    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare why the internet speed is not improving and still facing trouble. Tweeted you guys on 17th May Sunday also regarding the issue. Network is very slow not able to use a single application properly

    @JioCare This is not a temporary issue; it is a permanent one. It has been 20 days—and in those 20 days, your "temporary problem" still hasn't been resolved. You have only one excuse: that it is a temporary problem. There is absolutely no network connectivity.

    @JioCare 2/2 another slot!!! Why???? My complaint is OPEN and unattended. This is the lousiest response I have ever received. If you can't fix it, take your connection back. Enough of this BS that you dish out to customers. And if you have to call me, have someone speak to me in English!!

    @JioCare "I have already shared my Jio number and all incident details (including the Wagholi blackout on April 26) via official email and National Consumer Helpline (Docket: 9190271). I'm not here for basic 5G troubleshooting.

    @JioCare Trying to upgrade from AirFiber to wired fiber but no response. Data is draining abnormally fast, calls not connecting & emails bouncing. Very poor support. Please resolve ASAP or I’ll switch.

    @JioCare @reliancejio SR00002KQUX2 we have scheduled an appointment with a Jio service engineer at your premises on 30-Apr-2026 between 10:30:00-11:30:00. Where is the Engineer? Unable to track the SR and no technician called.? When will u resolve the issue? #stophindiimposition
