@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

@JioCare jio fiber has been launched in my city but they're reluctant to provide service in my area. Everytime I ask them when will they expand & provide service, they say with in 2 weeks. Its been more than a month & everytime i get the same response. This is very unfair.
