    @bsnl_tt worst service ever had from bsnl. Shifting not done since June stating cable fault & & even feasible from neighbour colony but insisting for higher plans ftth by disconnection. More than 30 connections in vertex Lakeview , hyd disconnected since months, moved to jio.

    @BSNLCorporate Tried connecting with local JTO multiple times however till 2:45pm today he was not in office. Not sure if concern official won't be in office then how come the issue will get resolved. Got a call via Mr. Dattu local BSNL office and he confirmed the unavailability of JTO so far

    I’m really fed up with your service. Please let me know the procedure to disconnect the connection. I think privatisation is the best answer to improve BSNL.

    Airtel network is worst in my colony, we get only one signal bar. inspite of repeated complaints since years no response from Airtel & replies network is good or upgrading in your area but never do any improvement. Hence I am porting to other network. Bsnl is better here.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate not at all getting data, instead getting SMS from BSNL stating " you have reached the s. usage of data, you will... by operator" I must get 1.5 GB data, on my 9491276899. But BSNL Customer service: 6203483761, 9771642667 asking bank information, why?

    @BSNLCorporate I took a chance by opting BSNL internet service however now I am regretting my decision as I am very disappointed by the service quality n issue response so for. Realising why private service providers are in profit yoy n not the government owned one.

    @bsnl_tt , @CgmTelangana I took a new sim yesterday, was told it's a 4G sim. It got activated during the midnight. To start internet service was told to message someone, how many steps are there, why can't all the procedures completed at once dear BSNL

You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days. Visit a BSNL customer service center with your ID proof, passport-size photo, and UPC code. Fill out the porting form, make the required payment for activation and the first recharge, and submit your documents. After submission, you'll receive a new BSNL SIM, and the porting process will take around 7 working days.     @Siva_Bharani BSNL asks support on sympathy basis and gov vs pvt funda. Yet they quietly reduce the validity days of plans every month. But still the network and signal strength issues persist. Not capable of service improvement to existing users but increasing new users with ₹1 SIM card.

    @bsnl_care Regretfully conveyed that No visible action to restore BSNL Network at Hayuliang - 792104 has so far been seen even after 1 month. All Fin.Activity depend upon OTP.But the response over ‘X’by BSNL seems as they are much anxious than the sufferer customers. No eyewash more please

    @JM_Scindia Dear Sir,BSNL has been providing affordable services to nation,we are loyal customers since 1992.But the service quality is going down. No internet since 7 days,complain number not working,Tweets response working on it. No wonder people are switching to pvt. service.
