B'coz From day one when I got a connection for it, I had to face a lot of issues with its network. When we complain about it, No one is there to resolve it. Now suffering w/o signal. Also unable to connect to their cust care team for help. So posted on X, still nobody called. LOOKING AT CHEAP PLANS, DON'T GET FOOLED.

Meanwhile I still struggle to get the connection after paying the money. Even BSNL was better than this. They never provided service but did not fleece you like @airtelindia

Anand Sri (@anand_ttr) reported@BSNLCorporate Made a mistake of taking #BSNL connection. It doesn't connect to 4G, but connects to 2G/3G. Also calls getting disconnected. The officials at @BSNL_TN don't monitor the signal & bother abt such issues. @CMDBSNL - You should feel ahamed for this pathetic service.
