    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare Your customer service asked me to submit aadhaar card with old address, I did that and it was rejected. Please give me a solution. I have already moved to my new house and I don't have internet services.

    @JioCare Request raised to ACT around 12, and they completed the installation and activation by 3.30. If a new connection can be achieved in 3 hrs time, why not service fault ? Why service providers still not learning their mistakes....

    @JioCare my jio fiber is not working from 24th July, i also registered a complaint ( request I'd-SR00001CFS1L ), i also had a word with customer care 6-7 time but noone is doing anything, still unable to use Internet.
