    The service which BSNL provides is just the worst. B'coz From day one when I got a connection for it, I had to face a lot of issues with its network. When we complain about it, No one is there to resolve it. Because of this issue, I have lost my job recently. #BSNLINDIA #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏

    @CMDBSNL though BSNL has largest fibre network within the country, pvt operator surpassed BSNL in wired connection Reasons 1. Failure of BSNL management as they didn't form strategy to convert ADSL connection to fibre 2. Costly ONT/ONU to customers

    Don't know what to say but I'm a bit disappointed with bsnl's bharat fibre service. Someone has exam or anything important to do. In this case the vendors suppose to fix the broken fibre but no instead they postponed the fixing for next day. Great service. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @BsnlUnionMh I am yogesh from alwar rajasthan pin code 301001, there are issue of 3g network in my area when will you fixed, 1000 times i said about this problem in bsnl office also. Thodi sharm bhi aati hai ya nai tum logon ko.

    @BSNLCorporate I’m still getting reminders to pay the bills. The landline connection was already disconnected last month after giving awritten application. Isn’t it logical that bills should also stop!?? Why harass a customer by asking them to physically go to BSNL office? @TRAI pls help

    3. Non uniform charges of ONT throughout country compared to same installation charges including dual band ont by pvt operator. 4. Using of TIP and LCO is not customer friendly... Dispute between BSNL staff and TIP/LCO. 5. Reliability of the connection is poor.
