@ViCustomerCare Completely incompetent Can't even replace a damaged sim easily and the staff at service centers are always rude and disrespectful. Also own airtel sim and the service is so easily available. @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia Know why you lag behind. Dissatisfied

@aavishhkar @ViCustomerCare I requested them to deliver 4G sim at home, they refused said visit vi store. Went out yesterday found no vi store in vicinity of 10 kms. Airtel folks came and delivered sim at home for porting porting. Post sales service of Vi is as good as zero
