    @JioCare In my area there are lacks of jio user please try to upgrade your network by installing new Towers in our area we are facing this problem from more than a year if jio can't take steps in this matter then we&our society peoples going to leave jio family and Port to another network

    @JioCare When I am facing problem I dam my details to your official Twitter but on that time your jio care can't reply me so I already port my jio SIM to BSNL and also stop using your jio fibre and I shipped to BSNL ftth. @BSNLCorporate GSM & ftth service are very good wonderful service

    @reliancejio Yesterday I took fiber connection and 2day I have to say NO to fiber service. B4 installing nobody aware of static IP ONLY said use for 30 days if not satisfied then return. Also now they r saying 15 days time to refund money. Mislead. Disappointed. Plz be upfront.

    Harassment from @JioCare officials-Mr Kaushik Das visited my premises : Saw the fiber connection not installed properly and this is the 2nd visit from Jio Officials to not resolve the issue - instead he came threatened and left. I am pissed @reliancejio

    @JioCare some apps in my phones (like Facebook, Twitter etc) are arbitrarily ceasing to work while I'm connected to my new jio fiber connection. But they at once start working when connected to cellular connection. It's very much annoying. Please help as soon as possible.

    @JioCare My jio service request is open from 15 Dec 2022 and till now it's not resolved. Technician visits my place and but he can't able to resolve my request and said to me that you have to relocate your jio fiber, but I can't able to relocate because jio service us open.
