    The service which BSNL provides is just the worst. B'coz From day one when I got a connection for it, I had to face a lot of issues with its network. When we complain about it, No one is there to resolve it. Because of this issue, I have lost my job recently. #BSNLINDIA #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW If any type of internet/wifi service can be provided in my home town, Bheekhpur Kalan, Newada, Jalalpur Ambedkar Nagar UP STD CODE:05278 very poor service n coverage despite having BSNL twr/office. Ref no- 9000454105 @rsprasad @GoI_MeitY #WFH

    @BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏

    @BSNLCorporate @BsnlCmd I hv received a msg stating that my complaint (Reference ID: 18554035183) has been resolved. However, my wifi is still not working. I submitted a written complaint at the BSNL office last Saturday. The technician has been repeatedly saying “today/tomorrow”

    @AartiTikka @AartiTikka I hope bsnl closes down and we have 5 or 6 private telecom companies instead. I don't want babu culture anymore No other country is having government doing business except india.

    @Nitesh805181 IndiGo seems to be moving towards a monopoly while BSNL is still struggling with poor network quality, call echoes, and connectivity issues. Why isn’t the government improving BSNL? If the government keeps ignoring such basic issues, where is the common man supposed to go?

    @BSNLCorporate No BSNL network for the last 3 days. Shockingly, whenever electricity goes off, the network also disappears. I’ve been complaining about this issue for the last 2–3 years, yet there’s still no improvement. Please resolve this urgently! @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate

    @InvestorOfJAMMU VI will share bsnl mtnl infra. The support which government gave to jio is now being extended to Birla. Why I don't know, but with govt support VI can turn a new leaf.

Unfortunately Trai became the silent partner of those corporates instead of voice of consumers. Our current govt plans to lure the people in multiple ways from tax to e20. Even bsnl dont care abt thm

    The second SIM that almost everyone owns can be of BSNL. They have good 2G coverage which will help with voice calls. Data can be had from primary sim. Change oneself and see companies fall in line.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNL_UPW I brought a new sim from bsnl office in noida and I'm using this that sim in delhi. It's been 4 days there is no signal in my phone.I tried everything connected with customer care as well but didn't get any response from there. Pls resolve it.
