@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

@JioCare not even one day of connect on jio fiber..no internet, and your online bot.on app is not helping.. seriously regretting my decision. Why did I switch from airtel to such an unreliable network. They just rope u in with price and give you third class service

@JioCare installed fibre net at 2:30pm. Complaint regd for no internet at 3:30pm. Received msg that engineer will visit by 8pm but till now no one called nor anyone visited. Looks like no one is going to visit today. First day I changed my broadband and this is what I get

JioFiber guys u hv the worst service. I hv registered my complaint 3 times today & the CS executive gave me 3 different time slots but not a single Service Engineer came. This is the worst service I hv ever experience in my life! @JioCare u guys r the worst #JioFiber

@JioCare Give me one final time for restoration. And if you change it again, you hve lost customers of our building, + negative publicity on Social Media. Already @airtelindia has started gaining more customers than Jio. So don't sit on the laurels. Good product with poor CS doesn't work!
