    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare All the details are there in your system. I have shared that to Jio care and appellate WB. Please don't ask same thing repeatedly. How did you close all those complaints when the issue did not resolve?

    @JioCare Dear Team, I hv gone through all exercises regarding to possible issues with application and my phone settings. Also I contacted Hotstar care, and come to know that they are having some issues with jio network. Now tell me what should I do..!! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Raised a complaint for internet issue on 12/10 with engineer visit on 13/10. Engineer called but never visited. Customer care told complaint cancelled...really..without resolving?? That's how its manged to show resolution within time? Now new complaint has been raised.

    @JioCare For your information, when I am using other company network to login (with my same number) and play programs, there's no such issues with any program...!!
