@ViCustomerCare I have just switched to a 4g sim card and am getting very bad service on it. Rarely get 4g speed. Not even 3g or 2g it's down to E. Pathetic service in calls and SMS as well

Hello @ViCustomerCare screw you! In ur Vi app u hv given no. 199 as customer care helpline but it's ******* doesn't have option of talking to customer care btw ur data speed sucks dts y I wanted to know what's d problem but I couldn't even reach to nd wasted my precious time

@ViCustomerCare vi is the world worst network company. In every week I lost all networks of idea for 2 or 3 hr. during recharge you offer me free caller tune offer but after recharge u didn't give me free caller tune. Even you charged it. So I'm leaving your Network.
