    @BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW If any type of internet/wifi service can be provided in my home town, Bheekhpur Kalan, Newada, Jalalpur Ambedkar Nagar UP STD CODE:05278 very poor service n coverage despite having BSNL twr/office. Ref no- 9000454105 @rsprasad @GoI_MeitY #WFH

    The service which BSNL provides is just the worst. B'coz From day one when I got a connection for it, I had to face a lot of issues with its network. When we complain about it, No one is there to resolve it. Because of this issue, I have lost my job recently. #BSNLINDIA #BSNL

    @rsprasad Sir, am using BSNL Mobile No 9458895823. I have recharged for one year pack @ rs 1999/- on 08/02/2021. Since recharge i am facing data speed problem. I have complained three time at BSNL care 1503 but no action and also daily called at BSNL care 1503 to see the problem

    Yesterday MrAbhishek came and tried his best to help me ,but since it is a zhone router he couldn't do anything because this was installed by another contractor Of BSNL which is CIT , as a consumer what am I supposed to do.

    @BSNLCorporate Just now I got a SMS from BSNL saying that " your grevience has been disposed". I don't understand why you people are not even have the minimum courtesy to resolve the complaint.

    @BSNLCorporate I am paying for 100mbps speed but I am even not getting 40mbps speed. Kindly let me know how can I register my request as I am following BSNL fiber cable vendor but not getting resolution since October 2020.Request your intervention asap as it is hampering my WFH.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK after complaining for 10 days. 11thday I got ticket number 125237258972, now Bsnl closed the ticket without resolving issue. It’s been 15 days since I raised issue no resolution. And I got bill now to pay which I did not use.Bsnl service is joke. Useless

    @BSNLCorporate Hi BSNL can you let me know if your field officer have some etiquettes or not .It's been so much time customer have requested for reinstallation for fibre but it is getting delayed from last 16 days. And I have been retweeting my last tweet for updates but no luck

    @am_kalki @MeghUpdates BSNL doesn't care if customer.wants a connection or not....have you ever heard of any telecom company asking for Rs 6k to lay a broadband connection to your home pls rs 4k for a router.... it's ridiculous
