While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

Even can't take action so I went to our law and public affairs Minister Mr Malay Ghatak. I wrote a letter and he has signed. Min recharge is 1.5 gb per day which goes waste coz wifi Switched from @JioCare to this only to face the same issue.
