    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia once again after the expected two months internet at home is frequently disconnected. While your services are suspect. One thing is for sure your BB makes sure every two months like clockwork goes down.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India @Airtel_Presence Have been following up for Network Issue atleast since last 6 months. But no resolution, even no one calls me back. I had to call always. But, I am assured on every call - you will get a call in 48 hrs, which has never come since 6months

    @airtelindia I have a 200mbps broadband connection for the last 2 years and your company has not even bothered to change/ upgrade the router. Repeated request to your technical guys has not yielded any results. Ur app also does not give an option to register the complaint.
