    @ViCustomerCare how does it make sense to activate a VAS all by yourself & refusing the refund? & you have the guts to renew it without informing the customer. I don't feel this will help u cover up your losses, instead it can be worse if customer start switching to other network

    @ViCustomerCare Its Abhishek. FYI, Vi 4G is not SuperFAST internet. Not CA/4+. The issue was sorted out by the Store person and not CC team. I messaged resolved as to not continue chatting on the same. Since you used it for campaign, I am forced to tweet above. Thank you.
