@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

Jio network is having a problem in Shahabad Hardoi for the last one week. Don't talk about internet speed If you are taking 4g speed money, then at least that speed, in the name of customer service, you are useless I feel Now the time has come to port from jio to Airtel @JioCare

@JioCare frustrated with #jioslow internet speed. Waste to call customer care. As usual wait for some days problem will be resolved. Worst-case is they don't register my complain. Is it your company policy? Think for MNP..please resolve asap..@airtelindia

@JioCare Why I'm paying for 4g speed when you are giving service 2g instead of 4g? Last few months I'm facing so many problems with using your network. Hope you will fix all the issues which I have to face. Else I'll change the network soon. Thank you
