@airtelindia fed up with your services. First your engineers stole my wires damaging my unit while giving connection to neighbor then fresh wiring was done and now internet not working at all. Your engineers have not turned up yet.

By far @HathwayBrdband has One of the worst customer service. Internet cutoffs, no prior intimations, No replies on Calls, and takes hours to solve issues. In short very poor service. Seriously considering of switching to @airtelindia broadband.

Airtel is playing very smart with their customers. They have discontinued SMS services for their recharges till Rs. 149. Also they have hiked their plans. If a customer wants to send messages only, why can't he has basic plan like Rs 10 or 20. @airtelindia #Airtel_Jio_लूट_बंद_करो
