    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare Thank you so much, Jio. 🙏🙏 Such a disappointing experience, all for a small refund. It took far longer than it should have, despite repeated follow-ups. Please don't put your customers through such an ordeal. I hope you improve your customer service and refund process.

    what is amazing is thar the compaint was closed again... and when i called the complaint was reopened... Incredible.. @reliancejio @JioCare I guess the IPO will succeed but customer service is not important

    @JioCare charged my jio number and still don't have talk time ! hello jio / any ai on your platform is useless! Does not answer the question and does not connect me to a live agent and does not register even a complaint!

    @reliancejio @JioCare your network services are not good in my area. The internet speed is very slow and we are not getting proper stable 4g network in the era of 5g. I have already complained so many times on helpline but no results. Please resolve this

    @JioCare @reliancejio Post-installation, no vouchers have been credited. Now, the salesperson is completely unreachable, the customer helpline is useless, and my emails are getting zero replies. This is unacceptable service. (2/3)

    Hi @JioCare, #JioCare #JioCustomerSupport I've been using my Jio mobile number for over 10 years, but it was deactivated while I'm working in Jordan. It's linked to my banking and other important services. I kindly request your help in finding a way to reactivate it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare even after complaint, there is no revert. If not interested then I can switch to other network. From last 2 days wifi is not working & you are not bothered about customer.
