During UPA Reliance Ii Infocom flooded with low cost mobile service (CDMA & WLL) and entered rural India. At the same time UPA ministers were busy in dealing with corporates for 2G spectrum and did not give importance to BSNL.

But BSNL Customer service: 6203483761, 9771642667 asking bank information, why?

Let important calls come on postmaster's landline bsnl phone. He will call the employee & put another in his place temporarily so that citizens are not troubled.
