    @ViCustomerCare Mr. Kumar, difference in communication observed over phone a. Over telephonic time is 48 hours but received message for resolution is march 30,2022. Is this way you handles the customer complaints.

    @VodafoneIN such a poor network performance and the tariff has increased. Unhappy with your service despite being associated with @VodafoneIN qfor more than a decade. Your 4G speed is worst than a 2G speed 😑😓

    @VodafoneIN most of the app are opening in vodafone internet network. If the network is change from Vodafone to other telecom network then the app are running fine. #ludoking #twentyninegame #AmazonPrimeVideo and many more

    The worst network and worst customer car3 i have ever seen is @ViCustomerCare. @TRAI If you are not able to provide proper network service just quit like aircel. I have been facing network issues for more than a month, also no network in most of the places in india.

    .@AmazonHelp this excuse by @VodafoneIN . Able to collect money during lockdown but unable to provide service that was paid for, due to the same lockdown. #Vodafone CLAIMS to provide @PrimeVideoIN but doesnt. @NetflixIndia & @ZEE5India available. Pl don't partner with them

    @VodafoneIN All day was expecting a call but nothing. Not a single call. Is there a timeline for the call so that we know someone will call us else we do not want to wait all day and night. Calls for bill payment come on time but problems dont even get resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare Responded to multiple Vi personal calls and clearly communicated the voice call concerns, time of concerns, available time at home but nobody seems from vodafone to listen the customer voice and keep making their own statement and conclusion. Solution has not yet arrived

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Since Mr. Takkar and his entire Vi team is sleeping since 2 years and unable to resolve the below concerns: a. Ongoing call interuption b. Frequent call drop c. Poor data speed Thinking to move #Airtel with hope to not have above issues and better services than #VI.

    @VodafoneIN your network very poor, too much of call drop, and 30% calls not connecting daily,... Going wrose day by day for making calls need to come out from my home every time after several complaints no use am going to port my number...

    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I was your proud customer when i was in kerala circle. I had amazone prime subsription. After switching to tamilnadu circle, even i cant able to use the amazone prime, because old all packs are de activated. I requsted for the help

    @Krishna1974 @VodafoneIN KK this is a problem I am having with Vodafone in Porur for the last several months. At last in the last 10 days one of their engineers came and told me my complaint is genuine, and that their main office will call me. That’s all my problem continues.

For Eg while recharging my cash detected twice i made a complaint later there was no response after regular followup every day cash returned Airtel C.C is decent No issues W Singal/4G is excellent

    @Idea @VodafoneIN I remember before jio came, I had to pay RS. 249 to buy just 1gb data for a month, which means it's transparent that how you were cheating the customer, as soon as jio introduced I switched over to jio, the time has as your shares fell to rs 10, u wil be kicked out completely.

    @ViCustomerCare The network keeps fluctuating constantly and it’s affecting my daily work badly. Sometimes pages don’t load at all, videos buffer endlessly, and apps behave as if there is no internet despite having full signal bars.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey @ViCustomerCare , please check your dm, now it's more than 72 hours of booking/placing order as you have asked it will be completed by 72 hrs but still no update ,can you please check this on priority, this is seriously pathetic as the service delayed with promised time

    @ViCustomerCare I want to extend my safe Custody for another 6 months and the customer care is not allowing me to do so! They are ready to extend it one month at a time! That’s the most absurd rule of your company! Looks like you are happy in sucking the blood of your customers!

    @ViCustomerCare Hello @ViCustomerCare, I am using Vi’s 365 days Hero Unlimited plan. Even though I live in a good network coverage area, I am not getting the unlimited data benefit. I only receive 1GB of data daily, and after that the internet speed becomes extremely slow.

    Vi Thinks I don't know to read English @ViCustomerCare I cancelled auto renewal of Amazon Prime and they cancelled paid service valid till 07 Jan 2027. When I cancelled auto renewal it clearly showed the plan will be valid for paid validity and auto renewal will not happen.
