    @airtelindia My airtel wifi is not working since yesterday morning. It's been more than 24 hours. I have complained so many times. But in airtel still no engineer has come to fix my wi fi connection. Since yesterday I have made more than 10 calls in airtel.

    I request @airtelindia, @reliancejio & @VodaIdea_NEWS to please make such plans that if a customer doesn't finish his daily internet data then it doesn't get exhausted and adds up to the future unused data and only exhausts after the completion of its monthly validity period.

    @airtelindia Funniest thing is that, the person who was supposed to do the road cutting to bring the cable to our building was asking our help to deal with the authorities. What a shame!!!. A company as big as Airtel can't deal it by themselves.
