@KesariDhwaj @rud_ras Have similar experience after switching over to Airtel from earlier BSNL. Earlier there was no MNP. Problem with getting locked to one seller without option of switching over.

@narendramodi IT IS URGENT SERIOUS CASE. Bsnl mobile 9490851847 lost incoming, saying it's prepaid money exhausted. I complained on BSNL website. A man called saying customer care, asking fr bank details. And in Nalgonda BSNL office says, tht ph.exhausted money, asked

@CMDBSNL after complaining for 8 times the landline 040-27807024 no one is attending the repair of a super senior citizen. The phone is dead for the past 3 months.simply the complaints are closed without correcting. This is the fate of a Bsnl user request to help.

@CMDBSNL @arvind9963 Officers of the rank of JAG,SAG,HAG are not relieved despite issue of transfer orders. When lower level officers seek retention they are relieved forceably citing BSNL interest. Is interest of service only for lower levels.

Literally even BSNL employees at Gowliguda exchange Hyderabad, doesn't know about best recharge plans. And they fail to explain the recharge options. @BSNLCorporate Good Bye!! I would never recomend BSNL to anyone.

In my earlier tweets I glorified BSNL a lot. But since last 3 days, there is no network at all. Can't receive any important OTPs as well. Feels like hell. Now I can't even port it to any other telecom, cuz that would require SMS and would take 3-4 days at least.

Dear Mr.Robert Good afternoon and appreciate your efforts for improvement in BSNL but in Realty BSNL is losing its advantage and market control due to inefficiency at management to grass root level and poor response to customers complaints compared to private customers. I am one of the sufferers who was loyal customer to BSNL for long many years and losing hope now due to lack of controls and monitoring systems and lack of survey & feedback report from customers for improvement. The customer service portal is only name sake. Has the management ever monitored the quick response timing to complaints registered and attended month over month and reduction in number of complaints. The answer is no. My sincere request is to please introduce management response to complaints and improvements month over month and publish the same. Also frequent feedback back survey from the customers for their suggestions be started. Hope this will bring in quality service from BSNL and improvements month the market bandwidth. Wishing BSNL all the best in the coming years ahead. Thanks and regards SSRaju
