The service which BSNL provides is just the worst. B'coz From day one when I got a connection for it, I had to face a lot of issues with its network. When we complain about it, No one is there to resolve it. Because of this issue, I have lost my job recently. #BSNLINDIA #BSNL

@BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏

@BSNLCorporate There has been a network outage in my area since early Sunday morning. I have already raised a complaint, but there is still no update. This is not the first time with BSNL, such issues often take a couple of days to be fixed. It seems that if an outage happens on a weekend, it is not attended to because of official holidays. Telecom services are essential, and faults like cable breaks or network failures should be resolved on the same day, regardless of the day of the week. Also, my plan offers speeds up to 150 Mbps, but I have never seen speeds beyond 60–70 Mbps. The actual performance is far below what is promised. @JM_Scindia Before highlighting that BSNL has become a profitable company after several years, the government should first address the ground reality of service quality and customer experience. Many customers are compelled to continue and pay for services due to limited options in a duopoly market. This cannot be projected purely as an achievement without acknowledging the lack of competition and the service challenges faced by users. Instead of focusing only on profitability claims, the priority should be improving infrastructure, ensuring timely fault resolution, and delivering the promised internet speeds and reliability. @BafnaMamtaS @sanjaybafna Suyog Telematics received a service order from BSNL on Feb 11, 2026, for sharing 173 new 4G eNode-B sites in Delhi Circle, to be executed within 3 months. This supports BSNL's pan-India 4G rollout, including 100,000 indigenous sites for upgrading networks in uncovered areas. Delhi plans include 10,000 new towers for better connectivity.
