@reliancejio what’s the point of a customer care number if one cannot register a complaint about a non-functional Jio TV set top box. Tried unsuccessfully for an hour to speak to customer care executive. Set Top box installed 2 days ago is not working.

JioCare is dictating terms to me , sending me almost 10 unsolicited messages a day "Recharge your Jio no. 7003062544 on PhonePe with Jio All-in-one plan at Rs.555, scratch & win rewards upto Rs.175 on PhonePe. Hence I refuse to renew.

@JioCare No, Never, Your team and Jio not helped on this issue, not even get a proper response. Jio TAT is 24hr but the issue not fixed even after 48hrs. Now also you are not giving the proper justification for your delay in service. We never face such a worest service.
