When engineer visited, I chose to accompany him to their box. Shockingly in their 16 ports box they had 19 active connections and my cable was hanging without being connected. What kinda scam these guys are running at Mira Road 401107 pin code is - They have issued more connection than the capacity, not adding or upgrading their switch/box but simply remove 3 connections from the box wait for 2 days then remove other connection when they complain plug it back and remove other 3 connections.
