    When the power cut occurs The Jio network also shutdown. We are paying you for our service not for you excuse. Take an action right now otherwise I have to take a legal action against you and the network operator @reliancejio @JioCare I have attached my location

    @JioCare i have paid for reliance jio and its been 2 weeks . No one picks the call . No support. Why lie if there is no connection. NO0000G26D21 is the order number. I never expected this from jio.

    Now a days @JioCare and @airtelindia is keep on degrading their quality, we can not rely. Automatically cal will be disconnected and internet will go. Can you guys please look the issue. We are paying to get the service.

    @reliancejio I pay postpaid bill of 943/- each month for 30 days however i receive services only for 26-27 days. This is a cheating. Kindly address this issue... One of your frustrated customer

    @JioCare same problem simada, surat at my home..very low speed below 1 Mbps ..I don't think it 4g very poor service .. punagam also same I mentioned above tweet ..this way you will lost customer please solve customer problem from 2-3 month same problem @JagoGrahakJago_
