    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare The jiofiber is not working since yesterday evening 8 pm and the my Jio app is not allowing to raise a service request for the same please get the service restored asap. Currently it shows 8:44 pm today for resolving the issue which is more than 24hours

    @reliancejio @reliancejiocare Your JioFiber service has been down for 2 days, and the experience has been pathetic. The network sucks, and your AI bot keeps giving useless automated responses without actually resolving the issue. 2 days without proper service is unacceptable.

    @reliancejio @JioCare my spouse's jio number with a valid 899 recharge got disconnected yesterday, no signal, and on calling it's telling "number doesn't exist". Customer care told me to visit nearest jio store with doc. But, the number is not available to their system. Pls look.

    @reliancejio @JioCare You claimed the ₹15,834 was adjusted in my bill, but I never received or benefited from this amount. I’ve already clarified this, yet there’s still no response. Please stop closing the case with incorrect information and resolve this urgently.

    @reliancejio @OfficialJioPC I paid 1,000/- pre-booking fee for Jio Airfiber. Never got the appointment nor any communication regarding the service connection, and no refund either #scam
