@BSNLCorporate Instead of getting DATA, getting SMS stating you have exceeded your DATA. I am supposed to get 1.5 GB. UNFORTUNATELY not getting on 9491276899, Someone called from 6203483761,9771642667 stating from BSNL Customer Care, asking bank details!!!!????

@BSNLCorporate Tried connecting with local JTO multiple times however till 2:45pm today he was not in office. Not sure if concern official won't be in office then how come the issue will get resolved. Got a call via Mr. Dattu local BSNL office and he confirmed the unavailability of JTO so far

@BSNLCorporate I took a chance by opting BSNL internet service however now I am regretting my decision as I am very disappointed by the service quality n issue response so for. Realising why private service providers are in profit yoy n not the government owned one.

@BijuNayagam @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate Yeah. I went to their office. My 80 year old dad went there 3 times. I asked them to enable VOIP on my existing bsnl fiber cable connection. Created another set of tickets for that. Nothing worked. Kunnukara BSNL local office is worst. They never pickup phones and no one there.

@BSNLCorporate I recharged with Directly in bsnl portal of rs 107 and amount deducted but recharge failed customers care lady haven't knowledge anything she was saying call the payment portal literally shame on lol idiots are working in office and after many call no resolution
