    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Last 5 years WIP. Still not install JIO networkTower. Silly answer provide by jio executive WIP network. Jun 2022 jio executive said, naigaon (401208) allocated JIO Tower. Now July 2022 month starting and not install Jio tower. Why every time issue facing.

    @JioCare seems like your pandeypur Varanasi staff don't want to work, they simply deny customers saying the server is not working, for some time I thought I am in sbi, he also added work is only done from 2pm to 4pm wow is JIO govt owned now? #jio #jiostore #frustatedcustomer

    @JioCare I have 2 connections of Jio Fiber, one at home and one at office. My net is not working since 3rd July for which I followed your lengthy IVR process and talked to your customer care executive 16 times and every time I was assured that the engineer will visit now.

    @reliancejio Hi! I am unable to use Lionsgate and Discovery Plus on my TV...Though I have the plan active...I have been in touch with my area Jio engineer but they promising and not coming to resolve.Could you pls send some technical engineer who can get my issue resolved!
