    @reliancejio First work on 4g network it's very slowly in mangaldai town after start 5G. JIO 4G not working always 9 pm to 10 am why 4G speed is 0.. I have many time complain but till now not working resolve this problem Third class service provide in mangaldai town.. Assam Darrang..

    @geekyranjit @reliancejio In Kolkata, using the 5G service of Jio since Nov. Excellent coverage on samsung phones (n28). Somehow my iPhone doesn't connect to n28. It always latches on n78. Speed is around 300-500 indoor (n28), indoor 700-1200 (n78) outdoor 1300-2100(n78).

    I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. 8528505850 my Jio number

    @Smartprix I'm using 2 mobiles with 5g @JioCare & @Airtel_Presence I'm using both sims both are sucks in my city thank you to use my wifi everyday ur internet makes my job runied 🙏

    @JioCare The internet has not been working for the past 4 days! Although I have followed all the steps to resolve the issue, yet no resolution by now. I called the Customer Support, however, no one is responding. It is really disappointing.

    @geekyranjit @reliancejio It was not working in my 13 Mini as well when it had arrived at my location but suddenly when i visited near the tower where my friends were able to get the 5G signals i got the signals but since i had not received the Welcome offer it was useless
