@JioCare @reliancejio Your customer care is absolutely incompetent! They have no clue about the specifications of the single band router! You are taking consumers for a ride by providing them with inadequate hardware! Giving them only 20% speeds which is against @TRAI guidelines

@JioCare @reliancejio If this is the beginning than I think there would be more difficulty lying ahead while using services of JIO. I also thought once for JIO fibre but thats where I have to think once again to get ahead with it. Lack of service has become a new trend in industries.

@TRAI Please take note of this violation. @JioCare is making false claims while providing their Fiber connections. The speeds will NEVER go beyond 100Mbps connection due to hardware limititations and they are not willing to provide a better router with Gigabit ports.

@JioCare wanted to change pre to post and then go for family post paid plan itd been 4 visit to jio store matunga mumbai still not done. Now 1 postpaid upgraded from 199 to 599 other prepaid validaty over. Still no solution
