Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

Airtel always had such issues, 5g not working, network down etc, and these issues are fixed by airplane on/off or sim disable/enable. But again, read the terms and conditions you agreed to!

Issue is usually at terminal end. Get router fixed from Airtel. Is your internet spotty as well. Try to see if it can hold a steady connection. (P.S. I am not talking of speed)
