    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare can you please tell me how many days it takes to relocate jiofiber. Because from last 3 days i am just receiving messages of rescheduling one day to next day. Is this the way of you guys to treat your existing customers.

    @JioCare @AkashAmbani please look at your network in Kolkata, believe it or not you are not up to the mark in mobile network, I am using both Jio & Airtel postpaid services. I took a new Airtel connection just to verify & they are really rectifying their issues, please check it

    @reliancejio had requested jio fiber to be installed at home in Kolkata, upon checking the technician informed that the nearest connection box was broken, am trying to get a refund, also interestingly no call is going thru my registered mobile number to the call centre...

    @Vivo_India @JioCare using #vivox80 frequently facing 5g network disconnection. My Numb is not reachable by friends and family. Jio says to switch off VOWIFI to receive Voice services seamlessly.Does this solve the problem?? Please discuss among yourself. Hv rest network setting

    @reliancejio #JioFiber Getting worse day by day. Entire day running like a tortoise. Thn the 5ghz band doesn't work well even after u sit beside the router. Asked to change the router bt no executive agreed to do so cz for them it's ok having no issue . Planning to terminate.

    @JioCare @geekyranjit Hi Bodhi, If we normal consumers ask for the Jio 5G Welcome Offer on Twitter you don't give it to us and give only scripted bot response but to YouTuber you are providing it on priority basis just by asking for it once only! At least we deserve proper support from humans not bots

    After launch of #5G, I wished to experience at least once; #Jio @reliancejio "CLAIMED" launch in #Kolkata but I didn't see signal. It'll be shocking if 5G reaches me after 2-3 years of launch by PM @PMOIndia @narendramodi ji. Millions already bought 5G handsets, needs upgrading

    @JioCare What kind of a service are you guys really providing? The technician was suppose to reach out by 8pm but still there is no call nothing form anyone! Also on calling the customer care desk you guys are asking to keep the call on hold and disconnecting later! Is this for real?

    @JioCare The problem is someone has to answer my call and give a timeline, the problem is I have no timeline , no response TAT and no update as to what is happening, we work from home and my work is fully hampered.
