    The service which BSNL provides is just the worst. B'coz From day one when I got a connection for it, I had to face a lot of issues with its network. When we complain about it, No one is there to resolve it. Because of this issue, I have lost my job recently. #BSNLINDIA #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW If any type of internet/wifi service can be provided in my home town, Bheekhpur Kalan, Newada, Jalalpur Ambedkar Nagar UP STD CODE:05278 very poor service n coverage despite having BSNL twr/office. Ref no- 9000454105 @rsprasad @GoI_MeitY #WFH

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks for replying. My BSNL sim is working now but only when I am in BSNL network area. So, basically the problem was not with sim. Rather actually there is no signal at all for @BSNL/MTNL in Q1 Block, South City 2, Gurugram. @BSNLCorporate, any timeline to fix this issue?

    @BSNLCorporate I have 9 connections of BSNL prepaid including one brodband out of which 4 connections have been recharged with 1 years validity. So please resolve the problem on priority.

    @BSNLCorporate should we all swith to alternative network or there is some hope of improvement in BSNL network ??? It's a serous question!!! We here in Rajasthan, Bhilwara can't even chat on this network, forget about seeing some movie.

    @ANI What a sad thing that while the world is moving towards 5g, bsnl is yet to provide proper 3g in most areas. In my village, as the electricity goes off during load shedding hours, you can't access internet as 3g becomes poor 2g.

    Most of d time BSNL tower remains fail in Kantabanji.Due to network failure can’t even get urgent OTP’s which are mandatory for login to banking/gst/income tax related services.very poor and third class service. No bsnl official’s replies over phone or whatsapp. Pls help @TRAI
