    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare hello I hav ported my number to jio just two month ago. Ans now suddenly Jio creates lots of networking problems inside my home. It's very frustrating as I faced problem in calling and in internet too. Please do the needful. I m from Rajkot Gujarat. @reliancejio

    Day 4. No WiFi. No mobile network. No updates. No accountability. Just the same scripted reply from @JioCare : “Service will be restored once the green light is back.” 72+ hours became 96+ hours. When will this end?

    @JioCare What's the Timeline to complete the order number.. actually multiple times its automatically rescheduled.. without any information...qnd daily false commitment done by your customer service...i am paying the money for internet uses and i am unable to use this due to poor service

    @JioCare Yesterday engineer called in the morning and said that he will visit around 3 pm for installation. But he did not visit and he is also not answering my calls. Is this the service you provide? I am getting frustrated now. Please complete the installation by today. @_MukeshAmbani

    Day 4. No WiFi. No mobile network. No resolution. Only repeated scripted replies from @JioCare while customers suffer 96+ hours of downtime. Work affected. Classes missed. Extra costs incurred. Where is the compensation for this prolonged service failure?
