    @ABPNews enough funds available then they invest to improve quality n will add more emp n salaries. It's quite simple to understand. Bsnl r sinking bcos thy don't have 4g license n funds to maintain it's existing nw. Same for other provide, it's hard to service a Telecom emp

    My company allowed me to work from home but due to BSNL connection its hard to work from home and i have to move to Noida for better connectivity 😢, no one listens in BSNL services down from last 3 days but who cares 😢

    @airtelindia i ported my number from BSNL to Airtel and it is so unfortunate to see the type os service i am getting, my bsnl sim got deactivated and Airtel sim still doesn’t work and Airtel store guy just making me roam around again and again, its my 6th day and situation same

    @BSNL_UPW @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PMOIndia Have been begging to get my Landline 0120-2633941 along with broadband functional but everytime complaint is closed without being addressed. Strangely I get billed for services which BSNL is unable to provide. Show some work ethics.

    @Rajendra195401 @NagendraKuMoha2 @narendramodi Not completely true it was we who took Jio . I have been using Airtel when it 1GB cost 250 rs now cost is low. Bsnl was never promoted by old govt as well it become a big bag of loan burden.

    @LICIndiaForever Indian customers have full trust in LIC, but your employees will break that trust because when the service is not available then the customer will get upset and go to a private company and the condition of LIC will be like BSNL. I think so Modinagar branch code 250 branch.

    @MTNLOfficial Back in Noida after one year. Sorry to say problem still persists. Please allow to choose another operator on roaming. Or otherwise i shall port out from bsnl Punjab. No doubt @MTNLOfficial is running into losses.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW My BSNL phone 0120-2633941 along with broadband is dysfunctional from last 2 weeks and nobody from your department bothers to fix it even after complaining repeatedly. Such lackluster response from Govt Telecom company is indeed painful. Shall stop paying

    Dear @JioCare Sad but true that u r following the foot print of BSNL👎 in simple words u've proved to be more worst & unreliable than BSNL in too short time. When we're already trying to cope up with your SLOW SPEED issue, every 2nd day blinking RED LIGHT on the router is painful

    Bsnl always boasts about Digital India in online platforms. But they are in that era where we still have to write physical letter for bharat fibre plan change. They have option to request plan change via whatsapp chat bot, but their staffs don’t even have any idea it exists. It’s been more than 10 days after I raised a plan change request via @BSNLCorporate whatsapp chat bot. The local staffs don’t have any idea about the request. They told me to write a letter in white paper and send it to them on their whatsapp number. When we contact customer care they just answer like if the plan didn’t change automatically after 2 working days please visit the nearest office. I have been a longtime customer of Bsnl, have used all your services from net one dial up to broadband and bharat fibre from the beginning. You have one of the best fibre network in rural areas in our country, small things make big real life difference please improve your service @BSNL_KL

    So is the case (more in recent times)with @RediffNews i.e. #rediffmail data have been concealed or not published in my INBOX reason being lots of losses of different Importance.Meanwhile,@airtel @bsnl messages concealment or non deliverance were an issue of top priorities always.

    We shifted to a new apartment in March& FTTH was shifted. As per your technical staff now when we place a complaint through the bsnl app the complaint continues to go to those managing the connections in the old apartment. Phone and internet are not working. Help @bsnl_care
