@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

Worst service by #RelianceJio, #JioFiber . Have requested for installation with two orders but have not recieved connection yet. Order Number NO0000GSIQUZ. When other ISP are able to give connection within 2 days, jio is worst when it comes to customer service.#JioFiber sucks.

The behaviour of service engineers is worst. They come, ask for payment, and that's all. They do not respond to my calls after that. On repeatedly calls, misbehave part begins. I am done with you Jio. Most unprofessional service ever. @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio I processed 2 times to get Vodafone prepaid to be ported to @JioCare but both were rejected without any reason even after 12 days. So far my shopkeeper is not refunding 400 ₹. How long will I get Jio's service so? that I am not being refunded...???

@reliancejio please think of providing wireless support for last mile connectivity. If Starlink could provide up to 150 Mbps from sky. Why Jio could not provide same with a vast existing network. Any thoughts?
