@JioCare @reliancejio Why can't you improve your services ... Very disappointed with how the whole outage is being handled and customer being penalized for having no connectivity which he has already paid for ! You should give a 3 days credit due to network not being available!

@JioCare One Mr Mangesh who is the service incharge in my area called and confirmed that he will be reaching my place at 16:30 but he didn’t. His phone is now switched off! He did the same thing last week and last to last week that he is coming but he never came!

@JioCare I was charged Rs 1000 for installation of Jiofibre by the service engineer... I just wanted to confirm whether Jio Charges anything for installation of fibre because this has happened for the first time that I was charged something

@reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani I called Jio customer service about 5 times and the representative told me to go to the nearest Jio fibre office and submit the devices myself. I got there and handed in devices.

@JioCare I referred 3-4 people from my society. Now i think agent wants to install everyone at the same time to avoid coming back again even though I paid 3 days prior to them. Everyday appointment is getting rescheduled. Trusting jio and disconnecting previous service was mistake
