Harishankar Shukla (@HSShukla11) reportedThe transformer for the Jio tower in my area has completely failed; it only functions when there is a power supply, and otherwise the network does not work. We are all switching from @JioCare to Airtel by porting our numbers, as @airtelindia 's service and network are excellent.
