Fixed only at 12.15 pm Monday,bank also cld not work, suufferd much business. Ppl work in BSNL don't know, whn WE SLEEP, WORLD AWAKE. Just encounter such ppl.

BSNL Vo-Wifi doesn't work on most Mobiles. 4G as a service launched in the Mumbai City area also doesn't work. The network goes completely dead in the Mumbai area.
