@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

@JioCare internet down since yesterday. Complaint done twice. Service engineer never contacted us. The message said the problem would be solved by 12:35pm today. But still no progress. Contacted customer service but they just rescheduled the appointment. @reliancejio
