After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

@airtelindia Engineer visited, the are asking for visit charges 150/- INR. Still the problem is not resolve by you engineer. Why should I pay the charges of your have not installed DTH properly. Will able to resolve the issue or not confirm.

@stutiroy1 @airtelindia Switch to Jio. Been a Jio customer for over an year after spending 8 years with Airtel. Better speeds, no drops and better coverage, overall a far better experience. Best part, haven’t had to call the customer care for anything so far.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am suffering huge from last 10 months several time I have messaged, visit service centre as I am not receiving sms except from Airtel in my Airtel number. Is this a too tough situation to solve . You guys are not taking the problem seriously.
