    @airtelindia Even I tried to reach your customer care by calling them 18 times in last 30 days, but never able to reach them for waiting almost average 14 min per call. You even not clear the your policy on 2nd connection as well. And finding an escape route from @TRAI directives

    @airtelindia @airtelbuzz I just ported in to AirTel previous evening but despite taking 499/month postpaid plan 4G service is not active on my no 9899886518. When complained they say it would take 3 days to enable 4G. It’s very bad experience. Please enable 4G asap.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @sunilbmittal @airtelnews my dth package got changed and all hd channels got blocked. When called your customer care no for support they replyed to go to airtel website and “go to hell”. Is this the kind of support cc agent name is “manisha”.

    Jio LTE has been out of service for 8 straight days for the entire block of Asansol, WB. Started on 30.09.21 and till today 08.10.21. This is an direct invitation to port our sims to Airtel. Please look into the matter. @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia
