    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare Already Engeener has visited my place and he found that the problem is the main hub from where my connection has that is not working. When he checked the frequency that showed low then he checked the wire everything was good but when he checked the switch from where my connection

    @JioCare I'm waiting minimum 1 year but not resolve our area network problem . How many times talking our area networks signal is very low .

    @reliancejio @JioCare there is no network in Tanzania. Did chatting with your customer care but seems they have no solution also did chatting with your IR WhatsApp service @ +917018899999 but is of no help either.

    @JioCare Has came that was also low frequency. That means the problem is not in my router or in wire, the problem is in the main circuit from where my connection has been taken. He told me that I have reported to my senior and your problem will be solved shortly but nothing happens

    @JioCare jioFiber installed yesterday, but installation service not good, in my plan installation is free but, after bargaining technician taking ₹600 extra for installation he need ₹1000 for install .
