@reliancejio Out of 7 days, it's like 6 days your internet speed remains slow? It's this the 4G , India was expecting? I have been complained many times about the poor reception since long. The only reply I get is- sir you stay in high rise building area, we cannot stop anything!

I had recharge of Rs. 2545 in my jio SIM card on 31st December 2021. The offer was if you recharge of Rs. 2545 you will get 28 days free. ( total 365 days). But sadly they have stopped my service before 28 days. #jio #reliancejio #fraud

@JioCare I am not assured at all. I raised the request to cancel on 25th Nov and today in 5th Dec. I will not be available in the same location for next 1 month atleast which I informed and if the device is not picked up by 19th Jan you will not refund the money.

If call is not getting connected how can I call and say come on nw & asked what types of drugs you are consuming? After that she forwarded my call to jio fiber. @reliancejio first work on network connections 5G abhi tumse na ho pyega.(suggestion) Let the Airtel focus on it.

@reliancejio @JioCare Many times I registered a complaint regarding n/w issue at my home location. Even drafted 5-6 emails in the last 3 years. Every time you say a team is working on it..... I want to know what the team did till now? I can't see any improvement.
