    @JioCare Missing verified installation slots is a clear violation of TRAI's Quality of Service (QoS) regulations for broadband provisioning. Since Jio failed to meet its commitment today, I am lodging a formal complaint with TRAI and the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) next!

    Raghunathpur Donwan Bihar 843105 is facing a lot of network issues. Today at 12 noon nothing is working, services are very slow. I think there is a problem with the network tower. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Ma'am, the first schedule was given for today for which I raised the ticket yesterday around 2 pm but today it was rescheduled to tomorrow, not sure of the reason, I am not staying in a big metro city wherein they can't come and fix one wire issue for more than 48 hrs.

    @JioCare My jio fiber Internet is down since 4 days. SR00002LJVEE raised. ERT of Jun 4 missed. No engineer. No call. No fix. Repeated follow-ups ignored. This is harassment of a paying customer. Escalate NOW.

    @suchitra2026 @JioCare Same story ...they are running a scam..opening account , collecting data, money for some package, nobody turns up for more than a month but everytime there will be a ticket and message from some system without any follow on action. When you cancel, no money credited back. Frauds
