@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

@JioCare More then 24 hours without internet is like no human without water.. Its just a small thing an engineer come and change the 15 feet line. But no one come. Another thing if i apply for new connection within hour your engineer arrive. After sale service is zero from #jiofiber
