    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare expected better service while WFH, but get very disappointed, I have 1 personal n 1 commercial connection but no use of them, intermittent internet disconnection issue sometimes kills me while on work,can I expect improvement in my area? Or should I switch?

    Switching to @reliancejio was my mistake. I thought @reliancejio has better network and internet speed but @reliancejio is worst than the Vodafone.

    @reliancejio your service in bareilly is extremely bad. Have been trying to reach your area sales manager in bareilly to no avail. I am surprised when customers want JIo connection and the company is not intrested.@JioCareDTH @JioCare

    @fiber_jio @JioCare @reliancejio if your engineer doesn't visit up to 12:30 I will not be available and I will never let your engineer enter my premises. Worst after installation service. I would never recommend #jiofiber to anyone!

    @fiber_jio I had raised a complaint abt low nd erratic speed yest. An eng called me up at 9:15 AM today regarding my complaint. As I ws having my breakfast, I informed him to visit after half an hour. Now he's busy in installation somewhere else. His no +919198870507 @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare has given us the worst possible experience till date. The service is absolutely zero, the call center staff is dum and they keep repeating the same sentence given to them everytime we call. They do not have a solution to our problems.

    @VodaIdea_NEWS mine was idea which is now VI.. it’s like living in no internet age. M suppose to go many meters to get some internet but that too is a crap. M curious to know what network do you use Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla? M sure it must be @reliancejio #RIP_Idea
