Land is not a issue if they want. everyday I go to my office and see NTPC has huge plots bang on Sector 62 Noida which can be used. Similarly In Indirapuram BSNL has a huge vacant plot for atleast 20 years. I am sure Vaishali, Vasundhara would have similar plots

Crucially, as soon as I remove the BSNL SIM from the tray, the other SIM (Jio/Airtel) instantly starts working
