    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    When contacted customer care where they are asking is the sim in 1st slot or not, are you restarted the mobile? Do your mobile has 4G, 2G, 3G? Already said no network is there in full area. Why asking so much question? @JioCare

    @JioCare we are facing poor network issue from past 3 years.The net speed is 10kbps and its also not stable, sometime 0kbps. Is this 4g speed? jio charge Rs 719 for 56 days- 2gb/day. with this speed the customer can use max 200mb.proper network and speed internet is our rights.
