    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare why the internet speed is not improving and still facing trouble. Tweeted you guys on 17th May Sunday also regarding the issue. Network is very slow not able to use a single application properly

    @JioCare @reliancejio Outgoing sms not working on 8240860985. Visited Jio store and tried calling CC, but got help from nowhere. Active pack & top up balance is there. Tried changing sim to different phone as well. Can someone please check.

    @JioCare Thanks a lot for prompt support. I received a callback with troubleshooting steps. It turns out that it was account status sync issue from Discovery+ side. It started working today.

    @JioCare I already put 3. To 4 complaint on your help line number 198 , To your customer care executives And on my jio app jio talk care And on your live chat We have 3 jio numbers at our home and we all are facing same problems Network issues internet issue calling call reciving
