Extremely sad experience with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trying to get in touch with custcare exec since 3 days no luck,sim gone down suddenly. no way to communicate as well.posted a DM here,no response on that as well,it seems Airtel has stopped working.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I ported from Vodafone to Airtel because of better service and internet speed. But with Airtel basic coverage area in Goa is very bad. I regret my decision & planning to switch again. @goacm is also not working honestly for improvement in this issue.

Never use @airtelindia as your fastag. It sucks really.. It has a limit which exhausts soon and asks you to update Pan card. And there is no harm in updating it as long as the app works properly and allows you to update pan. Such a waste of product it is.

Just got Apple Watch Cellular and got to know that Prepaid Airtel doesn’t work with it @airtelindia what kind of service is it ? Also if i switch to postpaid I’ll have to wait for 3 months to use that feature so tell me why shouldn’t i port to Jio
