@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

@JioCare Akshay @_MukeshAmbani Its been 10 days & the issue is still not resloved. it is inconvenient & I am being forced to pay the amount for the unused data in these 10 days. No one is taking responsibilty & telling how many more days will it take to rectify, what kind of service ?

@JioCare @reliancejio The internet speed has not yet improved in my area (village-kuba khas, Mehnajpur, Azamgarh,Uttar Pradesh-276203). I don't think that jio cares about customer service and experience. #poorservice

@JioCare: Validity of 30 days for Rs.151 plan is not good. You need to double or triple the validity period. I thought to market some products and property through digital platform, but there is no liquidity. Bihar government is slow and Babu-lover to provide proper land map.
