@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence I haven't experienced such a bad customer service of any network sim till date expect airtel. No solution to pending queries. It's been a month now, i have asked them to resolve my network problem at my area. Pathetic!!!

I dialed @airtelindia customer care at 4 PM to sought out the issue and I was assured that I will get a call back. Nothing happened. After 8 PM, my fuming wife, who is without a number and works in banking sector, dialed the customer care. More misery was waiting for her.

The @airtelindia executive was of no help. Repeated the same script of taking out sim, switching phone again --tried that thrice-- but it still didn't work. My wife insisted on speaking to supervisor. After a prolong waiting, she finally spoke to him.

For resolution of Ticket No. : TP-687308-86876 , I personally made 2-3 times request. Even then response is not actual. @Tripleplayinter please follow the Ticket Number raised. NOTE: @airtelindia #broadband is not active in respect of other options.

I advised my wife to switch from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia for better connectivity. In hindsight it was a mistake. Yesterday morning I got a SMS with a pin for activation. My wife tried to dial but it said not registered on network @Airtel_Presence
