@JioCare @jioSTB this kumaran and SR No : SR000019AFWL, I paid for STB on 13 Mar but till now it is not delivered and installed. Cust care repeatedly telling today from the day one. STB is not delivered but they started charging for it. Very very disappointed with the service.

@JioCare You Don’t understand and that is why the issue persists. Rubbish client service by Jio Fiber team and bunch of worthless engineers who doen not know how to provide solution but definitely knows to close the ticket without a solution.

@reliancejio @JioCare My time wasted without getting any resolution. I have rated all the interaction as poor with 'call disconnected' remark, but nobody seems to care. It's so sad that with such lousy, unprofessional, outdated, and poor service, you keep growing bigger n bigger

@JioCare Please help I've already suffered so much from 24 Feb 2022. Engineers came 2 times from 24 th Feb none was able to solve my problem. Your service is the worst never buying any other services from you again. Pathetic
