    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare How am I supposed to believe that? The issue was supposed to be resolved by 16 August, but today is already 17 August, and I still haven’t received any update or resolution. I have been calling and messaging since 7 August, but my issue still hasn’t been resolved.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is really a joke. If you look at our service request history you would know, we used to raise multiple tickets for frequent disconnection on weekly basis. We have moved to @ACTFibernet I urge you to disconnect immtly & refund the security deposit at the earliest

    @JioCare It’s 17th today and this issue is still unresolved. I requested porting on 11th August, paid for the SIM, and shared the ORN with your team. I’ve received neither the SIM nor any call from the delivery executive. How long am I supposed to wait? Resolve this.

    Network problem persists frequently and it takes many hours to get resolved,jio fiber can never replace traditional DTH services.i want to go back to the old technology. Jio air fiber is the worst!! @JioCare
