    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare Please cancel this plan. As I had never agreed for this. I want my money refund back. This is mis selling by your team. And we trusted JIO and we took this. I don’t want to continue and will never take this in future. So please cancel it and refund my money back. Please close.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai please take your connection i complaint since 3 days ago of wire break issue but still complaint not resolve. I paid for 6 months connection but facing issue in your service. Very poor service. Airtel is better than jio

    @AJIOLife @reliancejio Made a complaint on Ajio about a month ago. There is no resolution still. Even responses take weeks. Do you even follow some SLA for resolving tickets or not? Very disappointed! complaint ID: COM00038602006
