Rather they shud focus on improving their network, infra & service in urban cities from where most of their revenue comes. BSNL network in cities is pathetic.

Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. However additional roaming facilities of BSNL may be used in this area by paying charges as per policy. This service may be activated by sending a message ACT ROAM TO 53333 from the respective numbers.
