    @reliancejio its been almost 1 month i'd been complaing jio for its poor service slow net call drop bt till date i received no response from jio &worst network it became If within 24 hours if my issue is not fixed i'll go2 consumercourt @TRAI @consumerforum_ @Consumer2Court

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice The dealership head never ever picks my phone. The other guy at dealership switches off his phone. Even after raising complaints three times @JioCare , absolutely zero response. Either refund my money or get the job done ASAP

    @JioCare This is the standard answer that you give, you never tried reaching out to me , as I have proof of no contact. 3 separate days of internet not being available how do you justify it? 25th 31st and 6th. How can you call it as resolution, ticket raised on 6th took 24hrs +

    @JioCare It’s been 14 days since I first complained about my Jio Fiber internet being extremely slow, and the issue still persists. Repeated complaints, but zero results. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete disregard for customers.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, @TRAI the network coverage in Kamatagi,Bagalkot, Karnataka has been absolutely terrible periodically. Call drops, constant buffering, and barely 1 bar of signal. We are paying for premium service but getting 2G-era speeds.

    @JioCare @dot Having poor network coverage at my home location. Call quality is very bad call drop connecting issue no internet access is major prob ..pls look into it without giving lame excuses that it's temporary congestion...

    @JioCare I have also air fiber connection which is also having same issue of network, in my area I think there is some issue with the tower which is 150 mtr from my house, kindly check the data of tower for past 3 month analys it n reply
