    @rajatrakhit @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI I have too complained the same issue to JIO but so far no action has been taken and @DoT_India should take action against @reliancejio. In my tweet I have mentioned @TRAI too. It’s really annoying that @TRAI too didn’t respond.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare #jio now things are worst... Not at all speed.. I am complaining since last 1 year and not at all resolution. I have 5 connection of Jio at my home and if this issue did not resolve in this month then I am going to port all.Worst kind of service #jiojio

    @JioCare If you guys are not gonna fix the issue then please provide the refund for the prepaid recharges which are in queue. So that I can port out and which ever network is having better coverage in my area, will opt that.

    @JioCare Yesterday I got first response from @jiocare social media assuring me that action will be taken and their engineer will visit today without fail by 9:00AM. It’s 9:30 now and there is no sight of any such engineer. #JioFiber fails again.
