@BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏

@BSNLCorporate I have subscribed 448 plan of that contains 2GB/day when I used 1GB #internet stop working I am trying to complain this on #customer helpline number but after half an hour waiting 2 times there are no response from other side #BSNL

@BSNLCorporate No response to my problem which i have twitted before and already dm #bsnl for help #poor after sales #support govt should either shut down or #privatization of bsnl also since no one is working in govt. They only want free salary without doing any work.

Few days back I had submitted to Sumit again but he has Lost my document, Customer are losing confidence with LIC I request pls improve service otherwise aap ka bhi wahi hal hoga jo BSNL and other company ka hua.. Because Now a days customer have the option..

@BSNLCorporate Hello BSNL Team, @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate Please include the Downgrade plan option also in the portal. It's causing too much inconvenience to all the customers. Only Upgrade plan option is present which means incomplete service provision & not satisfactory at all.

@AxisBankSupport , While I still keep you reminding about very poor service ( mob calls keep dropping, on emails there is no clarity), I managed call via BSNL land line. UR team member Raghavendra Poojari was an exception & handled patiently my queries! He made my day!

@BSNLCorporate sir my no. Is of BSNL Jharkhand, and presently I am in Uttrakhand. Problem is that calls can't be made other network, calls to bsnl network gets connected but there is no voice..I am facing this issue since 22 Oct 2021 the day I reached Uttrakhand.Gprs is working.

@BSNL_GJ WHY can’t BSNL give refund of the amount (tarif) for the period (days) the phone is dead and complaint is made. They take full amount even if phone is unusable. The credibility of BSNL is at STAKE.
