@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Service engineer called me , discussed the issue and he said to pay charge. I again repeat , I will not pay now a single rupee. Last month on 1st january I paid 150 for engineer visit.

Aap @airtelindia ki chronology samajhiye. Don’t send hard copy of bills-> start automated calls to the customer after missing the due date coz bill wasn’t sent-> customer will request for bill -> @airtelindia will say “ we will help you” -> Dur date miss -> include late fees now.

Bakwaas service @airtelindia is giving. They can't even provide 4G services in Pune and launching 5G. I lodged complaint on 17 Aug regarding network issue and they solved it on 2 oct but not technically. Still having network issues. Improve 4G 1st then go for 5G.
