The service which BSNL provides is just the worst. B'coz From day one when I got a connection for it, I had to face a lot of issues with its network. When we complain about it, No one is there to resolve it. Because of this issue, I have lost my job recently. #BSNLINDIA #BSNL

@BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW If any type of internet/wifi service can be provided in my home town, Bheekhpur Kalan, Newada, Jalalpur Ambedkar Nagar UP STD CODE:05278 very poor service n coverage despite having BSNL twr/office. Ref no- 9000454105 @rsprasad @GoI_MeitY #WFH

@JM_Scindia I'm just keeping my bsnl no. active in compulsion (just wasting my money on it as it's not having network anytime at home, have to find network outside areas just to receive sms as it's associated with aadhar, pan, bank, etc). Just one word for it: pathetic.

Dear @TRAI i humble to request you please look in this matter about careless approach from bsnl service provider.I had raised lots of complaints but from bsnl nothing do anything.they register complaint and without resolution disposes. Service become worsen day by day.

@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Customer feedback doesn't matter for BSNL employee otherwise bsnl would have improved their service by now. In a year duration I raised multiple complaints and gave feedback but BSNL employee doesn't bothers,they just closed the tickets without any further resolution.

@BSNLEmployees Worst. Bad indoor network even Bsnl has 700mhz band. Tried all way including sending msg to 53733 to activate VOLTE but BSNL failed to do. Frustrated for porting in to Bsnl.
