    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare @JioCare On the first day, Jio 5G worked in our area for just 2–3 hours. We were so happy that we immediately recharged with the ₹349 plan, expecting to use unlimited 5G. But after a few hours, the 5G signal disappeared and has not returned till now.

    I live in Hyderabad and I'm facing a very poor mobile internet connection every day. My phone always shows full signal and 5G, but the internet is very slow or doesn't work at all. I have decided to port my SIM to another network tomorrow. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare It's been 2 days since I requested an eSIM to physical SIM conversion. The request was rejected because your records incorrectly show my name as "Nitin Fulwani" instead of "Nitin Guwalani." I visited the Jio Store with valid ID, yet was told it could take 10 days to fix.

    Hey @JioCare, very disappointed with my Jio AirFiber (installed 5 June). 100 Mbps plan but barely get 40 Mbps, high ping & frequent drops. Complaints raised, no fix yet. Please resolve ASAP or I’ll escalate further.

    Hi @JioCare your international recharge is crap- it wasn't working as I landed at JFK. I could call in India only when I got a wifi and used your data ( to check) I informed the day I landed ( Plz check) They said no refund ( because of usage). This is unfair trade practice

    @sunkaraleela @JioCare Whole Jio is worst. No one cares really at your problem. Those shameless agents say common draft as “team noted your concern, will be resolved in 48-72 hours” later by default that SR will be closed. No one reads our concerns actually. We are doomed

    @JioCare - A service request raised SR00002MSJWA supposed to be sorted between 6 pm to 7 pm has still not been assigned an Engineer like always delayed service. Sad Jio is going bad to worse.
