@Airtel_Presence Now 12th October nothing has changed.. Same issue persists. No action taken by @airtelindia @jagograhakjago @rsprasad #badservice now who will take the responsibility to rectify the issue and who will bare the loss of money.

@airtelindia On 2nd Oct, woke up to find my broadband not working. My attempt to register my complaint through your IVRS failed , as it was not registering my options. Strangely , I kept on hearing voice in Bhojpuri with no option to change language.
