    @JioCare I have a jii fibre connection which is down for over 2 hours and I cannot get thru to any operator This is abysmally poor service!! Is there no recourse against poor service and over burdened complaint center where you just can’t get thru Most frustrating

    @JioCare @reliancejio having sad facing issue on Jiofi since we started using in lockdown, no speed seems fluctuations every hour when router light is in green mode, shell jump to different or will it be fixed?

    @JioCare @reliancejio team, in this month got 400 GB, during recharge it says benefit up to 600 GB in jiofi silver plan? ID-1203533508 ,also speed issue is a mejor concern still I have. Today again recharged for 101 to get 20 more GB but while checked I shoud get 200 GB more?

    @JioCare Surely will visit is fine, Tata resolves issues within 12 hours. Since 35 hours issue is pending. Today's age not accepted. U want us to change service provider. Giving useless customer service response has no meaning to us. Be aggressinve in service as U're while selling service
