    @JioCare no one bothers about value of customers time and no commitments towards timing communicated to customers. Service team have their own sweet time as per their own convince not as per customer reqrmnt

    @JioCare Hey your network is on terrible shape since the Cyclone hit Calcutta more than a month ago. My network has disappeared even though it shows 5 bars on the screen. I can even get thru on 198. I think it's time to go back to Airtel.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Reported several times to Customer care over mail and phone call but unfortunately got irresponsible response from their end every time. kindly arrange to check the problem practically at the spot and do the needful to solve the issue as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio I have a jiophone which is really very problematic phone. After 6months used the keypad did not work properly. After 1yr used the phone signal blinking i.e. the jiophone was not working.

    Very bad service by jio. After complaining my internet speed has not increased yet, instead of increasing it is decreasing. Jio is not providing good service plz return my money back, otherwise the last option that I have is to go consumer court. @reliancejio @JioCare
