    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @reliancejio Wrong promises, delayed responses and what not. It's chaotic now to even expect you guys to actually work on customer satisfaction. It's WORK FROM HOME and you guys still care not what the customer might go through or lose.

    Dear @reliancejio ,how more ridiculous do you want to get? How many more customers do you want to lose? We raised a relocation request on 1st August '22 and it's 4th today. No technician called us and everytime we call customer care, all we get is 'Please wait till the day end'.

    @JioCare No need. The service is restored after 48 hours. Nobody called in the meantime. I was in dark totally the whole time. Thank you very much for your wonderful service. I had to recharge with mobile data despite of having broadband. Never coming back if i get another alternative.
