  @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

  @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio - Such a hopeless customer service is your jio fiber team. From yesterday morning 12 my internet not working, on reaching customer service I was told it will take 2 days. On requesting for early resolution I am given only false assurances.

  @JioCare Hi Kaif, Just because your team closes the service request it doesn't mean the issue has been resolved. Without resolving the issue they have closed the tickets. I'm not able to use the internet since October 4th 2022.

  @JioCare I have DM my number and you can take all data what you are looking for. There is no mobile data from 3 days where I am using this number. Worst service
