I have been using Airtel when it 1GB cost 250 rs now cost is low. Bsnl was never promoted by old govt as well it become a big bag of loan burden.

Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. Then why government of India didn't give this opportunity to bsnl or any other mobile service provider?

However additional roaming facilities of BSNL may be used in this area by paying charges as per policy. Their job is to reduce the validity of all plans and indirectly increase the tariffs. If we compare with pvt. Opts. BSNL is zero in all Metros.
