    @JioCare Why should the customer pay for a problem on your side and a company like Jio is so stingy that they can't even give a days or 2 days grace for a problem on your side and also that you are incapable of solvin the issue to ease the inconvenience.

    @shamkhede @JioCare @reliancejio Totally agree with you it's centric to new customers.Rather I am facing issue with 999 plan they promise to give amazon prime on it but now they removed it.I think Airtel is a better choice to switch as getting good feedback for it and most important their nice after sale service
