@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Sixth day and still unable to relocate jio fiber. No support and nowhere to escalate. Such a incompetent and incapable jio setup. Can't even fix a small error in their own system and can't provide alternate. Disgusting and shameful.

@JioCare Will I be automatically charged after the one year Amazon Prime Membership and Disney Hotstar Plus membership gets over or will i get the option for not opting for auto renewal? I am a Jio postpaid plus customer and the one year period ends on 29th September.
