Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

Wifi speed is down since 13th Aug, raised a ticket on 14th Aug, they called me on 15th Aug eve and told me there's a network tower issue. Today's day 5, it's still unresolved.
