    The service which BSNL provides is just the worst. B'coz From day one when I got a connection for it, I had to face a lot of issues with its network. When we complain about it, No one is there to resolve it. Because of this issue, I have lost my job recently. #BSNLINDIA #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW If any type of internet/wifi service can be provided in my home town, Bheekhpur Kalan, Newada, Jalalpur Ambedkar Nagar UP STD CODE:05278 very poor service n coverage despite having BSNL twr/office. Ref no- 9000454105 @rsprasad @GoI_MeitY #WFH

    @BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @GoI_MeitY the BSNL tower at khu6in Kargil remains non functional for most of the time. Why are you guys wasting our time if you cannot manage a single tower then please wind up from Khumbathang. It is frustrating to see no network throughout most days.

    I got my Airtel number port on BSNL on 23rd Aug Sim was activated on 26 Aug but there is a problem my outgoing calling is working well but incoming call BSNL to BSNL creating problem mobile number invalid this happens only BSNL to BSNL. Ph- 9433926792 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD

    @sandythapar @DILIPtheCHERIAN Which gives you better service and complaint redressal? Airtel/Jio broadband or BSNL. Government is extremely inefficient with money management. What private companies can achieve in 10 rs, government spends 100 rs for inferior result

    The other common concern is the quality of services offered by the government owned companies. Of course, many people in India might have a tale of poor experience with BSNL or SBI. This situation is often blamed on the employees of these organizations.

    @BSNL_CHTD I am porting to another service provider because of poor network in my area.. any way all BSNL tower will be given to private players on NMP.. so better to switch to another service provider

    @BSNLCorporate I am tired pathetic service by Bsnl for last 17 years. I keep complaining and nothing is done. Always temporary solution. My land-line never functions for more than 15 days. Bsnl Pune Khondhwa is least bothered.
