    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare My office is located in my village and all people are facing the same problem. Also they all will raise the same complaint then reliance will take action otherwise not My village is big and around 2 km of village people are using good service like 5G. After big recharge why?

    Jio is a very bad and terrible company. I have paid for the fiber installation, but I haven't received any update yet. I have been calling to inquire about the installation, but I haven't received any response so far. @reliancejio I am also switching to Jio SIM.

    @JioCare You guys are useless,scamsters, fraudsters, hopeless people.I don't expect anything from you guys. One customer leaving Jio wouldn't affect you people. But I'm losing out on my office work,you guys will not understand. Pathetic people.I'm literally traumatized by this experience.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare it’s already at the centre of my house, I had another connection also and it didn’t have any connection issue, the new connection has the issue, coverage was good when I had old connection,

    @JioCare @JioReliance @_MukeshAmbani What a pathetic state jio fiber has gone to. The customer care service has gone down the drains No jio internet connection in my area due to tech issues of cables hanging on poles, and no one to resolve the issue- last 4 days Really pathetic

    Terrible service from Airtel. Inspite of being a Airtel Black member, no follow up. In fact the raised request does not even show up on their portal and their chatbot is of least help. @airtelindia @reliancejio @JM_Scindia

    @JioCare Complaint ID: SR000039LFZV. Repeated complaints, repeated calls, repeated emails—but no real resolution or goodwill compensation. The issue persists despite your acknowledgment. Kindly provide a permanent fix and 1 month complimentary recharge.@reliancejio
