@reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

@JioCare If you can read out your own policies so it says permanent disconnection will happen in 2 days and device pick up will be scheduled in next 3 days. I patiently waited and then after raising a complaint on 21st of October, all I’m getting in the name of help is

@JioCare “Wait till 5th November”. I want my refund as soon as possible. You guys schedule a pickup one month or one year later. That’s your problem. Deal with it. If you find anything wrong with your device, it will be at my risk and I will pay for it. But give me my money back now.

This Is Really Frustrating @reliancejio Where Due Date Of Recharge is 4Days(Prepaid Sim) Still I Need To Listen English And Hindi "Apki Plan Ki Vadeta Katam Honne Wale Hai etc.." @reliancejio Surely I Will Join Alternative Network If This Wouldn't Be Stopped.

There is a lot of network problem in the houses around Apna Hostel in the street near MLA Madan Prajapat Niwas in Balotra, since last five days there is neither call nor internet service nor can send sms sir please solve this problem soon @JioCare @reliancejio @MadanPrajapat_
