@JioCare I have not changed any plans. I am continuing with the 999 plan. I have used Amazon Prime benefits for 1 & 1/2 months only. Instead of resolving this issue. Why am I getting a standard response related to possibilities? Your team is just capturing the market & creating a monopoly

@JioCare What cooperation? U want customers to wait endlessly when u don't want to do anything. Why u have given resolution time and did nothing to resolve issue? What is the purpose of having internet connection when it is not working? Why Jio can't provide service?
