Even a lineman of BSNL have a right to disturb our phone line. I hope you will understand the key problems.

Lot of people want to have land lines but due poor service of BSNL people don't opt for BSNL services though BSNL has the best network coverage. We must focus on this.

It was from 2005 and earlier that BSNL employees top to bottom were 'encouraged' by new entrants to stay stupid. Ask people who ran around to use their services bcos govt wanted only BSNL for govt servants.
