    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare Pathetic customer care services by @jpbcare @jio_bank . Yesterday they raised and service request SR****651353. Today messaged that it is resolved. And the issue still persists. It's the second time they close the SR without resolving the issue.

    Jio had the audacity to tell me they will get the internet fixed by tomorrow noon. Amazing service. 🙌 Have used all internet services but this has to be finest ever. @reliancejio
