Shifting not done since June stating cable fault & & even feasible from neighbour colony but insisting for higher plans ftth by disconnection. More than 30 connections in vertex Lakeview , hyd disconnected since months, moved to jio.

Some of it can be taken over for road widening and provide relief to the problems at that junction. Also with new flyover ramps being planned at that junction the road width has to be increased.

However, BSNL Care repeatedly closes my complaints within an hour without resolving the issue. Every month I recharge my BSNL connection hoping the problem will finally be fixed, but nothing has changed. Around two months ago, I was informed that my complaint had been escalated to a higher level and I was asked to be patient. I have already waited long enough, yet there has been no action. Is this how BSNL treats its customers? Complaints are closed without resolution while customers continue to pay for a service they cannot use. I request your urgent intervention to resolve the network issue in Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034. I can provide all the complaint docket numbers as evidence. Additionally he told me that for device I'll have to pay extra 500 to BSNL and no one will ever give me connection if I deny them.
