    @TRAI Facing slow Internet in my location since 2019 and frequently complaining to both of the @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence. Still no action taken. They're looting us huge money in recharge without providing service.

    Jio is providing the best recharge plan as compared to other telecom services but their customer support is very poor. Raised issues multiple times reg. slow internet speed & poor network in my area since last 3 months till now no action taken yet. @JioCare @reliancejio @trai

    We don’t have network from last 24 hours in Silcoorie, Cachar (Assam-788118). I have paid for daily 1.5 gb of Internet and unlimited calls (including validity). How the @reliancejio will compensate me for my loss? @JioCare

    @imVkohli It’s better to lose the phones instead of using a very poor network just like @reliancejio @JioCare even in the place that is nearest to Bangalore city!! Unfortunately, they say they have superfast 5G but 70% users are hardly getting 4G speed. Lot of ignorance towards villages!

    @JioCare local jiofiber executive misguide you with postpaid to prepaid conversion. Jio care fails to resolve a simple issue. Jio fiber has always been problematic. Pathetic service and poor trained staff.
