B'coz From day one when I got a connection for it, I had to face a lot of issues with its network. When we complain about it, No one is there to resolve it. Inderjeet Kumar (@Inderjeetkumar_) reported@bsnl_care However,when I contacted another BSNL staff member regarding my reserved number and SIM issue,I was told “main kuchh nahi kar sakta” and “main tumko pahchaan nahi raha hu.” This is very unprofessional and confusing for customers.Kindly provide proper support and clear resolution.

The BSNL App shows a system error, WhatsApp linking fails, and 1800-4444 is constantly busy. Please register a ticket immediately and resolve.

Due to this the exchange staffs and customers are badly affected.
