    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    Worst internet connection right now is JioFiber @JioCare such a shameful and unexpected behaviour from the customer service. My jiofiber isn't working for hours and I am trying to contact @JioCare but all of the customer representative are busy more than 2 hours. Shame

    @JioCare No...then how anyone has reach easily to that number....ok...so release that number after atleast 5 years later. I think this will be the better solution

    Such a pathetic service @JioCare . I switched from @airtelindia in search of a better network experience and at the beginning of my connection internet was really fast but now i cannot download or send a simple picture or text on whatsapp. Its getting worst. Pls help @JioCare

    I have registered for jioautopay 15 days ago till now its showing in pending. They are say that approval within 48 hours.I have registered a complaint but no solution from jiocare. It has been 10 day but no solution from @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani #noservicefromjio

    @JioCare my Jio fibre is not coming for 3 hrs now and the complaint is also being not registered, and these types of prblms are now frequent, I am thinking to shift to Airtel Xtream @Airtel_Presence
