    @airtelindia ISP customer facing too many issue. Many times links get down. No body care in Airtel to get the link up. ISP customer also paying you for services but Airtel is not able to take care.

    @JioCare I'm old school. Integrity Loyalty matters. I stayed @airtelindia even when @reliancejio ambushed the 2 main operators customer base with free offers. I come with some attitude of a spoilt brat too. If you have the courage to match, only then touch me.

    @airtelindia ever since your fast lane has come up I've experince slowest possible internet in sec 15a faridabad. Worst worst worst connection. Signals disappear for no reason. The previous networks were better. Third time in a month. No signal nothing for good 2 hours

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Trying to get my WiFi issue resolved for more than a month, with multiple tickets. Latest ticket is 1103449915. You are closing the ticket without even visiting or even a call from your engineer. Every time, I have to call the helpdesk and reopen.

    I’ve lost all trust in @ViCustomerCare A loyal overseas customer with a dead SIM, conflicting answers from customer care,Vi Store n WhatsApp, still no solution. The only options are fly to IND or transfer my no. Now I know Y people are prefer @airtelindia and @reliancejio over Vi

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is absolutely unacceptable and I am exhausted from repeatedly chasing Airtel for a problem created by Airtel’s own failure to provide service and properly close the connection. Stop sending automated replies. Stop passing the complaint from one team to another.
