@airtelindia is anyone listening at Airtel. Not able to view subscribed channels for over a week now. Customer service team is simply hopeless. Giving software update as an issue for their incompetence.

@PMOIndia @narendramodi even after multiple msgs to @TRAI ans @airtelindia no one is ready to provide solutions. Subscribers are paying foe 4G on 3G network that is also in worst condition. Why are we wasting tax payer money on @TRAI if cant see the problem with mobile users.

@airtelindia Despite updating DTH packs, and paying for it, unable to watch qny channels. Customer care systems are either down, or busy to attend calls. What the hell am I supposed to do.. Keep paying for a blank screen. Sic!!
