The worst service have i ever seen the broadband connection of Airtel xtream fibre. From 21/05/2020 the exchange that gives the service in north 24 parganas kolkata region has not been functioning. Till when the problem will be resolved.@Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia & @TRAI

Visited @airtelindia Express store at Kasaragod, Kerala for a sim replacement. I was charged ₹100 (no receipt provided) for the same. An SMS i Just recvd says this - "Retailer may charge you up to max Rs 25/- as his service charge for SIM change" @Airtel_Presence
