    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare It is not for some hours of days, it is for whole days since last few weeks. I am complain again and again. And how a village of 2000 peoples can impact the network at the same time, where in cities it don’t. Lets have some solution instead of talking.

    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio sorry to say but you break the trust of Indians jio service is worst .I have paid in advance for my jio fiber connection but after 10 hours my jio fiber still not installed. I think costomers the nothing for jio. Jio Took money and gone .

    @JioCare there is an issue with the network connection in evening. I'm trying to use the internet but it not responding and when I try to call customer care . Phone call automatically disconnected.

    Story: My father tried to port his mobile number @vodafoneservice to @reliancejio after some time we got nearly 10 spam msg from Vodafone saying "cancel (mobile number)", after that they are calling him and saying that send the same in 1900 for successful porting your number.

    @reliancejio Jio will do anything but they won't do anything to give people's good n proper network. I have complained many times to customer care. My issue is still unresolved. Launching 5g before that make 4g network good.
