  @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

  @JioCare hello Jio team i am from Uttrakhand. your services going worst day by day kindly improve your network otherwise you will lost so many customers. Here we are suffering with your poor network.Internet speed trouble as lot we get 0.10kb/s speed at 4G network.

  I came to my village DULANA MAHENDERGARH after one year and what I saw there is no good network coverage of @reliancejio @BSNL_HR. I mean good not better. @_DigitalIndia

  @RajuRaojsr @JioCare Hi Rahu it is not only you , they are just casual and say dm yr no and we are looking/forwarding to the concern. After some time you will fade up that’s all. I am at Kadma pin 831005 facing same issue in my IPhone 7 Plus.

  to make it look like i am the one who asked for disconnection. fact is they are forcing me to disconnect since they dont want to support..very bad @jiocare..very weird..there is no escalation matrix provided to escalate this type of behavior
