    @JioCare @fiber_jio Just having economical plans wouldn't make your customers happy, I would rather pick a better service provider who can fix an issue in 2 to 3 days. My ticket is open since last Monday and your customer care team sucks!!

    @srigopal1992 @JioCare @reliancejio I've reached out to them multiple times, raised multiple service requests with the latest one being SR000014EXEB. I haven't received any response from the company yet. They say it's under eligibility check and when I question them about it, they say we don't know what it is. 🤷

    @JioCare The solution you have sent it to me is not working because the problem is not with my device the problem is with the network tower in our area and the technical team of yours in my area careless. So I can only suggest you that to check your technical team in my area. @JioCare
