@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

@JioCare @Airtel_Presence why should I be paying 25 bucks for a glitch or malfunction of sim on your end rendering me service less for over 48 hours. Shouldn't you be compensating me for the lost days of service due to your customer cares inefficient behaviour in resolving the issue

@JioCare Sir how do I live with this reply "We are working to improve." How, till when.. Nothing.. You are not even specifically sure what the problem is. Why don't you speed test at my location, check it, improve it and come out of denial.
