I could get it on Jio App

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000017NF3A for your JioFiber connection your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 25-11-2021 : 15:15:00. Today I raised the issue you are taking more than 24 hrs to just send Engineer. Pathetic.

    @reliancejio jio fibre network is down for the past 3.5 hrs in chennai Iyyapanthangal area, 600056. and no action from jio network on this. Remember that many are working from home and this is jeopardising our office works. #jiodown.

    This must sound like music for @reliancejio. There has been a huge decline in customer service quality at @amazonIN over the last 3 months. Initially thought it was due to festival overload. But it looks like it is more than that.

    @JioCare I didn't get any message. It was scheduled yesterday at morning, night. I didnt get any message mentioning that it is scheduled today . Could you confirm and escalate to speeden up this resolution.

    @JioCare I have already shared my JioFiber ID and registered mobile number. It has been 3 to 4 months now, and I have wasted approximately ₹2,824 (at about ₹706 per month). I urge you to take immediate and serious action to resolve this issue. Please confirm once resolved. Thank you.

    @JioCare Sector 32A, Ludhiana mein pichhle 7 din se Jio AirFiber aur Jio mobile network lagbhag unusable hai. Baar-baar complaints ke baad bhi koi improvement nahi. Please stop selling new connections if you can't maintain existing services. #JioAirFiber #JioCare #Ludhiana

    @JioCare So, your Engineer is visited and does not bother to give details of problem and say problem from upline/main box. Than he go to check main box then disappeared. No status, no ETA, not come back to says what is exact problem. Your service is getting worst day by day.

    @reliancejio @JioCare First stable your current service I have booked for jio airfiber, after taking payment and not getting any support from jio team. Worst support service, not able to connect with jio care help line. It is not 24*7 service, it provide worst support service
