    At JIO you have to wait till 1AM to send a message, wait till 2 Am to browse a website, send imp mails, review videos coz people will sleep and network will give good coverage. Worst ever experience. BSNL has a better connection speed then JIO.@reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

    @TRAI Facing slow Internet in my location since 2019 and frequently complaining to both of the @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence. Still no action taken. They're looting us huge money in recharge without providing service.

    @reliancejio Assam University, Silchar and Irongmara that is 0.8 km away form university where almost 50% students of this university are there is facing a bad internet issue during load shedding.All students need internet during studies,but how can we study during load shedding?

    @reliancejio do something for network troubleshooting. Here's Internet speed less than 10 kbps. Concerned authority of Silchar office also not giving any importance of thousands complaints. Shame @reliancejio @JioCare

    Jio is Very slow. I am not satisfied with the poor service. Cannot play pubg due to poor network connection. Plese fix this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i am going to switch on other network services. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Patience since two months now? @reliancejio fiber service should be complained to consumer forum for looting our money. Providing almost no internet by taking so much money from the consumers. Fed up now. It's Harrasment I feel being the owner of Jio Fiber. Just got scammed.

    @JioCare Your recharge page is misleading. It prominently shows ₹555/month and 120 Days, which made me believe I was purchasing 4 months of service for the ₹2,221.46 I paid.Only after payment did I realize the plan provides 90+7 days (97 days) instead of the 120 days

    @JioCare Thank you for the response. The issue is that I do not have access to the current Registered Mobile Number, as it belongs to a former employee who has left the organization and is not cooperating. The JioFiber connection is installed at our office and all bills are paid by us.
