It was from 2005 and earlier that BSNL employees top to bottom were 'encouraged' by new entrants to stay stupid. Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. They need these new users to actually stay & recharge the ₹2,399 plan later if they want to fix the numbers. 5G in Andhra is still 5 to 6 months away.

For the last 10 days, there is no network on my phone at all! It got even worse. I did a 'manual network search' on my phone. Even then, the BSNL tower was completely missing from the list. In today's digital time, a network connection is everything. You tell me. how can a normal person trust BSNL in this situation?
