@reliancejio hello, as current situation we are working from home and we used jio internet ,we recharge for 3 or 4 months at one time but still network is not proper .Some times no network for 2 to 3 hours .Please do the needful. Otherwise we have to switch to another network.

@JioCare My request for jio fiber set box is not being taken care. I am very sad about it. Every appointment by technician is changed for next day. Service no SR 0000159GJO I wish to surrender jio fiber , such bad service. My plan of 999 jio fiber is being wasted.

@JioCare @reliancejio Jio Services are pathetic in this lockdown, I went to Jankpuri store twice in this heated sun but they didn't give me a replacement SIM card, poorest Service ever, will recommend my friends not to use Jio ever in life
