Lot of people want to have land lines but due poor service of BSNL people don't opt for BSNL services though BSNL has the best network coverage. We must focus on this.

It was from 2005 and earlier that BSNL employees top to bottom were 'encouraged' by new entrants to stay stupid. Strangely I get billed for services which BSNL is unable to provide. Show some work ethics.
