    I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

    @JioCare sir ported from jio sim to Esim but its been more then 24 hrs and its not getting activated please see to it and kindly take action please inform the things which is left from my end its an EMERGENCY

    @JioCare you have provide warst service. Now you have a good excuse that lot of users are using internet so internet is not working properly. Please do something better. @_MukeshAmbani ji please don't enjoy with money of your customers, provide proper service also. @TRAI

    @JioCare totally disappointed. Actually I raised a complaint regarding a poor connectivity and network issue. They were saying your issue has been resolve after 2 days. Now I am trying to connect to customer service care they declined my call again and again.

    If you are thinking to install a new jio fiber connection at your home or office then think once again before installing jio internet experience is very bad eyery week 2to 3 times it doesn't work because of servicing on road very bad customer experience @reliancejio #jiofiber
