    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @Airtel_Presence You are making fool since 2 weeks and my internet issue is not yet resolved never expect such speed from airtel. Ur engineer came to and change modem after that my normal speed reduced to below 1 Mbs and upload speed reduced to 0.09 mbps. Moving to @reliancejio

    @JioCare Refund of Rs. 1500 has been initiated for JioFiber Service ID 400129962541 to your bank account number ending with xxxx. The refund amount will be credited via NEFT within 72 hours. Only half refund processed. Cheaters , frauds. #jiosuck #JioFiber #jiofraud

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst customer support of jio fiber. You can't connect to jio support in case of any issue. Jio fiber is down and no one responding. Simplify the process of approaching/connecting the customer support. Worst customer support in telecom/internet industry.
