    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare why the internet speed is not improving and still facing trouble. Tweeted you guys on 17th May Sunday also regarding the issue. Network is very slow not able to use a single application properly

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR00001AY4GV.. This request is open since last 48 hours.. Horrible customer service experience, have made around 10 calls to the customer care but they don't have any feedback.. Look into the matter ASAP

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear jio team your internet not working . not working today.I'm so angry. Let me get this sim port now.I have 2 jio sim. I am getting port done. Because your service is not good. Internet not working. I am not able to make full use of my data.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat I have been talking to ur customer care since 4 days to resolve my internet issues. Repeatedly highlighted that Network engineers are not coming to visit my home and resolve the issue. Receive the same response that it will be resolved in 24 hrs.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Took a monthly 999 plan and you did not give any subscription for OTT apps. When called your agent dies seems to care he disconnects the call. This is irresponsible behaviour from your staff. Fix it immediately.

    @JioCare SR000018QYFZ and SR000018QYHX May I know the status of these two service requests?? Why are these numbers of mine not deactivated yet?? I placed the deactivation request in February. This is May. I'm still able to see the numbers on 'My Jio'.

    It has still not been resolved and customer care is incapable of helping. Put 2 emails, contacted customer care atleast 9-10 times. Every time they say your issue is being escalated. Nothing happens after that. Pathetic service @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat
