    The service which BSNL provides is just the worst. B'coz From day one when I got a connection for it, I had to face a lot of issues with its network. When we complain about it, No one is there to resolve it. Because of this issue, I have lost my job recently. #BSNLINDIA #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏

    @BSNLCorporate probably nothing much to do in terms of customer care, is there? Been asking for a way to disconnect my bsnl landline and broadband service for almost a week now. Not even one response. Isn't there an online way to disconnect bsnl service?

    @BSNL_KTK our telephone lines and internet is again down. This has become an ordeal. The FTTH lines seem to be a big bane for Professionals. Really can't understand why simple things can't be maintained by BSNL. O802972.... pathetic. Can someone responsible reply

    @BSNLCorporate When we got sevice or sloving any issue on-line. But I see when I call in BSNL they said visit BSNL office. Charges is much more than other like Airtel , and Jio . No need to move anyone in office during this covid -19 situation.

Actually, this --poly could have been avoided by keeping BSNL alive by govt. But alas... same people who oppose duopoly of pvt player cheer for privatisation of govt enterprises.
