    When the power cut occurs The Jio network also shutdown. We are paying you for our service not for you excuse. Take an action right now otherwise I have to take a legal action against you and the network operator @reliancejio @JioCare I have attached my location

    @JioCare It's been 2 days since I requested an eSIM to physical SIM conversion. The request was rejected because your records incorrectly show my name as "Nitin Fulwani" instead of "Nitin Guwalani." I visited the Jio Store with valid ID, yet was told it could take 10 days to fix.

    @JioCare Got a message that the Jio Fibre has been repaired. Just restart the router. I did that but internet continues to be down. Now what ?

    @TRAI Ofcourse yes, I havent seen complete signal bars in my @JioCare network. And experience with @airtelindia wired broadband is pathetic. As there is no competition Airtel and Jio customer experience is degrading day by day and I should say they are least bothered about customer complaints. More competition required.

    No network for mobile & fibre since morning at 401402. It's raining continuously& during situations like these, a reliable mobile network is essential for communication & emergencies. @JioCare restore services earliest. network outage during heavy rainfall is a serious concern.

    @JioCare My Jio internet is consistently very slow in Nellore - 524002, Andhra Pradesh. I have submitted several complaints, but there has been no improvement. Request immediate action. If the issue continues unresolved, I request @DoT_India and @TRAI to look into the matter.

    My JioFiber connection has been down since 16th July. Complaint ID: SR00003BG01N (logged via MyJio app). Despite calling Jio helpline daily for the last 3 days, no resolution yet. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service and support. @JioCare resolve urgently!
