@manojsinhabjp ph. 08413 233096,Narsingi ex.Internet failed Sunday 10.15am. My complaint to SDE concerned was ignored. Fixed only at 12.15 pm Monday,bank also cld not work, suufferd much business. Ppl work in BSNL don't know, whn WE SLEEP, WORLD AWAKE. Just encounter such ppl.

Unless kaamchoor ,excess staff not dismissed BSNL can never improve. 99% lady staff was busy in gossipi g,sweater netting,medical benefit.

@jgopikrishnan70 Another surprise. Went to BSNL counter to pay bill. Asked to come again as systems not working due to power cut. Went again to pay, same answer systems down. Third time lucky, took two minutes to pay. Felt BSNL is dead and waiting for last rites.

@bsnl_care Please do something for fast and stable resolution to the problem. I have been facing this breakdown problem at least once a month, sometimes twice or thrice. Please also take note of breakdown period and advise to reduce bsnl charges for breakdown period.

@RahulGandhi there is news Bsnl network is unstable and PMO giving relief on AGR due to VIL. already tax payers money gone to VIL and another relief. why don’t MTNL BSNL go for 5 G. why american company enjoying indian tax payers money. PMO must tell what is govt stand on VIL
