    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My broadband is out. The modem showing LOS LED red. I know OFC is out. But can't lodge complaint through app. Stupid chat bots have no option. How can I diagnose with no connection. If I turn mobile data on, then app says broadband is ok.

    @airtelindia I’m using Airtel since 2007 uninterrupted but on 30th June SIM got disabled, SIM replaced twice still service not active, no clue with staff when it will be restored … high time to port my no. @sunilmittal22 @VittalGopal

    I am fed up wd d poor service of @airtelindia as I have installed Airtel xtream fiber for my work bt d disconnected the connection without any reason & when I called they are not paying attention, just only mentioned that service is temporary suspended. Don't know why. #Shameful

    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago @TRAI Airtel Secure system seems to be fraud scheme. The mobile damage incident has to be registered within 48 hours but the Airtel Thanks app throws an error while doing it. The customer executive registered it manually but there is no track of it.

    I've not received any call from Airtel for the resolution and I'm unable to register my incident. Now they'll not register the incident telling that 48 hours has been passed and it should have been notified within 48 hours, but there's no way to notify only. @airtelindia
