    @reliancejio u ve da worst speed in my area. It's been like this 4 months. Ur live chat idiots always say it's a temporary thing & will be solved in a few daz.Almost going to b an year still da same. Why do I spend 555 wen I cant even use it n ve 2 use broadband. Get me a refund.

    At JIO you have to wait till 1AM to send a message, wait till 2 Am to browse a website, send imp mails, review videos coz people will sleep and network will give good coverage. Worst ever experience. BSNL has a better connection speed then JIO.@reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

    @JioCare is the worst customer care service. Had ordered an jio air fiber connection. Made the payment and It's already been a week now. No one from the installation team is taking responsibility. It's too worst.

    @JioCare First experience with Jio and it has been the worst. Even after tweeting and repeated complaints, today the team only came for KYC and still no installation done. Entire day wasted with false assurances and no proper response from staff. Very disappointing service and support

    @JioCare If there's a problem, neither calls are made nor the internet works. The network is so bad. Will you fix it quickly, or should I port to Airtel? Airtel has a better network in my village. If you want to install a tower, it should be on the roof of my house.
