    Hey @ViCustomerCare It’s been 3 days since I ordered my VI SIM and no delivery yet. Support keeps saying rider unavailable, but delivery was assured while ordering. Not acceptable. Please check— Order ID: DCHD20042685728

    @ViCustomerCare No needs any DM. Your shortcomings need to be openly revealed here. Your infrastructure is not good, the network is not available outdoors within 500 meters to 1 km of the tower. However, it is being written in the inbox that whatever network is available, we have to accept it.

    @ViCustomerCare Still no network at my house. I was promised the issue would be resolved by the 22nd, but nothing has been done yet. This kind of delay shows a lack of concern for customer problems. Expected much better from such a reputed company. #PoorService #CustomerExperience

    @ViCustomerCare SIM (Order ID: DCHD20042620133) activated but "No Service". Haven’t received SIM yet, still validity started and days are getting deducted. Also emailed but no response. Please provide new SIM & reinstate my connection/validity.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is a fraud. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.

    @ViCustomerCare I need this amount to be credited back to source of payment ASAP. I am zapped to see hw cmr is treated in Vi. I dont hv time to pay heed to these issues. Pl arrange for reversal and let me know how to port. @reliancejio pl help me in porting my Vi number. Pl DM
