    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews - Can you please look into broadband issue related to landline number - 0120-4113320. Just to enlighten you on your ground / on field customer service - service is poor and nightmare for customers in sector Alpha First Greater noida.

    Issue is resolved now and thanks for fixing this. However, I am very much disappointed with Airtel ground staff in sector Alpha First Greater Noida and specially with engineer name Santosh as he lacked the attitude towards fixing the customer issues @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today i booked airtel Extreme Fiber broadband with airtel Extreme box. Broadband has been installed but for Airtel xtreme digital tv box, no one contacted me. Tried to call customer care but it's automatic ivr only taking new connection request.

    @airtelindia your xtreme box has technical issues. It keeps on restarting and whenever I complaint your service team visit and says that this cannot be resolved. Pathetic services and a company of liars. Your xtreme box model has serious problems please fix this.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I bought 1098 extreme fibre plan which includes benefits of Disney Hotstar and Amazon prime. But I can’t see any of these benefits. All I can see is other free OTT apps which I could have got even if I had taken the 499 plan. What is this? Help.
