    Extremely sad experience with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trying to get in touch with custcare exec since 3 days no luck,sim gone down suddenly. no way to communicate as well.posted a DM here,no response on that as well,it seems Airtel has stopped working.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence this is frustrating now! It’s been 5 days there is no proper network/ internet connectivity here. Should we expect network restore? Or should we switch to other network operator? 😣 Day 5, poor network, wfh is getting difficult

    Work from home is the new normal now and @airtelindia is giving pathetic network which is not helping at all, The 4G speeds are horrible and the 4G network disappears after every 30secs. What's wrong @Airtel_Presence ?

    @JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

    @airtelindia SIM card stopped working abruptly, after 20 days I managed to get a new sim and it just won't activate. Airtel, even Vodafone seems like a better option now. Worst customer experience @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @BhoirCor your team only knows to send pre defined reply. #vodafoneidea customer care is pathetic. If the company people don’t know how to service, than why at all do they run behind connections. I appreciate @airtelindia #airteliot for the prompt service, automation are good.

    @airtelindia Sorry to say but your broadband services have gone down to the lowest level. Constantly unstable. I have been trying to reach broadband customer care but it's not going through. Terrible experience. #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia after all the calls and communication the issue is still not being fixed, its not my mistake that service provider did not mention on INSTALLATION CHARGES, when asked multiple times it was said its free and now i see the charges on Broadband Bill. 10024046113.

    @airtelindia I am facing problem with your network and internet service. I have raised multiple complaints but no use of it. Your customer service want to close the ticket after 7 days but they are not really care about customer problem is resolved or not. Very worst service.
