It's getting disconnected once you pick up the call/when someone answer, it's even happening in Delhi. I guess it's to move out from Airtel.

Where as this female disconnected the call and another agent kept me on hold to transfer to the supervisor she never transferred. Is this is how ******* they respect cost.
