    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare i was trying to log a ticket but couldn't do... Im having trouble in receiving calls from airtel number.. There's no issue in that number as that number is able to make call to others number.. Please rectify issue at the earliest

    @reliancejio Jiofiber down from today 9:00am , booked a slot at 3-4:00 pm( service id : SR00001DRA4P) no one came, and again called CC , executive told me slot available for tomorrow 1:30-2:30 , Who will take responsibility for this loss please FIX it ASAP, unable to do work .
