    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare Sales executive promised 1 day installation. It's been 6 days and nothing has happened. When is the engineer coming? Give me the exact date and time. Is my full refund processed? Service is not active. You only made fake commitments to make the sale.

    @JioCare I would like to know why was the visit by the engineer rescheduled without talking to me? Patience and understanding holds true for companies genuinely trying to help,your technicians unilaterally take decisions and frankly I'm running out of patience

    @JioCare @reliancejio its been 7 days my internet is not working. Engineer visit keeps on rescheduling on its own. Customer care keeps blabbering same old recorded lines “please wait for engineer visit” What non sense ?

    Horrible to say the least. This is becoming a dangerous trend. Hope @JM_Scindia intervenes and tell this duopoly to stop ffs. Also disappointed in @reliancejio @reliancegroup l😞
