    @airtelindia employees are untrained customer care give me wrong information about related to recharge. I asked about 100 rupees recharge and then he told me 100rupees is NA validity. And after that I recharged then I got a message this recharge validation for 28days.@VittalGopal

    I am extremely frustrated and would want @airtelindia to choose 1 option: 1. Either Fix the Issue 2. Return my upgrade money and get me back to normal DTH 3. I should sure you for false advertising

    Customer service just gives the reason that it's there policy as the xstream box belongs to them therefore without recharge they can't allow the usage by any mean. I hv paid a hefty amount of 2.5k for the hd box upgrade to xstream. How this belongs to @airtelindia
