    @JioCare why the internet speed is not improving and still facing trouble. Tweeted you guys on 17th May Sunday also regarding the issue. Network is very slow not able to use a single application properly

    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    I’m trying to disconnect/cancel my JioFiber connection, but I’ve been redirected multiple times between JioFiber support and the IVR system and it doesn't have the required option for account closure. please assist @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @Jiocare installation pending for more than 2 weeks even after payment completed. No response from customer care or service team despite multiple calls. Very disappointing service experience from Jio. Very disappointing and irresponsible service from Jio.

    @Airtel_Presence I don’t understand why you charge for replacing the DTH box. If the box isn’t working properly, whose fault is it and why should the customer bear the cost? It is better to opt out and choose another @JioCare @BSNLCorporate

    Very disappointed with @JioCare JioFiber is down since morning, affecting my office work. Service visit for SR000035ZOGT was scheduled today (16 May) between 12-1 PM, but got rescheduled to 5-6 PM without my consent. Sitting idle unable to work. Please resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare It’s been more than 20–25 days and I’ve continuously raised complaints regarding the poor network service. The issue is with the tower/router installed, which still hasn’t been resolved. Am I going to get a refund for the service I paid for but couldn’t even properly utilize?

    @JioCare @sbnews1_ I am facing outage from last 24hrs ,no service ,no support ,just waiting for techincian assignment.Frequent interruption,slow speed. It is better to switch to alternative then jio.

    @JioCare I have Ordered a new SIM card from online to its been a month no update on this no call no message here is the order number NO00015DEJVT I have paid amount of 349 amount as well this is too worst service that to be in Bangalore City.
