    Dear Jio Officials We are Your Customer so you have to look at the problem we are facing since last year We are Facing Internet issue . Even couldn't connect call Sometime In Our Area If we are paying more money then it is your Duty to give us better Service .@reliancejio

    When the power cut occurs The Jio network also shutdown. We are paying you for our service not for you excuse. Take an action right now otherwise I have to take a legal action against you and the network operator @reliancejio @JioCare I have attached my location

    For 3 days, my Jio STB has not been working. YouTube and JioHotstar work, but Jio Live Channels don’t. Complaints via app/email got no response, and customer care calls disconnect automatically. This is unacceptable. Fix it urgently and send a technician. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare nobody is there to care about customer's issue, your customer care executive drops the call intentionally and then never calls back, your team is not technical enough to guide about Gemini pro. Even after sending the port out message nobody cares about.

    @reliancejio your customer help is abysmally low quality. The agents have no idea about details and they have no intention to resolve any query. Absolutely pathetic experience. Time to port my family connection. Goodbye

    @JioCare I have been a big admirer of Jio services. It is sad to see the state of Jio customer service and social media team. I logged complaint 5 days back and I haven't received any courtesy phone from your team explaining the situation. @Airtel_Presence time to Move on I guess

    @JioCare my airfiber is doing my head in. Frequent disconnections , every 15 mins or so. Diagnostics shows no problems and had a very uninspiring call with customer care who i don't think understands the problem. This needs to be escalated to a service engineer asap.

    @JioCare Neha, escalation to support team is going on in last 2.5 months but no refund as of yet. I am ashamed to keep hearing request for more time, will it pay medcal bills? What is the reason tell me for more time. I need my refund ASAP, else say #jionorefund #jiorefundscam
