    When the power cut occurs The Jio network also shutdown. We are paying you for our service not for you excuse. Take an action right now otherwise I have to take a legal action against you and the network operator @reliancejio @JioCare I have attached my location

    Absolutely disgusted with @JioCare / @reliancejio service. My Jio Fiber installation was promised day before yesterday — still not done. The installation guy keeps stalling with excuses, and when I tried calling the team lead to sort it out, he flat out ignored my calls.

    @JioCare Jio network is extremely poor in Vill - Akabelpur,Teh - Bhongaon,Distt- Mainpuri( UP)205262,despite jio tower in nearby village Garhiyagovindepur just areal distance 750 mtrs to 1000 mtrs What should I do ,even a simple massage takes long timepl make correct network immediately

    @JioCare why network not working since 2-3 days?? Symbol is 4g and no calls it internet working not to me it's all users who complaining??

    @JioCare Rescheduling won’t solve the issue. Your engineers have confirmed the network board/box is damaged. Please replace the damaged board permanently instead of repeatedly scheduling visits. Kindly escalate and resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare @reliancejio jio fiber complaint raise more than 24 hr ago. Still no resolution man. Technician comes and gone. Mentioned another person will visit and fix no one visited till now

    @JioCare Yes, I want to cancel the order and receive a full refund to the original/source account. I do not want the voucher reinstated or a new connection. Please process the refund and confirm the refund timeline. Also, please address the contradictory information provided by your teams

    @Airtel_Services your services are down. Everytine you raise a service request the automated response is that you all are aware and give us 5-6 hours. It's been more than 6 hours since I raised the last request. Terrible experience when things fail @reliancejio is the savior

    @JioCare @JioCare The issue is intermittent and occurs repeatedly throughout the day. I cannot keep DMing every time the internet drops. Please register an official complaint, share the SR number, and arrange an on-site technician visit for a permanent resolution. #JioFiberDown

    @JioCare I already used self-care and TWO scheduled visits were missed. Now you say “system restrictions” prevent another confirmed visit. Internet & TV are still down. SR00003F7213. Stop sending me back to the same process. Please escalate this to a supervisor and resolve it
