    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    9 days after payment, @JioCare still failed to install my JioFiber (Order: NO0001ERC87A). Despite repeated follow-ups, no resolution. Now I'm approaching Consumer Protection. Cancel my order and refund ₹2,221.46 immediately. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been down for more than 48 hours. SR: SR00003CGCUB. Wrong engineer was assigned, yesterday's visit was postponed 3 times, and today customer care promised resolution by 3:14 PM but nobody contacted or visited. Please arrange immediate resolution.

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed. I booked #JioAirFiber on 02 July 2026 (Order ID: NO0001EDMIDA) and paid ₹2,221.46. It's now been 28 days, and my installation is still pending with no proper update or resolution. This delay is unacceptable. Please arrange immediate installation
