    At JIO you have to wait till 1AM to send a message, wait till 2 Am to browse a website, send imp mails, review videos coz people will sleep and network will give good coverage. Worst ever experience. BSNL has a better connection speed then JIO.@reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

    Even can't send a single message from home. Now I'm tweeting this standing outside about 50 meteres with an umbrella due to heavy rainfall. Its a serious problem of every consumer of @airtelindia @reliancejio in our locality. Please help us.

    @JioCare It's been a year since I raised several complaints regarding call drop and Internet speed but till date no one bothered to help us...If Jio not able to help us then we have to strt searching 2nd optn.. pathetic network and pathetic service @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @jiocare worst service . My uninstallation request has been rescheduled at least 10 times . Imagine how can they fix if there are any issues if you availed jio fiber.#jiocare . Please avoid jio fiber and save yourself from frustration.

    @JioCare tweeting for the 6th day!!! No internet yet. No technician came yet. Again repeating the same thing. Internet is down for 6days for entire building. And no one is ready to come. How long should I keep doing this.??? This is my 20th tweet.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm Palak my jio number is lost and when i went to jio store of kanpur, pincode - 208011 they are saying everyone is busy please wait outside in your car and come back after 20 mins. Is this how customer services should be not even place to sit. 👏
