@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

Very disappointed with JioFiber service WiFi not working and the installer/technician is refusing to even visit unless I pay him personally. I am continuously being given excuses and delays instead of proper support. This is completely unprofessional issue immediately. @JioCare

Booked Jio AirFiber on 17.04 and paid ₹3332.46, but the installation order was later from the Jio side. It’s been over 1 month since cancellation, yet no refund and no proper response from support or appellate team. Very disappointing experience from @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare It has been 3 days and still no technician visit for my JioFiber issue. The service request has already been rescheduled twice automatically and my WiFi is still not working. Request ID: SR000036F96X.
