    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare I booked for airtel and they literally got your in half an hour and the guy is fixing the internet. You've don't nothing for 5 days. Highly recommend Airtel to anyone and never jio. Even engineer is saying jio customer care and team and waste

    Worst service by @reliancejio @JioCare , I barely use internet, i have wifi at my work place and home but still my data gets completed so quick, i just use net for texting. wasting my money on jio. not gonna recommend anyone and gonna port in some other service. worst experience

    @reliancejio, 4 days ago payment made in advance for a stb, still no clarity about the installation , every day just keep getting new tickets, Today I told your customer care to refund the money, they said they can't ?? You cancel your complete connection. Any views on this??
