@JioCare It's been a year since I raised several complaints regarding call drop and Internet speed but till date no one bothered to help us...If Jio not able to help us then we have to strt searching 2nd optn.. pathetic network and pathetic service @reliancejio

@reliancejio It is very hard to digest that your network at UDHARBUND, CACHAR, ASSAM is too poor to participate in online job. Subscribed 2 GB daily data for one year but could not consume half of this. You should not make profit by not providing connectivity. Shame.

@JioCare I have been Jio User since long time and extremely satisfied with the services, i tried so called fastest broadband Airtel which is worst and not working since 1.5 months now No customer care bothered to help me, Jio's mobile network helped me in my WFH when i was left helpless
