@JioCare 3+ years and still network issues. Repeated requests made but nothing has happened. 4G speed 0.3KB/s. Call drop, voice cracking. Truly world class service. Keep it up.

I was using idea 4G, but due to his bad network, I turned to JIO 4G approx 2 month ago.but JIO have not been giving me good internet connection/high speed appox one week in belgharia ,kolkata.I complained thrice but my problem has not solved yet.@JioCare @RelJio4g @reliancejio

And not a single day i could use the internet properly.Their CC would say dat since many users r using jio so I am facing this.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have jio fiber connection and this moth my amazon subscription has been renewed but no one asks me to renew it and send me a bill with @amazonIN prime subscription. Now I can customer care and ask to regenerate the bill but they are not helping me.
