@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

I am getting issues while accessing some applications like Hotstar, Flipkart, Airtel thanks App etc. these apps are not working properly on Jio network only in my Android phone. @JioCare @reliancejio resolve the persisting issues on Jio Network.

@JioCare Do you people know the meaning of working in private sector. How long do I need to chase you. Not even one call received to update me about what and when can the problem be resolved. I have wasted my 1 hour making complain and waiting 30 days. No resolution

@JioCare I complained about the JioFiber service that did not work from 29th Feb 2023. A service request number is SR00001H521Z. Each time when I call into JioCare got information that the service starts within 24 hours. Yet, the service issue was not resolved. @JioCare
