@BSNLCorporate Tried connecting with local JTO multiple times however till 2:45pm today he was not in office. Not sure if concern official won't be in office then how come the issue will get resolved. Got a call via Mr. Dattu local BSNL office and he confirmed the unavailability of JTO so far

@CMDBSNL @arvind9963 Officers of the rank of JAG,SAG,HAG are not relieved despite issue of transfer orders. When lower level officers seek retention they are relieved forceably citing BSNL interest. Is interest of service only for lower levels.

@BSNLCorporate I am a FAN of BSNL. Unfortunately I am not getting even ".5" GB data ! Out of 3.5 GB/ Day. Painful to say that "NO SIGNAL" Even in cities like Hyderabad and BANGALORE! Every time brought to the notice of authorities, but "NO RESPONSE NOR ACTIONS" WHAT TO DO. ????

Literally even BSNL employees at Gowliguda exchange Hyderabad, doesn't know about best recharge plans. And they fail to explain the recharge options. @BSNLCorporate Good Bye!! I would never recomend BSNL to anyone.

@BSNLCorporate I think the authorities of BSNL will provide CDMA, when land line wires broken, or not there. When private operators are providing CDMA connections, the GREAT BSNL, I think can provide the facilitate Customers.

@CMDBSNL after complaining for 8 times the landline 040-27807024 no one is attending the repair of a super senior citizen. The phone is dead for the past 3 months.simply the complaints are closed without correcting. This is the fate of a Bsnl user request to help.

@colkt @Nalanda_index @Moochikal Almost correct. After P&T BSNL has its own rule, own staff- no more Babus recruited, stricter regulations. But it was all for mid to lower level positions. Top levels were never changed- same Babus with zero accountability. It's like launching Vande Bharat on same Railtrack.

@NAVEENK19154876 @TG_TriGany BSNL is in the middle of shutting down 3G nationwide (phased since late 2025) to reallocate spectrum for better 4G via its Phase IX.2 indigenous rollout. This migration is causing temporary issues like weak signals, call drops & quality dips at new sites. The Feb 23 circular you replied to is exactly about fixing that—prioritizing optimization, stabilization & vendor corrections before more 3G shutdowns. Core operating profit is up 105% YoY though, so turnaround is on track. Service should stabilize soon.
