    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare why the internet speed is not improving and still facing trouble. Tweeted you guys on 17th May Sunday also regarding the issue. Network is very slow not able to use a single application properly

    @JioCare ENOUGH OF SCRIPTED REPLIES, GET BOOSTERS INSTALLED TO AMPLIFY THE SIGNALS. YOU CANNOT CHARGE THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT SERVICE. AIRTEL ALSO HAS THE SAME ISSUE, BUT THEY RESOLVED IT. IF THEY CAN DO WHY JIO CANNOT DO.

    @JioCare Never knew JioCare is fully automated that only response they give is another timeline. Calling you guys back and forth from more than 24hrs so that I can work in peace. Let me know if you guys can't provide a reliable service I will switch to Airtel then. @airtelindia

    @JioCare Why my mobile service suspended? Your service request number is SR00001363IQ. You will receive an update by 06/12/2020 06:05. Paying Bill in advance is crime? It’s happening second time .
