    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    This is not fair @JioCare. You removed 1gb data plan. We rely on your network because it has good coverage. This doesn't mean that you can remove existing plans, increase the plan amount whenever U want. We can opt for bsnl but only problem is the coverage.Plz bring back 1gb plan

    @JioCare Not able to activate DND after porting to Jio from BSNL. "Dear customer, We are unable to process your request as your DND status has not been updated by the previous service provider. We are following up with them. Please try after 24-48 hours. Thank you, Team Jio"

    Hello @JioCare @ViCustomerCare My aunt's place has a terrible network. The network is always at 1 bar which makes contacting her very difficult. Also, the internet doesn't work inside her house. Could you please fix this issue? DM me for the address and location.
