    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare like in morning they told " sir I am little busy so I will visit in 2nd half" where booking slot is 10 to 11 AM in 2nd half they give time in evening at evening they says sir please revise your slot for next day. This type of service you are giving.

    @JioCare also I have recharge my other prepaid number in jio app after payment he recharge my postpaid number . Please check the issue and return the amount or adjust in my upcoming bill

    @JioCare hey **** you and **** you patience and understanding...for the past 10days i have been asked by your customer care for this...today it was scheduled that engineer will vist and install the connection betweem 3-4 i am writing because no one called me or visited me

    @suryachaudhary1 @JioCare Worst service, I am also using JioFiber . Customer care is just for formality. Mene jisse fiber lagwaya , usko Jake dhamkaya tab vo sahi karne aaya . Uske bad bhi network issue rhta h .
