    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare why the internet speed is not improving and still facing trouble. Tweeted you guys on 17th May Sunday also regarding the issue. Network is very slow not able to use a single application properly

    @JioCare I have ported my SIM card to Airtel and am very happy now. I had been suffering for three years with a terrible network; every time I complained, the only response I got was that work was underway in my area.

    @JioCare @JioCare My JioFiber was down from 29 Junโ€“05 Jul 2026 despite timely complaints (SR000039RPG7, SR00003A9QN9). Engineer visited only after several days and fixed a minor fault in minutes. Please extend my plan validity for the outage period. Reg. No.: +91-7805318580 #JioFiber

    Unacceptable @JioCare! Your team cancels my appt, and now you want ME to wait 3 hours and reschedule it myself because of "system restrictions"? I shouldn't have to fix your internal tech's mistake. Assign an engineer and get my internet fixed tonight!

    @JioCare Frequent internet connectivity issue. Using neighbour ACT FIBER internet to raise jio customer care requests.Taking 4 days for a technician visit fixing temporarily. I tried 3 hours to find customer support to raise today's request. Unable raise request through app or call.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointed with the service. I raised a complaint for my Air Fiber connection, but itโ€™s been 4 days and there has been no response. No engineer has even been assigned yet. This level of customer support is unacceptable. Resolve my issue on priority.

    @JioCare I already DMโ€™d my JioFiber ID and registered mobile number yesterday as requested by Tanushka, but itโ€™s been over 24 hours with no response or update. My 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi has been down for 10+ days now. Kindly escalate and arrange an engineer visit ASAP. Please update me
