Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

I contacted customer service 3 times, and each time they said they’d expedite it and someone would call within 3 working hours. Still nothing. Don’t order WiFi UPS from Airtel. Terrible customer service.

Aravind Sekar (@iamaravindsekar) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Some engineers visited around 11pm at night & they said they will fix it at night while they have some urgent cases to attend and since this is just a ripout they said they ll fix it in 2hrs. I said its fine even if its fixed before 9am in the morning. Its 11:30am now.

Two engineers came and checked and promised it will return in 5mins and it hasn’t still. One engineer said his name is wrongly given in the customer msg and he’s not servicing our area. And there is zero accountability for customer complaint on 121.
