    @airtelindia Very true, it is only possible with wifi calling as you can't provide mobile network coverage indoor. Pathetic service experience 😡😡

    @JioCare None of customer service channels are working. Chat , Voice - both channels do not have any agent rep available. #poorcustomerservice it’s been less than months and this is I believe 3rd or 4th that this has happened. WiFi not working. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @TRAI @airtelindia @aajtak Why we are not permitted to send outgoing SMS in minimum recharge pack of 48 or 48. SMS is an essential service, when these packs allowed for out going call then barring outgoing SMS is a big loot.
