Never seen such a PATHETIC SERVICE from any of the service providers like @reliancejio Their customer support is equally mediocre @JioCare , simultaneously I am using @VodafoneIN which is far far better than these money minded crooks. Talking to their cc is sheer waste of time .

Had the worst experience at the @ChennaiAirport. If you need to connect to free WiFi by @VodafoneIN, you need to have a mobile number to receive OTP. Foreign travellers should be able to access Internet without a mobile connection. @AAI_Official should look into it
