    @BSNLCorporate No response to my problem which i have twitted before and already dm #bsnl for help #poor after sales #support govt should either shut down or #privatization of bsnl also since no one is working in govt. They only want free salary without doing any work.

    @BSNLCorporate I have subscribed 448 plan of that contains 2GB/day when I used 1GB #internet stop working I am trying to complain this on #customer helpline number but after half an hour waiting 2 times there are no response from other side #BSNL

    (1) Hi @BSNLCorporate FTTH BSNL Team, I'm facing BB Internet issues (07391-299088) for the past 4 months. In the initial 2 months, I faced a lot of internet issues for which I have booked complaints multiple times then the VENDOR shouted at me not to complain I only closes those.

    BSNL broad band related customer care service is the worst. I had raised a complaint on broadband connection. The customer care provider says They only register complaints. For resolving issues they asked us to go to the nearby office. Why is that called customer care? #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India reality of BSNL internet - They ask for 3500 to 5000 Rs. For connection, modem etc. then every month u have to pay around 707 Rs(depending on plan) then every other day, internet will be down. U keep calling their contact numbers, they keep giving excuse

    Hello @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR I'm unable to use internet since 10 days. I contacted nearby BSNL exchange, they provided some temporary solution. Every now & then my internet doens't work. Plz look into this matter and resolve the issue. Thanks
