@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

@JioCare @reliancejio why I am not able to make the outgoing calls and perhaps incoming calls are also not going through on my jio number..and I have an active recharge plan for your information only..my jio number is 8369845616. Resolve the problem ASAP.
