    @reliancejio Earlier I was using monthly plan, but after moving for annual plan now speed is too worst even I am facing net connectivity very poor. Is this kind of punishment to customer who opt long term recharge. Very Bad Jio.

    @JioCare @JioCare Please follow up with your team with the provided order numbers and fix the issue asap. Jio must take the responsibility and take the proper action working with concerned team instead of suggesting the customer repeat the same mistake and be fooled around.

    @JioCare From Kolkata, Moved to Jio Fibre with 300Mbps speed. Unplayable performance on gaming with very high ping. No online support team. Download speeds are capped to 20MBps. No resolution to the problem. Customer executives have no idea about the resolution of the issue.

    @reliancejio Suanpada, Ramachandrapur, keonjhar Odisha, 758021. Jio network strength is very Bad and people's are now bound to switch Airtel. It's being reported from long time no one from jio odisha is looking in to it. Kindly do the needful.

    @JioCare you are chiting with us. I paid your bill twice but you are not refunded me and i want to show you proof of my bank statement but nobody can care. You closed my complaint without resolve it. You are not provided your email ID and your customer care executive is usless.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am very much dissapointed with the customer service and the internet speed that I have been facing since 5 months.i have called many times and complained regarding my issues but till date no resolution have been done.Itsbetter to switch on other networks
