    @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Now days Jio service is becoming worse. Network is poor, there are calls being missed, unable to make calls during emergency. Internet is very slow too. And waiting for the jio fiber team to pickup my jio fiber device. It’s been. 8 days since the request has been made.

    I have 3 fiber connections and all are affected due to the fiber cable cut near the main box. Nobody has showed up to fix this issue since last week. Kindly help @JioCare @reliancejio or get these connections terminated forever.🙏

    @OnSpectra your sevice levels have gone down drastically. I paid for a new connection on Saturday and it's Monday. 2 absolutely rubbish promises made by your sales and installation team. BTW, Iv been your customer since 4 years. @reliancejio Fiber is in my colony. Time to shift
