    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare why the internet speed is not improving and still facing trouble. Tweeted you guys on 17th May Sunday also regarding the issue. Network is very slow not able to use a single application properly

    @JioCare Internet is down since 12 pm yesterday. Service request raised for 7 to 8 pm slot yesterday in which the engineer did not visit. No help from call centre either. No response to email as well. The slot to book now is only for 2nd July. Can i get any help l? SR00002M6R1A

    @JioCare Please discontinue the connection. I’ve already contacted Airtel for a new line if Jio can’t fix this today. I won’t follow up further. Choosing Jio has been my biggest mistake—poor service and support, especially after days without internet while WFH.

    I want to disconnect my jio airfiber, what is the way to connect. 18008969999 this number is not working to connect. There in no reply for mail. If there is not any way to disconnect I will file complaint on consumer court. @TRAI @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio My internet service has already been disrupted for over 30 days. I should not be billed for a service that has not been provided. I will dispute any charges raised after my original disconnection request.

    No WiFi, no accountability. @JioCare @reliancejio I paid in advance for my JioFiber 100mbps unlimited plan and my connection is STILL showing zero data. Unacceptable service for a paying customer. #JioFiber

    @JioCare @airtelindia is offering same-day installation in my area. Why is there such a huge difference in service? Customers should not have to wait this long after making payment........

    The customer care service given by @JioCare is really pathetic For last 24 hrs I am calling them the executives don’t know job gives no solution But who cares at @reliancejio
