    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare Tried to switch to esim, took necessary steps & have been waiting for the confirmation call ever since.Tried to reach customer care but it never went through.Visited Jio Store today as well but they couldn't help as well. What kind of inconveniences are left to come ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio have tried everything thing possible to start my Jio fiber device but it's keep blinking red led on my Jio fiber router, I tried to connect voice assistant but not connecting, Frustrated from this now why I am getting this issue
