    @BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏

    Few days back I had submitted to Sumit again but he has Lost my document, Customer are losing confidence with LIC I request pls improve service otherwise aap ka bhi wahi hal hoga jo BSNL and other company ka hua.. Because Now a days customer have the option..

    @BSNLCorporate No response to my problem which i have twitted before and already dm #bsnl for help #poor after sales #support govt should either shut down or #privatization of bsnl also since no one is working in govt. They only want free salary without doing any work.

    The service which BSNL provides is just the worst. B'coz From day one when I got a connection for it, I had to face a lot of issues with its network. When we complain about it, No one is there to resolve it. Because of this issue, I have lost my job recently. #BSNLINDIA #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate I have subscribed 448 plan of that contains 2GB/day when I used 1GB #internet stop working I am trying to complain this on #customer helpline number but after half an hour waiting 2 times there are no response from other side #BSNL

    @NikhilR27598076 @PMOIndia @narendramodi ye toh kuch nahi haiu.. BSNL provides a lease line to JIO(Ambani, Gujrati) dedicated for banks' ATMs . And the surprise is that 24x7 support by BSNL is ensured by top management. Still, BSNL cannot provide bandwidth due to restricted Band With Usage by GOI. All this to loot PSUs

    @BankerDihaadi @hunkrider But tax payer dont have to suffer for losses made by vodafone idea or other telecom companies that shutdown. In case of BSNL, u and me have to pay for it. I know u are in PSU job, but doesn't mean u should support such waste of tax money.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India I tried to apply for new @BSNL_MH BSNL fibre connection through website. It's way difficult to apply. Later I contacted on CCN 18003451504 but nobody picks up the call. Why don't you offer customer friendly service like private companies.?

    @BSNL_AS Not doing your job and taking salary is criminal breach of service contract BSNL or any one cannot charge for rental and service which was not provided And showing logged complaints as resolved without attending is another offence all concerned shud face job termination
