    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare Today I recharge my number by Paytm+ cashback but unfortunately the recharge is unsuccessful now I retry the payment process but now I am unable to use my cashback. Kindly resolve this issue.

    @reliancejio biggest regret of porting into jio. Ur customer care is absolutely useless and lacks knowledge. How can u close any service request without resolving??? @VodafoneIdeaIN how can i port back?

    @JioCare jio fiber service is pathetic. I received a msg for installation time at 3:27pm and at 3:29 pm i received a msg saying my connection has been cancelled bcoz of address verification failure. No one visited us for verification . Please solve this. Improve ur services.

    @BSNLCorporate Impeccable customer support from BSNL, as a customer it feels great to be mattered. Telecom companies like @airtelindia @reliancejio should learn from the long time veteran BSNL.

    I provided my land for tower to improve the network of my locality and was told a monthly rent of 13000.After the deployment of tower nither my network problem is resolved nor my monthly rent of 13000 is received.@reliancejio is huge company and doing fraud with us@Nitaambani56
