@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

@JioCare By tracking the order number you can see the installation is completed, but no internet/no setup box. Curious to understand what kind of installation is done, request you to cancel my connection and refund my money ASAP. Even no support from local #jiobier technicians only excuse

I have taken the connection of Jio fibre 100mbs plan and you know what the worst Service… the worst customer care ,facing problem from month and they are disconnecting my call as well . 2g Data is much better . Please don’t use this broadband in future @JioCare @reliancejio
