    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare [2/7] I tried calling your customer care and it has been 7 times now still the issue is not resolved. Yesterday, the customer care rep whom I connected with, informed me that this is an internal issue which should get resolved by June 5, 2022 2:15 AM.

    @JioCare Thank you for your quick response ma'am. But it's been 40 hours now and still issue persist, I am tired constant follow up with your team. I have a lot of dependency on Jio Fiber and my work has stopped. This is really very frustrating.
