Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

Engineer says they work betn 9-6. But schedule is at 6-7.Internet is essential service, no 24/7 support? Poor service takes 48hr?
