    @BSNLCorporate I have subscribed 448 plan of that contains 2GB/day when I used 1GB #internet stop working I am trying to complain this on #customer helpline number but after half an hour waiting 2 times there are no response from other side #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate No response to my problem which i have twitted before and already dm #bsnl for help #poor after sales #support govt should either shut down or #privatization of bsnl also since no one is working in govt. They only want free salary without doing any work.

    .@BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND I am a BSNL Postpaid user since past 05 years at Ranchi. Since last few weeks, not able to send or receive whatsapp msgs bcs of the poor network. Regular phone calls are also getting dropped. pls suggest a way forward.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle Still we need to visit the BSNL office write an application and wait in line for closure of BSNl Fiber Net.This was not the way to provide service to the costumer @AshwiniVaishnaw need your attention and request you to check and make it seem less.

    @ThreeUKSupport No, only local sms through BSNL network is being received. I am not able to get otp's from all global services like google whatsapp etc.I tried many login attempts at different platforms. And finally at night after many hours , I received a google otp. But it was of no use

    @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate our office router isn't working nicely on bsnl fiber And bsnl has changed my login credentials i wanted to reset my router so login credentials or Static I'd is required kindly look into this
