    @BSNLCorporate I have subscribed 448 plan of that contains 2GB/day when I used 1GB #internet stop working I am trying to complain this on #customer helpline number but after half an hour waiting 2 times there are no response from other side #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate No response to my problem which i have twitted before and already dm #bsnl for help #poor after sales #support govt should either shut down or #privatization of bsnl also since no one is working in govt. They only want free salary without doing any work.

But now other vendors seems to have overtaken this broadband area, where bsnl used to top. All bcoz of unbilled huge installation charges. If possible, please look into it. #saveourbsnl

    It's time to say goodbye to #VI and shift to Jio or Airtel or maybe even BSNL. #VI provides the poorest network as far as calls and data services, poorest customer services but their recharge vouchers cost highest and don't provide add on benefits like Airtel or Jio.

    @BSNLCorporate @devusinh Hi Sir. It's been an year and my simple issue has not been resolved. #OA_Katihar is directly denying to help stating that he's not technically experienced. This is happening at the ground level. I believe #BSNL can't make their customers satisfied with these employees.

    @airtelindia Airtel Broadband reminds me of BSNL broadband days when we used to call bsnl office for connectivity issues again and again. Highly disappointed by Airtel service. Frequent connectivity issues/disruption due to technical issues

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Hello, the FTTH speed is really slow in our area. I've a 100Mbps plan. But the download speed is only 4 mbps and upload is around 90mbps. Please help. I've been a BSNL customer for a log time. Tried the fiber service, but really dissatisfied.

    @BSNL_KL Trying to call cc for past one week instead hearing some bizarre music endlessly, no one to pick call. Not sure it's worth reviving bsnl with such poor service

    @BSNLCorporate I don't know what BSNL is doing with its customers but I definitely know that I should choose some other operator now. Worst services, i experience with bsnl.

    Currently i am in Lumding(Assam) in railway officer's rest house main city area. There is no network coverage of BSNL in lumding. I m stuck with BSNL sim. Please help me out. @BSNLCorporate @bsnlassamcircle
