    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @reliancejio You asked me contact distributor and jio center but they are not Responding that I called them several times further they asked me to call customer but customer care also not Responding. Kindly Resolve this issue and pay back my money immediately..

    @reliancejio @JioCare Trying to update address in a post pay connection through physical visits to jio store, mail, MyJio app, twitter DM. Don’t think you guys either care about serving your customer with simplest of service request or not equipped for it.

    Can anyone recommend the best fiber connections except @JioCare because their senior engineers are lazy and excuse makers. Today is the 5th day but still they said 2 more weeks Bihar east Champaran motihari team is worst.

    @JioCare can anyone check or at least try to resolve the issue I am experiencing with the Jio fiber connection. My service request is open from more than 7 days now and I do not have any update. Nor your customer support are able to provide any update.

    @reliancejio Please have a good staff to resolve issues, even prime postpaid customers like me suffer a lot due to your service quality and on-call support which is terribly bad. would recommend all to change to some other carrier (I am a postpaid customer of jio for almost a year now 😧 )
