    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare awful service by Jio Fiber on requests. For SR00001BABXM it has been almost 20 days and still refund hasn’t been processed. And keep on postponing the engineer visit.
