    @ViCustomerCare No response from your side that what are you gonna do to the network issue facing by me . For which I complained 10 times this month. No network inside my house ,and after every 15 -20 min need to go out of the house and look for network.

    @ViCustomerCare After sending the cancellation text, I was told that now my PORT request is cancelled and I have to re-submit the documents again. I was told before that this is only to keep the service valid till 2&3 days till I'm successfully ported out.

    @ViCustomerCare, I have experienced the worst level of professionalism from your side and I have no option left other than putting it out on public platform. On 26/06/21, I had sent a PORT request. Followed by this I received calls convincing me to stay.

    @ViCustomerCare From last two and half months you pops are hrrassing me, of course this shows the failure of vi customer care service. You are not even following the tri regulations as you have not mentioned the number of your nodal officer to make a complaint against vi.

    @ViCustomerCare I am struggling for solution for last couple of days and yet to get solution. None of ur team member check the details before calling. Every time they call ask the same repeated questions nd never come back with solution. Can u guys pls look into it
