Manish Agarwal (@iammanish53) reported@JioCare I have been repeatedly trying to contact the people involved in my KYC and installation, but no one is taking ownership of the issue. Responses have been rude and unprofessional. If a service cannot be delivered, it should not be promised. Very disappointing experience.
