    @airtelindia I have recharged my number with the amount of Rs. 265 on 6 April 2022 through airtel thanks app but it is not reflecting and my outgoing is barred. Because of this I have done the payment again and your customer care is not connected don’t understand what to do.

    @airtelindia Pathetic Airtel TV Recharge service , after every recharges takes 2 to 5 hour to resumes services . Customer care also not supporting well and blaming server issue everytime .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia No point asking for screenshot of numbers, as you will keep calling from new numbers and keep irritating a customer. I am really looking to disconnect my connection just because of horrendous number of calls you people keep calling.

    Very pathetic response on IVR 121. When you promise that Zero Complaints. We now know where this comes from Airtel does not provide a Complaint Number for unplanned outage which is totally against the TRAI guidelines. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
