  @BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏

  The service which BSNL provides is just the worst. B'coz From day one when I got a connection for it, I had to face a lot of issues with its network. When we complain about it, No one is there to resolve it. Because of this issue, I have lost my job recently. #BSNLINDIA #BSNL

  only 2 telecom operators in India have the full coverage with 2 others barely in the competition. Time for BSNL to reposition itself as a the “Most Secure” network to attract back those for whom such security matters and charge premium. This way, it can go up one level and create a niche like Blackberry did with its mobile device.

  @BSNLCorporate hi. I had recharged on 27th Aug for bsnl prepaid no. Still it’s not reflecting in the account till today. The phone app is not allowing to register a complaint as well. Please help asap.

The representative will need to submit a written request along with a valid authorization letter from you, a copy of your ID proof, and other required documents as per BSNL guidelines.   Tried with different mobile numbers multiple times. No joy. Your Sim won't even recognise BSNL network in Mumbai. WTF is the use of maintaining BSNL Sim with ₹500 extra for Mumbai coverage? Forget data. Can't even get OTP at Mumbai Central station to buy a ticket.

  @bsnl_care But it’s not working. As I suspected. Resolved without connecting and asking or suggesting anything. Tell me is this how @BSNLCorporate handles issues? I still don’t have BSNL profile loaded on my phone. No APN. Ofcourse call/sms working. I did a hack myself for SMS

  I have already raised complaint on BSNL SELFCARE app, but it got automatically resolved without providing me any resolution. I have also sent email on a complaint portal, but still didn’t get any response. Please look into this on priority.

BSNL case is entirely on the buffoons working there who ‘forgot’ to bill the license fee.

But BSNL? ​📊 Speedtest shows just 6-7 Mbps, BUT: 📺 Streaming 4K on YouTube flawlessly (zero lag even when skipping ahead!) 💬 Chats are super smooth. 📞 ZERO call drops indoors. ​It’s not 5G speed, but the stability is real.
