@reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

@JioCare why the internet speed is not improving and still facing trouble. Tweeted you guys on 17th May Sunday also regarding the issue. Network is very slow not able to use a single application properly

@JioCare I complained about the JioFiber service that did not work from 29th Feb 2023. A service request number is SR00001H521Z. Each time when I call into JioCare got information that the service starts within 24 hours. Yet, the service issue was not resolved. @JioCare

@reliancejio what a 3rd class app you have in terms of providing support which can’t even perform basis task.The App can’t even set a simple Jio Tune after following instructions. All 3 attempts showing used and jio tune is not activate!!!
