    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was told that if I'll pay my outstanding bill then I'll be added 2 Family plan 15days ago but no1 contacted me back & wen I called customer service again,agent asked me to wait for 48hrs as I'll get a call back from team but no response till date.

    I raised the service request for my jio fiber. Your service agents are telling me that we will fix this but aren't doing anything. I have tried your fiber on trial bases, if no one is solving my issue then i am switching to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia
