    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @reliancejio i have connection jio Fiber but i have already requested to disconnected our connection but your side my connection are suspended but my device are not pickup from last 1 year i have send a mail on many times your jiofiber customer but proper solution not provide.

    @JioCare My home network has been in dire straits for many months now where I used a phone connection. I called in 198 but there was no solution, they just kept notes. But the result of which I got nothing. So my request to you please take necessary action to fulfill my problem.

    @JioCare @RaajFormal Yea, my office internet was off for 4 days. Your local reps and customer service people are horrible! Switched to airtel, will never suggest anyone to get jio! Need to cancel a connection as well. Help me with that?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very incorrigible response on SR00001B48H0. I am unable to use my number from past 4 days. Jio Care is telling me that they can't solve esim issue from their end. I just want my esim request to be closed so that physical sim req can be processed. #critical

    @JioCare @reliancejio recharged home Jio fibre wifi with 150 mbps plan speed coming 45 mbps...customer care not responding always busy...why company cheating its customers and providing lesser speed and charging for higher amount...

    @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio any reason why jio will not work for toll free numbers. I'm trying to reach a TN government provided central customer care number 1912 . The message we get from any Jio number in TN is "This Number does not exist" but works from any other providers

    @JioCare But mam I can't do the things what your customer care asks to do...can't switch off switch on, change the sim slot...i can't even buy another handset to try the sim everyday..as I face the network issue daily.
