  The service which BSNL provides is just the worst. B'coz From day one when I got a connection for it, I had to face a lot of issues with its network. When we complain about it, No one is there to resolve it. Because of this issue, I have lost my job recently. #BSNLINDIA #BSNL

  @BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏

  @BSNLCorporate I have subscribed 448 plan of that contains 2GB/day when I used 1GB #internet stop working I am trying to complain this on #customer helpline number but after half an hour waiting 2 times there are no response from other side #BSNL

  @BSNLCorporate No response to my problem which i have twitted before and already dm #bsnl for help #poor after sales #support govt should either shut down or #privatization of bsnl also since no one is working in govt. They only want free salary without doing any work.

  Few days back I had submitted to Sumit again but he has Lost my document, Customer are losing confidence with LIC I request pls improve service otherwise aap ka bhi wahi hal hoga jo BSNL and other company ka hua.. Because Now a days customer have the option..

  @Ravisutanjani BSNL is the only mobile operator with PAN india coverage, The other use BSNL network where they don't have coverage. Then how are they better than BSNL.

  I've been facing issues with BSNL for two months. I ported to support BSNL but get barely 2G and no network for two weeks. Despite 20+ complaints, there's no resolution, only technical jargon without ground reports. After over two months as a BSNL user, I suggest getting a BSNL SIM only as a secondary option or for minimal use if a tower is nearby. BSNL needs another year to develop proper 4G services, including eSIM, VoWiFi, and caller tunes.

  @Ravisutanjani BSNL should be merged with VI • No double investment needed for 4G and 5G • More capax could be done • Govt might recover some debt • After merger, BSNL could focus on low cost fiber and VI could focus on low cost mobile service @Ravisutanjani

  @bsnl_care Can you specify what mobile settings and plan is 1 year validity with daily 100 SMS. Waiting for your response. All of a sudden how can this issue arise and I do not see any issue with other vendor settings, how come only BSNL?
