    I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

    Post 1 of 3 @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago I took a new Jio Fiber connection on Jul 1st and paid Rs 12121.64 (yearly) for it (thru Mr Nayan 62919 11370). During Installation, there was no network detected, hence I was asked to go for another package Rs 2221.46 per quarter.

    @JioCare I have airfiber having a reacharge of 1 year of 30 mbs speed upto 1000 gb at the time for purchase today after a it exhausted and showing you have only 966 gb what about that 34 gb please answer it I call with your customer supportstaff the call it call addautomatically

    @jiocare Sweety, thank you for the update. I know from last 2+ months refund is in process but that process has never ended to give chance to the next step of transfer refund. Sadly everytime it bounce out from the refund processing. It's sad & depressing never ending fail cycle
