But in last 2 years, its service was very poor(Calling, Data Speed, OTP and network). Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. It was from 2005 and earlier that BSNL employees top to bottom were 'encouraged' by new entrants to stay stupid. Ask people who ran around to use their services bcos govt wanted only BSNL for govt servants.

I have to go on a trip next week, so how exactly am I supposed to use internet on my laptop? This company made a profit of over ₹76,000 crores in the last two years when they were allowing hotspots. Now they want to ban hotspots to maximise their profit even further. The greed of these people are never ending. Shameless. Truly, the Indian telecom duopoly is working for themselves; not the nation. I strongly feel the need of a strong BSNL in this country today.
