    Now that I’m back to Delhi, back at work, and back to network connectivity—let me warn all and sundry against the scam that @airtelindia is. They charge you a hefty sum for intl roaming—I paid 3999/- for 4 days—and ensure that you are left at local operators’ + hotel’s mercy.

    @airtelindia nobody at your customer care knows about Xstream stick, launched few days back by Airtel. So many calls received on my enquiry but noone heard or even pronounce it.

    Despite multiple calls from utterly clueless customer service executives—who basically suggested “on kar ke off kar do” & nothing else—I was left with drips of data. Funnily, call dropped, too, while talking to one of them! @airtelindia is the pits.

    @_DigitalIndia @airtelindia : Just for notice Airtel do not support digital India, they do not have facility of POS machine and branch manager force to pay by CASH, no UPI no Paytm or any other mode of payment is excepted.

    Is anyone from @DoT_India @rsprasad observing about the worst networking of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. If yes then why no action is not taking by gov for worst network situation of @airtelindia bcoz they don't care about customers.

    @excitel_rocks @airtelindia @HathwayBrdband EXCITEL setvice is Worst connectivity ever... the customer support will lie to you and connection would disconnect everyday and will not come back for hours or days.

    @airtelindia any one can help even your customers care number is not in contact... I am facing Network issue even now a days WhatsApp messages not sent properly. I'm using postpaid number more than 3yr but if this issue is not resolved in 3days. I'm using other operator.
