@reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

This is not fair @JioCare. You removed 1gb data plan. We rely on your network because it has good coverage. This doesn't mean that you can remove existing plans, increase the plan amount whenever U want. We can opt for bsnl but only problem is the coverage.Plz bring back 1gb plan

Hello @JioCare @ViCustomerCare My aunt's place has a terrible network. The network is always at 1 bar which makes contacting her very difficult. Also, the internet doesn't work inside her house. Could you please fix this issue? DM me for the address and location.
