@JioCare if you don't know how to behave a customer then don't come to telecom industry. @TRAI please check whether jio is providing the service or not. Otherwise cancel jio contact in telecom sector. I am facing same issue in between 4 year's of period.

@JioCare I called twice on Jio customer care today for incorrect bills being generated for Jio fiber. Explained everything to executives, then they put my call on hold and never came back,then after 15 min,call got disconnected. I spent 1 hour today in calls and got no response.

@JioCare 7 days no technician visit no work done to resolve the issue then why should I reconsider. I paid almost 1200 for 999 plan of which 7 days & counting it didn’t worked. No one even tried to resolve the issue.
