@reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

@JioCare I have waited almost two weeks. Your sales people are not attending my calls even. Your technician called his supervisor many times from my location regarding the situation he never responded. I don't know what is the issue with my order.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am extremely disappointed with the service support of Jio. After two days of my complaint today 2 person came from Jio to resolve the issue. After 1 hour they told me that set top box is faulty and created work order and will be replaced within 1 hour.

Hey @JioCare , I have opted for relocation for the jiofiber on 5th june for 10th june. It's not yet done. I have been reaching the customer care everyday and they are saying the same thing everyday day "Today our engineers will visit". But no one is calling. @reliancejio
