But BSNL Customer service: 6203483761, 9771642667 asking bank information, why?

Not sure if concern official won't be in office then how come the issue will get resolved. Got a call via Mr. Dattu local BSNL office and he confirmed the unavailability of JTO so far

There is disconnection issues and at the same time I was charged additional money in the name of initial charges which was not communicated to me.

Painful to say that "NO SIGNAL" Even in cities like Hyderabad and BANGALORE! Every time brought to the notice of authorities, but "NO RESPONSE NOR ACTIONS" WHAT TO DO. ????

Realising why private service providers are in profit yoy n not the government owned one.
