@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

Then disappointed with @reliancejio slow internet speed , switched to @airtelindia . Now @airtelindia internet connection speed is 0.67mbps. ****. I'll switch to BSNL.

@JioCare Sir its been a year or more that I have been complaining of terrible network speeds with numerous assurances from your end about improving coverage. Any luck in 2021 or I should start thinking of migrating to some other network?? Will sincerely appreciate your response
