    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm trying to connect with Airfiber customer support via call on 18008969999 but it saying that "Dear customer, we are experiencing Temporary Network Congestion in your area, which may cause interruptions in your service." And cut the call. What I do?

    @JioCare I got a new Jio AirFiber connection installed last week. The installation executive did not check the signal strength for the wifi router or the TV setup during the installation process. He checked the signal strength for the router right in front of it and sent me old pictures of someone else's TV showing signal strength which he uploaded on the app. I did not provide him with the installation code to mark it as a successful installation, but your system has automatically marked my installation as completed (without giving them the code) I have been trying to call the JioHome helpline number from the last 7 days, but you guys just play recorded message saying "we know services are disrupted in your area and we are fixing it", and Immediately get an SMS saying the same thing. No one ever calls back to check what was wrong and why have I called multiple times. I am attaching the following: 1. Screenshot of the WhatsApp chat of your installation person where he sent me the images of someone else's TV showing signal strength which he use to verify during installation 2. Recording of your automated support call number which is a dead end. So much for support.

    @JioCare My JioFiber complaint has been put“on hold due to technical reasons”since Monday & there has been no resolution update yet. This delay is unacceptable as the service is still not restored. Pls escalate this issue urgently & provide a resolution timeline. #JioFiber #Delhi

    @JioCare My home BB is down for past 2 days. No response from Jio. Only messages to repeatedly postone the commitment. Outage in nw outside house. Unable to complain thro app or call. Y is service unresponsive. Pathetic. 8079688033

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Extremely poor network in Meerpur Karma, mahrajganj (PIN: 273161). No 4G speed and 0 5G coverage inside or outside my house. Repeated complaints are being ignored.
