    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    The Jio 5G experience has been extremely disappointing. The network keeps fluctuating, speeds are inconsistent, and the connection repeatedly switches from 5G to LTE. Despite having 5G coverage, the service is far from reliable for regular use. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Yashoda, now stop with fooling me of refund in few days gimmick. Ain't u guys ashamed of taking 3+ months & still need never ending few days now for the refund. Either u send or say it can't be transffered. It is binary statement rather than keep playing carrot, stick game.

    @reliancejio @JioCare And please teach this assistant staff to maintain at least the dignity of Jio while being seen to be rude to older ones. It would affect Jio's quality. Location is : Dhule, Maharashtra.

    @JioCare I am not sure why jio is hesitant informing that, jio Sims are not compatible with mobiles lower than 4G lte. Had it been told, I wud not spent so much time in understanding the issue. Sad.
