    @BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏

    But still no response from the other side. I also contacted the AGM of Koraput dist. He said we dont know the issue we will contact you once we know. This is type of service is forcing the customers to believe that BSNL is not caring about its customers satisfaction.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL 2g 3g network connectivity is now restored. I don't think sms sent to Bsnl mobile subscribers during the outage will be delivered again. Lost most likely. Techincal gap most likely. Not sure if retry queue mechanism is in place.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, After giving lots of complaints for rectification of my landline fault for the last few years, I am fed up with service of BSNL Assam. They instead request for surrender of the connection. Kindly take necessary action for resolution as connection is important
