  @ViCustomerCare ,i have been vodafone from around 18yrs and regret to still continue with them due to poor network nowadays. FOR the help ticket raised, Reply received from customer care is they cant help now. Thinking to port to another best. shame on you Vodafone.

  Worst ever experience with @ViCustomerCare. They activate Value Added Services without intimation of customers even after speaking to customer care. Must port to another operator service. @MIB_India Vi should change such things with customers. Thanks

  @ViCustomerCare I wanted to register my complain regarding network issue but I could not talk to customer care because of network issue. He cut the call by saying that there is no response from customer side so disconnecting. Tweeting as I had no other better choice
