    @ViCustomerCare I m not able to send an email with attachment of small pdf file. VI upload speed is almost zero in Speed test.. Really if u can't resolve this problem in a day I m sorry I can't continue with Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare it's been more than 2 days with sim not working with no range. I just got a standard dm, no one contacted from your team. Sadly, it's disappointing and extremely inconvenient

    But from last few days this is happening too frequently. Every day for 4-5 hours in the morning there is no network coverage at all we can't even call anyone with vi network. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare In spite of me paying bills in 2 months advance, you guys have still not helped me with number porting. This is DISAPPOINTING! You guys charge 3000 rs to deactivate RedX plan, something that was never communicated when your execs called multiple times to upgrade.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Whenever there is power cut in our area VI network status started showing Emergency Calls Only. I had already complaint regarding this so may times and every single time I was told that there is some power related issue and our engineers have fixed it.

    @ViCustomerCare Having been your postpaid customer for last 13 years was pretty satisfying experience but recently it's been sheer disgust. I don't understand this erroneous billing system and then this disruption in calling. I hope I'll be heard otherwise I'll have to reconsider
