@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

@JioCare Sir can we cancel the registration??? The broadband connection was purchased for neighbour son as he needs to give exam. Time taken by JIO to install has done a great deal of harm.

@JioCare @reliancejio in attached location internet speed is very poor since last 2months. Every time we speak to customer care we received the response of network congestion. Why don't u increase the capacity to handle the customers or put extra tower. Please help us.

@JioCare # bad service @jiofiber installation is pending since a week. Your representative only give execuse for not doing work. 26/03/21 I have made complaint but still my installation is pending. It's really pathetic that for receiving money (initial charges)
