    @airtelindia @Airtel_Prese One of the airtel number is not working from some days can you please check the issue. The number is issue on my uncle's ID and he is not medically fit. If sim got expired. Executive can visit to home and verify and replace the sim it will so thanksful.

    Such a irritating services by @airtelindia. Its been 10 days I am not able to change my broadband plan. And there is no any support from @airtelnews even the customer care is not responding, only availability is thier IVR which is completely waste of time. #worstserviceprovider

    @airtelindia What a poor service from Airtel !!! My mobile internet hardly works. Its not even 2G speed. @TRAI do u even get feedback at complaint no 198. Its totally useless. For no internet complaint it says that action wilbe be taken in 7 days. Till then what to do? Plz reply?

    @airtelindia has the worst IVR with the most confusing response matrix. Irrespective of how urgent your request is,they will not let you connect to a human for instant solution.After a recharge, you don’t get the plan benefits unless you have raised a complaint.@Airtel_Presence

    I have paid Rs.300 for simcard in airtel store to port to Airtel prepaid. They have told me that first month recharge will be covered in this. But I don’t see that is reflecting in Airtel Thanks app. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I would need a urgent support ASAP.
