One big problem with @airtelindia is that even on UL plans like 399, they charge for calls to customer care helpline nos. like 1860×××××× where as @reliancejio provides such calls for free. Hope it would be made free by airtel.

@reliancejio But you should not give us 2G speed of Internet after telling it 4G.. Every evening speed sometimes even less than 2G..Being a regular customer I have to stop it for last 2 Month.. Both Vodafone, Airtel have better speed in my location.

@JioCare @reliancejio Such a horrible experience by calling Ccare. I placed a request for cancellation and immediately my service is disconnected and the Ccare person tells me that the engineer will come after 7 working days to take the device. What a wonderful policy.....
