@JioCare I called twice on Jio customer care today for incorrect bills being generated for Jio fiber. Explained everything to executives, then they put my call on hold and never came back,then after 15 min,call got disconnected. I spent 1 hour today in calls and got no response.

@JioCare if you don't know how to behave a customer then don't come to telecom industry. @TRAI please check whether jio is providing the service or not. Otherwise cancel jio contact in telecom sector. I am facing same issue in between 4 year's of period.

@JioCare And in her case I had recharged ₹2999 plan two days before the previous plan was to be over. So in that case additional 23 days should have been visible which has not happened. It shows only 365 days validity only. Solve this problem.
