@airtelindia have been complaining since yesterday with broadband issues in my area. But the complaints department have been just giving excuses of some random maintenance. Kindly look into it. Show same level of urgency like you do with new connection. Dilshad garden delhi.

@airtelindia My Airtel landline number is 011-43764490. From the last 2 months My broadband internet connection is not working I complained but issue not resolved yet ,this is the worst service i have ever Experienced. I want my query to be resolved within 24 Hrs.

4 days back Wi-Fi at my home stopped working. Endless calls and complaint did not help till I escalated to the matter to someone senior. It was rectified today. Actually a wire had popped out of the circuit box near my house due to construction next door. Thank u @airtelindia
