    @airtelindia Glad to hear that you're rolling out 5g services in India. However, to be the best, you need to work very hard on your customer service. Your representatives lack professionalism, courtesy, proper training & zeal to help. You should revamp the entire process, though outsourced.

    @airtelindia most pathetic and third rate service ,I went to your store at sector 50 noida for a sim swap today,provided my identification docs,received an alert from u guys mentioning that I need to visit again to submit docs again.ur call centre guy was most uncooperative.

    @airtelindia Very disappointed..I upgraded my setup HD to Xtreme in Dec.20 now remote not working. i raise request to replace my remote but i showing visiting charge. Why visiting charge? I will discontinue with airtel & will move to other. never recommend to other for Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI I have recieved a popup message on my family number "your sim rejected" on 1st Jan 2021, four times visited on your airtel store, today is 29th Jan 2021, still this is not resolved, SR no. is 31-3552586846193. Very slow response from "airtel"!
