    @reliancejio @JioCare is Jio True 5G support esim in samsung phone or only phisical sim, because i have not received TRUE 5G welcome offer for esim mobile, whereas other physical sim received welcome offer, both numbers are located in same place and under family plan.

    @reliancejio we are getting very disturbed network connectivity and speed. Meetings and calls are getting disconnected in every 5-7 mins. Getting 30-40% less connectivity. The worst part is your Support system. #jioBot not allowing to talk real person but giving predefined reply

    @airtelindia We have our broadband down due to fiber cut from 2 days, raised complaint yesterday, and escalation today. your technicians don't even care to call back in a community airtel exclusive with 450+ connections. Time for @reliancejio as a competition?

    @JioCare worst customer service and just in case jio fiber internet stops working then either you need to reach Ambani or God coz CS don’t know anything. Technitian visit on their own convinces and in my case not till now! @Airtel_Presence #JIOTrue5G #jiofiber @reliancejio #5g

    pathetic service @JioCare first of my phone is 5g but still they are not giving permission of 5g usage even after everything is done in app and 4g service what is worse if we complain about customer service those people don't respond itself if it is not solved iam going to shift.
