    @JioCare It's been 2 days, unable raise the ticket. When call to customer care bot speaks to self diagnosis and disconnects. Since every month it happens, and no compensation is given I need to change to different provider. One of the worst provider I have used.

    For the last 2 months, I have been facing slow internet issues almost every alternate day. I have contacted JioCare around 10 times, yet the issue remains unresolved. Today again, the CC executive asked me to simply switch off the router for 5–10 minutes and restart it.
