Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

Your customer service just says it will be done in 4 hours everyday. I have spent enough time talking with you. If my issue is not solved by the end of the day, I will be complaining at the consumer grievance. I haven't been able to use the internet for the last 5 days. Your team creates unwanted orders at their side and customer has to suffer. They are not even cancelling my connection as orders as still in pending stage which I haven't even created. You are not even replying on dm.
