    @JioCare @geekyranjit Hi Bodhi, If we normal consumers ask for the Jio 5G Welcome Offer on Twitter you don't give it to us and give only scripted bot response but to YouTuber you are providing it on priority basis just by asking for it once only! At least we deserve proper support from humans not bots

    @JioCare @reliancejio In spite of repeated complaints, why it is that my home fiber connection from Jio breaks down every now & then? My children work from home in shifts and any single breakage leads to their sufferings. Get your maintenance more stringent and your customer support should be guided to behave more sensitive while talking to suffering customer and not ask irritating questions while keeping them hooked for long times. They should take note of customer problems and log complaint in the system immediately so that backend teams can attend immediately. But they say that their process is such designed and unless they follow all steps, they can't log a complain. Majority of these agents work from home with poor signal coverage and weak internet - so their systems too respond very slowly, adding to the customer suffering and time wastage. I am tired of your service and unless rectified immediately, I will switch to Airtel or local ISP, who are more customer friendly and act fast. My Jio fiber ID is 3335949562

    @reliancejio a person saying from Jio Bengal HQ is calling me day after day asking to recharge immediately. Else my number will get terminated. I have recharged in sept 2022. Not sure about the legitimacy of the person calling. Please help. (Will share the number in DM)

    @JioCare Slow speed , faulty router no proper speed in 5ghz band even after if u stand beside the router . Several times I have told your technical team to change it but no one found any fault in its horrible system. So it's better to terminate your connection.

    @CareJpb @JioFinance1 @reliancejio My issue is resolved, I really appreciate it. but you need to up your banking services quality. I've been a customer of jio almost since it's launch 9 years ago and never thought to port to another telecom service. You also need to match that quality with your banking experience.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am using jio airfiber but service is pathetic,when we are going to complain by call IVR will say "your area have some issue and it will resolve" this is I am hearing from 10 days, atleast someone will talked then some solution can be came.

    @JioCare Today i got a message saying the issue is fixed, but it's not. And existing ticket is moved to resolved and there is no option to open it again. This to totally unacceptable, i do not want to raise a ticket again and the original ticket is falsely moved to resolved.

    @JioCare Very concerning experience with JioFiber support in Srinagar. The first engineer used a temporary joint/connector on a damaged outdoor fiber line exposed to sunlight and rain a fix that failed again within 1–2 hours.
