@JioCare if you don't know how to behave a customer then don't come to telecom industry. @TRAI please check whether jio is providing the service or not. Otherwise cancel jio contact in telecom sector. I am facing same issue in between 4 year's of period.

@JioCare I called twice on Jio customer care today for incorrect bills being generated for Jio fiber. Explained everything to executives, then they put my call on hold and never came back,then after 15 min,call got disconnected. I spent 1 hour today in calls and got no response.

@JioCare Know that all that has been done and your team had changed the Jio Fiber Router as well and they confirmed that this issue has been experienced on some TV models. I am on MI 4A and it was prefect with Jio for 16+ months and then since 10+ months TV gets 0 speed or can't connect.
