@reliancejio One of the worse customer care support. Agents does not know anything, not able to give correct information or solve problem regarding International Roaming pack. Transferring call hear and there and no one answer after transferring call.

What's wrong with jio? For past few days, the internet speed is so slow that I can't even load a single webpage. I am paying you handsome amount of money and in return, getting this horrible service. You are forcing me to switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio
