    One big problem with @airtelindia is that even on UL plans like 399, they charge for calls to customer care helpline nos. like 1860×××××× where as @reliancejio provides such calls for free. Hope it would be made free by airtel.

    @reliancejio I am facing a too much slow speed in my area for last 1.5 months . its not only problem for my Number , all the Jio users of our area is facing this . i have contacted the Customer Care but still its not solved . Plzz Install a Tower nearby us for us . Thnxx

    @JioCare now tele verification is done but , Whenever I trying to out the sim In My phone I'm not getting Jio network. Strangely the weired part is now If I'm trying to use any Jio sim the same handset not Jio network is coming. Device name Redmi Y1.

    Now that @reliancejio's @JioCare isn't acting on this pending issue, I'll be compelled to take 'appropriate steps', shouldn't have taken me so lightly! @Dot, @Trai, #Jio shouldn't keep a SIM active in my name when I requested permanent deactivation. Now, assault mode #ON!

    @reliancejio But you should not give us 2G speed of Internet after telling it 4G.. Every evening speed sometimes even less than 2G..Being a regular customer I have to stop it for last 2 Month.. Both Vodafone, Airtel have better speed in my location.

    @JioCare I had recently port in one number from Airtel to Jio postpaid, Got msg for tele-Verifcation from jio while doing tele verification at 1977, suddenly call got disconnected from that time not getting any network. Now tele verification done from another phone.

    @VodafoneIN Dear Sam, I had filled the form But it's asking for Delivery of SIM cards,I can only port out frm @airtelindia incase ur signals inside my house is good. As I'm facing huge N/w issue frm @airtelindia frm past so mny Months. Where as I mst say @reliancejio has good Indoor coverage

    @reliancejio Crazy has kept it the same for a month. Replying 99 + FRC same 100 is available in nearby shop. My problem will not end with you, it is better than this, I get my number ported in airtel, porting in jio is my biggest mistake.

    Hello @reliancejio we are facing the worst signal experience with jio Not able to receive calls, Internet poor signal strength I've mean signals are 0.5/10 Pin code 533249 we the people of 3000 families live here. Please take action on it. or else we have to choose @airtelindia
