    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what’s the easiest way to connect with your executive, there was some urgency and I wasted my 15 mins. I’m shifting my to a new place. I think I have to shift my network provider as well. Thank you for such pathetic customer support. @GoI_MeitY

    @Airtel_Presence Basically after the above reply there is a test of customers patience, because @airtelindia never replies, and you as a customer have to wait indefinitely. They have a nonresponsive team.

    Using @airtelindia broadband for last 12 years almost. Had a network problem hence raised the complain. Due to arrogant customer care, i decided to disconnect the connection. Now it’s been 10 days, broadband and landline still working. Sent an email last week but no response.
