    @JioCare 7 day period given by the company to resolve the complaint, but I still haven’t received any satisfactory response Now 13 day's over Neither has the connection been canceled nor has the refund been processed. Now it seems that taking legal action will be necessary.

    @JioCare Sir, Due to the heavy wind, my jio airfiber outside unit (antenna) lost, where can i complain and ask for technical help, it AI and chatbot everywhere no idea where to reach.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I recently switched to jio. Its worst of the worst in terms of call quality, internet speed though im in a popular city. You are looting more money than past few years and not providing good service. Such a pathetic situation. #jio

    @JioCare You could avoid all this by just making the number 18008969999 work! It never connects and says the same network congestion recorded bot message! You disconnect my connection you will see consequences

    @JioCare Extremely poor service. Paid ₹1200 for JioFiber relocation, slot booked for May 1, but no action taken till now. No updates, no installation, just delays. This is unacceptable. Please resolve immediately or initiate refund. Will escalate to consumer court if ignored.
