    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @rai_chakshu I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Sir maine jio fiber ka 1500 wala plan liya tha, lekin speed slow and range kam hone ki wajah se agle hi din maine iske Cancellation ke liye request kiya 2-3 din me router pick up hua lekin mere refund 500 hi aaye banki ke 1000 kab tak refund hoga. 1 month se

    @JioCare from past couple of day I'm not able to receive text message of data usage from your side, through which it is difficult for me to use my daily data quota and set a limit on using it for surfing on internet. Please Help !

    @reliancejio I'm disappointed at the services JioFiber is providing. Even after paying the amount it is showing due. We tried to reach out to customer care and they cut our call TWICE !!! Postpaid JioFiber ( +91- 2235733630 ) Expecting better customer service from you guys.
