    @airtelindia Pathetic customer service by Airtel Express and 121 care. Sim Swap process is taking 4-5 days instead of 4 hours. Airtel sim's are automatically going off network, reason you guys are saying due to 4G usage / charging the mobiles. Twice the sim swap process failed
