    @bsnl_tt worst experience with BSNL . I have ported from Jio to BSNL by trusting them ,but the signal is too worst in Hyderabad. Even in some places there is no chance for 2G. Why you people are selling 4G sims Making people fools @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle We have landline connection since 10 years but since 2 months it's not working, have complaining daily by calling to customer care people and DGM also. But no one is taking care worst experience with bsnl in my life

    @bsnl_tt from past 2 weeks I have been complaining abt slow internet connection. Neither the local exchange no (Malkajgiri, HYD) works nor the concerned authorities respond. Being cust for 10 yrs, now I am vexed with your cust responsiveness. Good bye BSNL. @DoT_India @rsprasad

    @bsnl_tt Our Nation has got Independence and celebrating 72nd Republic day.But as a BSNL BB customer I am not celebrating,for the reason you have not made work simple.Since 15 days I am not getting my BB is not working well,inspite of complaints resuled in chavos Ac# 9000474937

    @bsnl_tt I am using Bsnl broadband since 8 months now in Doolapally 500055. The service is pathetic. Your executives do not visit. Even on repeated calls they don't come to visit the site. I am going to change to pvt player soon. @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate I am a FAN of BSNL. Unfortunately I am not getting even ".5" GB data ! Out of 3.5 GB/ Day. Painful to say that "NO SIGNAL" Even in cities like Hyderabad and BANGALORE! Every time brought to the notice of authorities, but "NO RESPONSE NOR ACTIONS" WHAT TO DO. ????

    @lovekapil143 @HYDTP @hydcitypolice @TelanganaDGP @cyberabadpolice The land on the left side belongs to BSNL which is practically unused and empty. Some of it can be taken over for road widening and provide relief to the problems at that junction. Also with new flyover ramps being planned at that junction the road width has to be increased.

    @kapildhama Geniu, know the full history of BSNL. It has a support package of Rs 30,188 crores for 2026-27. 4G Services introduction is part of this. ISRO budget allocation for 2026-27 is 13,705 crores. In 2013-14, the allocation was Rs 4000 crores for ISRO, Zero budget allocation for BSNL.

    @bsnl_care @AroshikS22061 My phone supports Band 8 The issue is not my device The BSNL tower serving Moorad was dismantled nearly 2 years ago Even after sharing my details multiple times I keep receiving the same template reply asking for them again Please provide a permanent solution not repeat templates
