    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @reliancejio @fiber_jio I’m highly disappointed with your services. Your staff makes false promises just to get their targets completed. I need immediate resolution. It’s almost 10 days now since I’ve paid for the new connection but it hasn’t yet installed.

    @AnOpenLetter001 @JioCare Just cancel that connection, you will see Speed good but Actual Performance is quite slow... After 1 month if you cancel the connection, they will cut Rs. 1000 and then give the refund of just Rs. 500... It was my experience...
