@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

Thousands of players are having ping issues in playing Valorant (Fps pc game)in their Jio network either its Jio fiber or Jio hotspot (jio sim) and they are not even using any type of vpn neither me so please take some action upon it. @PlayVALORANT @JioCare
