@bsnl_tt worst service ever had from bsnl. Shifting not done since June stating cable fault & & even feasible from neighbour colony but insisting for higher plans ftth by disconnection. More than 30 connections in vertex Lakeview , hyd disconnected since months, moved to jio.

@manojsinhabjp ph. 08413 233096,Narsingi ex.Internet failed Sunday 10.15am. My complaint to SDE concerned was ignored. Fixed only at 12.15 pm Monday,bank also cld not work, suufferd much business. Ppl work in BSNL don't know, whn WE SLEEP, WORLD AWAKE. Just encounter such ppl.

@jgopikrishnan70 Another surprise. Went to BSNL counter to pay bill. Asked to come again as systems not working due to power cut. Went again to pay, same answer systems down. Third time lucky, took two minutes to pay. Felt BSNL is dead and waiting for last rites.

1) MY BSNL APP shows hell lot of advertising and most ads are not even related to BSNL 2) BSNL Self-care App takes hell lot of time to load or most of the time it doesn't work at all. 3) BSNL 3G works decent in some areas but you will rarely see 4G LTE network on BSNL SIM 2/3

@rammukeshdi007 @Ayyappan_1504 Not going to happen. Sharing was done if BSNL and Vi didn't had spectrum. Now both have their own quota but problem is both lack funding. BSNL getting help from Govt but Vi won't be able to launch 5G till they get around 20K crore from investor which is less likely.

Vodafone idea is debt ridden , is constantly loseing subscribers ,their 4G network quality is degrading and they dont have capital to fund and start 5G. Same is the case of Bsnl. So both these will shut down

Fed up with BSNL landlines connection. THEY don't hesitate to charge every month continously though it never works .phone mostly being in elderly person s name difficult to handover which is indeed a big procedure.Why don't they cut if we don't pay then..if honest should do ..

@BSNLCorporate Still my issue is not solved after 10days. Regularly l contact with customer care and they replied just like a robot " your complaint is open". When my complaint is solved, how many time it's take ,any thing you asked only one reply they give me. Very disappointed with Bsnl.
