@JioCare I dont have a issue with the advisor. I have a issue with your training quality and the standard dialogue templates provided to them. Being economical does not being cheap and being indifferent to advisors unnecessary comments.

@JioCare Jio Fiber internet service is not working for last more than 32 hours now. Complaint no. SR000016HIQK. Visits made by engineers but unable identify issue but keep giving commitment to fix issue within 1 hour. Poor service in Navi Mumbai. Poor response form local team.

@JioCare taking to twitter as you have not been able to successful resolve a simple query - can an invoice for my own payment take so long to send? Self-help through app is a horendous experience as invoices beyond 6 months cannot be retrieved.
