    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    Hi @JioCare have an appointment for new jio sim on 12-08-21 but any agent does not arrive in time,we contact anyone available, arrived in the evening, done 2 new con. and 1 MNP but calls from jio store don't stop still now , so cancel my order which I can see active on my jio app

    @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio After my calls or reminder my Service request not resolve and closed engineer end again and again. And I'm continued reopen from last five day that my jio fiber no 1443551652 not connect due to cable break. My service request no is SR0000164OOC

    @reliancejio try to develop your network. In Hyderabad some areas facing network issue. In some business area due to lack of jio network. Management suggesting to take airtel connection. And there is always a call clarity issue if we are talking to a airtel network customer.

    @JioCare how much more time will it take 2 restore my net service? U turn deaf ears to complains I mde earliers nd nw its been 10 days without net. U wnt full payment 4 net nd cant even provide net 4 even half month.hw much will i hve to beg on twitter?

    @JioCare looks like i hve 2 register complain in GrahakSuraksha. Dis is mismanagement at worse. U guys only assure me on Twitter dat my complain will resolve but no real work is taking place.ur employees checked problem some time bck nd yet there's now update yet. Going 2 pst dis
