@BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏

Who is a Chief Genral Manager in a central government PSU like BSNL. The official who does not know the basic of Service Level Agreement term. Who does not know the TAT concept. Who are unaware of the basic policies of the organization.

He told me that he can discontinue my services. I also ask him as per BSNL policy if you are not able to resolve the issue within 3 days then the customer gets rebate till the time problem is resolved. First he agreed and gave me in written

BSNL launched Bharat AirFibre for villages which aims to conncet 2.5 lakh Gram Panchayat. But i dnt think these gram panchyats are for really rural area, these services are only for well developed areas. BSNL is not providing any service to my area. @VivekBanzal @BSNLCorporate

@BSNL_TN very very very very worst Fiber service i have ever used, no proper customer response i was raising complaint for low internet speed and they simply closing the issue without resolving it. where can i find the real solution? #WFH #bsnl
