I complaint hundreds of time to @JioCare regarding slow speed and network coverage from same location and every time they give same excuses *we are working on it and we are not able to committee a date* I hear these statement from last year2018 and nothing was changed after that.

@JioCare upgraded to plan 699 for 100 Mbps. But can't touch even 50 Mbps. The support on myjio app is disaster. WhatsApp has only standard replies and live chat doesn't work. And we are talking 5G.
