Harsh Chopra (@hvchopra) reported@JioCare No resolution till today. It has been a week now. Engineer had planned a visit which has been cancelled again. This is the 3rd time I got a message about a visit and it has been cancelled again. No option but to search for a different service provider.

This is by far the worst service I’ve experienced. I prepaid for 6 months and now I’m seeking a refund. Never recommending JioFiber to anyone. #JioFibe
