    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare There is no speed in rhe city like Ranchi. Each time I report a issue gets a response that there is more internet users in my locality. More than 20 cases raised but no support till now. Not sure it's jio issue or mine issue that I am leaving in area where internet users are more

    @reliancejio Your store at Gulbarga is closed which is situated very next to @airtelindia outlet which is open. No contact details are available with your customer care which fails to locate your own outlet at 585101 pincode of Gulbarga!

    @JioCare I am not even getting a proper 2 G speed in my locality.. and you are claiming to be strongest network. Everytime I raise issue get same response that there are more users in my locality using the internet. This is not my problem. I am paying same amount as others.

    @JioCare Again the same thing customer care rep unable to.transfer the call after putting hold. Still struggling to get my Jio Fibre issue fixed. As son. unable to use service for his examination & assignments if engineering studies. Please help.

    @JioCare The only help you guys provided is to reboot switch on and switch off. We have done that. Please arrange for a full refund. You can check the usage from the date of subscription. We haven't used the internet at all

    What the hell @JioCare !? It has been 5 days. What do you guys want!? Should i cancel the jio fiber!? Is it what you guys want!? More importantly how is my service request getting closed without resolution!? How dare you cheat your customers like this!?
