    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare Again received same revert. I have ask simple question..prove me that device pick up was delayed because of me. Fault is of company @reliancejio and they are keeping hard earned money of the customer. Kindly provide with the refund of installation charges immediately.
