@JioCare if you don't know how to behave a customer then don't come to telecom industry. @TRAI please check whether jio is providing the service or not. Otherwise cancel jio contact in telecom sector. I am facing same issue in between 4 year's of period.

@JioCare The issue was resolved at 3:45 pm on 21st Sep, it took almost 24 hours to get a response from service engg. once ticket is assigned ask the service engg to contact the customer, pls do provide the right feedback to the respective service team. hoping for better service Thanks!
