@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

Airtel xstream broadband is one of the worst services ever come across. If the internet is down atleast within one day service appointment is reasonable but asking more than 3 days for appointment is disgusting. @Airtel_Presence. High time to switch @JioCare fiber.
