The service which BSNL provides is just the worst. B'coz From day one when I got a connection for it, I had to face a lot of issues with its network. When we complain about it, No one is there to resolve it. Because of this issue, I have lost my job recently. #BSNLINDIA #BSNL

Few days back I had submitted to Sumit again but he has Lost my document, Customer are losing confidence with LIC I request pls improve service otherwise aap ka bhi wahi hal hoga jo BSNL and other company ka hua.. Because Now a days customer have the option..

@BSNLCorporate No response to my problem which i have twitted before and already dm #bsnl for help #poor after sales #support govt should either shut down or #privatization of bsnl also since no one is working in govt. They only want free salary without doing any work.

@BSNLCorporate I have subscribed 448 plan of that contains 2GB/day when I used 1GB #internet stop working I am trying to complain this on #customer helpline number but after half an hour waiting 2 times there are no response from other side #BSNL

@BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏

@BSNLCorporate Hi Team, The services of BSNL are really poor, team needs to work hard to maintain customer uptime.. Again internet is down and getting LOS signal on modem. Every alternative day one or the other issues with internet. Now i am also tired of raising concerns when no action taken.

@rajivmehta19 I remember a buzz that 3 Telecom Operators are ideal as per Government Views. I think there was a news too. So, you know the fate of Vodafone given 3 musketeers are Jio, Airtel & BSNL. Government will be stupid not to have a PSU Company for strategic reasons.

According to BSNL Bikaner the minimum broadband plan a coustomer can go for is ₹599 fiber basic plus (1 year old coustomer) but BSNL has set minimum broadband plan for all coustomer is ₹449 (FTTH) all over India. So please help me to get 449 plan @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan
