  @Shaymak_SharmaX @ViCustomerCare Nor gave the proper resolution on the concerned raised no senior available to talk to address the concert but we receive calls messages for bills which are always being paid on time to humulators but all complaints there is no resolution so far UN professional team

  @ViCustomerCare Your network in my area is pathetic. Get 4G speed almost all day long. I complained about this twice in 3 months. The response I got is that you are trying to improve your network in the said pincode. Please let me know when that had been done. Why should I pay for 5G until then?

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Why irrelevant scripted responses. It makes VI look foolish. Do you even know that only VI has enabled network in underground metro. VI has just somehow missed enabling the network after Acharya Atre Metro station towards Cuffe Parade & you just need to escalate🫣

  @ViCustomerCare Even after making payment on time if you all charge us late payment fees then it's totally unacceptable and unprofessional. We are left with no other option but to cancel ur services. So decide accordingly. @TRAI @JM_Scindia
